What people like
- Prints look surprisingly good
- Easy to set up quickly
- Fun for kids and parties
What they complain about
- App crashes when choosing photos
- Bluetooth connection is unreliable
- Photo cropping tool is frustrating
It works
It does exactly what it is supposed to do and was easy to set up. Prints are acceptable, slightly better than I was expecting from a tiny portable wireless printer.
No longer works for me
It is connected!!! Quit looking for Bluetooth connection!!! So aggravating! You have made my printer nothing more than a doorstop now. Thanks bunches.
Eh
I gave it a four-star because one of the time I printed out a white wallpaper it nearly shew Oh, so when I press the phone case thing, it did not show an iPhone 13 mini for some reason or an iPhone 14 I just don’t know if they updated their app yet by adding those. If you have a iPhone 13 show me look for the phone case don’t do it.
App keeps crashing
It will open certain pictures, but for the most part, it crashes when I attempt to choose a picture to print.
put it back to the old way
works well but i miss the old way it was set up
Awesome.
The app and printer are awesome. This printer is just like my old Kodak one I had that I also loved but unfortunately went with a specific camera...a very long time ago... I haven’t had any issue finding my pictures which are sorted by date, whether downloaded or taken. I’m happy.
Freezes too much!
I’m on my iPhone 17 Pro Max. Downloaded the app and the app glitches and freezes. It’s telling me to restart or shut down, but I can’t tell the status bc the app freezes.
It was reasonable
This printer is awesome! I thought because the reviews were bad it was going to horrible, but the quality was really good. It looked like it had just printed out of a big $450 printer but the first time I tried it it did not connect then the second time I tried it it worked I like this item
Wasted Potential
This product could have been great. The one thing that’s really holding it back is that I can’t crop photos to fit inside the little red frame, the cropping tool does not work like the one in the Photos app on my phone, you have much less control so you cannot fit pictures into the frame, you cannot print nearly as much stuff as you would like. The good thing about it is that it DOES actually print, so if you can finagle the image into the frame you’re good. That’s the only reason I’m not giving it one star, it actually does what it says, just poorly. Although photos with small print came out perfectly legible so that’s good too.
It’s fine. Mediocre prints
The pic colors are OK. Fine and fun to have for friends visiting, parties and instant gratification, but not if you’re looking for high quality prints. Bummed they don’t have the iPhone 13 print case template. 😞
Great little printer
Bought this for my 11 yr old for Christmas along with a scrapbook. After charging it and downloading the app & connecting it to Bluetooth we printed a picture within minutes. Good quality for such a small printer & lots of fun for my daughter.
Terrible
Used it once, worked amazing. Tried using again a few months later.. photo got stuck, wouldn’t push out on its own.. had no choice to pull it out and now it’s completely broken
Good for what it is
If you want to print from your phone, this isn’t half bad. I was able to put this together in about 15 minutes and make a print right away. The print was passable. I think this is an ok item and fun to have at a party for example.
Originally pleased
I was originally pleased with the printer and app. It is relatively easy to use. But as upgrades occurred, I began to have problems. As I have a slightly older printer, it apparently does not have the Bluetooth connection; i.e. I have only ever had to use the physical connection. The upgraded app keeps looking for a Bluetooth connection even when physically connected—telling me I have no printer connected. I have to keep restarting the printer to find the physical connection to my phone. I can still print, but it is a major nuisance.
Awesome!
I was somewhat scared reading these reviews, but this thing is awesome and fast. It does print each color one at a time but it looks super cool as it adds colors. Plus it found pictures I didn’t know I had pictures from.
i’m crashing out
there’s some kind of annoying little update that is useless and infuriating. i can’t even connect my phone to the printer and it was just fine 3 weeks ago without the update. fix this now.
Awesome app
What an awesome product. Simple, Easy, yet gets straight to the point.
Used to work. Now it is Awful
I can’t use the words I’d like to use to describe this. A few years ago this product worked okay. Now that they changed the app it prints awfully with wierd black lines and a repeat of the bottom of the image at the top. The ink looks bad too. And not to mention the bad bluetooth connection. I ripped this thing apart after my troubles.
Decent app
Needed to print passport photo and I can edit the photos in many ways using this app
Doesn’t Work; Have to Trash the Photo Printer
Do NOT waste your money. No customer service, no go.
Download it yourself..
I don’t understand what all these reviews are about? I see all my photos perfectly fine and print them in beautiful quality. Try it yourself
Waste of money
The first photo I printed? Worked amazing! No issues at all. Now I am trying to print something? Horrible. The device only stays powered on for about 10 seconds (while plugged in) and I will finally get it connected to bluetooth and it’ll shut off. I cannot go fast enough to print anything without it shutting off. The last time I tried to use it, it quit working halfway through and left the paper hanging out, but stuck inside the printer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!!
Doesn’t work
I’m confused. My mom bought this for me and from day 1 it didn’t work. It should be illegal to sell people stuff that doesn’t work!!! I’ll try to contact customer support but based on the other reviews it seems this product just doesn’t work.
Wish I could give it zero stars
Printer cannot be found… it’s powered on and connected to Bluetooth. This printer is going in the trash. So disappointing.
This is so hard to use.
It is not intuitive at all and there I can’t find instructional videos to help. I only find marketing videos. I am sorry I bought it.
