It works
For those having issues with the app, delete it, then go back into the VyStar app and select manage cards to download again and follow the prompts. Worked for me.
VyStar unethical predatory practices
When faced with fraud and trying to lock and replace your card, VyStar has you jumping through hoops, downloading an app that doesn’t work. You basically cannot replace your card if your information has been compromised and this is an unethical and predatory practice from VyStar.
Poor Connection Issue
I’ve had this account for years now and as of late the card control app has been having a connection issue please have your IT department look into this

Unable to signin says low or no connection but my connection is Good on another app. Are u need NASA connection for this f apps???!
The WORST
The worst APP ever ! After this update it didn't fix anything made it worst you can't log in half of the time it's always processing once you are logged in , not a guarantee you'll be able to lock or unlock your card ! It's ridiculous!!! Please fix this .

This app stay having problems and it’s like yall see everyone saying how terrible it is and yall not even tryna fix it like get it TOGETHER. Nobody wanna sit up here and be waiting for a while just to unlock the card because for whatever reason the server never works.

The app only works part of the time. You go to unlock your card and it doesn’t load so you reinstall it and still doesn’t load. Then you’re stuck at the store looking dumb unable to unlock the card.
Very poor service
This is the most frustrating app I have ever encountered. The amount of times I have to delete and reinstall just to unlock the card. Please fix this app😒😏
Never alerts me
I never get alerted for my transactions even though I have selected all transactions. I have reinstalled this app many times to get it to work. This app definitely needs improvement!
Horrible I can never unlock my card
Anytime I use the app it takes forever to unlock . Literally couldn’t pay rent because I couldn’t unlock my card .
Please fix
How can an app be so hard to fix and so frustrating? I’ve been unable to make online payments and been stuck at store checkouts because I needed to go into card control to make adjustments. Can you imagine being stranded at checkout with over $100 worth of groceries, with a line of disgruntled and impatient customers waiting behind you while the cashier waits (also impatiently). One time I had to go to the in-store ATM and withdraw funds. Another time I again had to ask to put my cart to the side while I drove down the road to a Vystar bank, make a withdrawal, drive back to the store, and go through the checkout stand again. This is by far not the only frustrating experiences I’ve had because of lack of fluency between my accounts and this app. And it’s been this way…how long? For what it’s worth I implore you to PLEASE fix it once and for all. I’ve otherwise always been very pleased with Vystar banking. Been with them over 20 years. But I’ve been a nervous wreck holding my breath too many times with this app. It could be a game changer.
This app is horrible
I can’t unlock or lock my card this is insane .
NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP
This app is horrible, and it needs to be fixed. Either I have to turn off my phone and turn it back on, or uninstall and reinstall the app just for the app to work. It doesn’t make any sense. I seem to always have problems with VYSTAR AS A WHOLE, and it makes me want to change my bank even though I have been with them for YEARS!
What’s the purpose
Doesn’t allow me unrestricted my card and is annoying to log into. Don’t recommend this union anymore
