Unable to connect to account
Was not able to connect to account. States there is an error. At that point it’s waste of money.
Frustrated
Sign in is not working life print needs to fix issue, not access is frustrating. What’s the point of having this if it’s not working!
Really Neat
I had no problems with the app, I printed out a few pictures and they were cute! I was pleasantly surprised that you can peel off the back of the photo and it is a sticker!

Was bought as a gift and I couldn’t even get the app to connect or see a button to reset Bluetooth :/
Not bad could be better
I got the lifeprint printer and downloaded the app the printer works quite well. But the app has proved difficult to use, when you try to print photos it wont let you select the photos therefore I had to share the photo to lifeprint and it takes a while to download. The printer isn’t bad though the photos are very dark and some can be way to light that you can hardly see the photo. I was surprised when I found out that the film is sticky back this was very useful and it peels off and sticks on well. This isn’t a terrible product but could improve in a lot of areas.

Printer and app use to work perfectly before the new update and just recently I keep getting the same message "request failed please try again" I reset the printer, deleted the app, deleted it from my Bluetooth account to start from scratch and still get the same error message. I even tried to sign up for a new account and I can't get past the user agreement without an error message. Please fix this issue! As I'm seeing other people are having the same experience

I’ve been using life print for years and I feared the app was fully broken when it was making me create an account and then not allowing me to create one?? Very strange! However thank you for fixing it I’m very grateful, I will remain a loyal customer.

Just doesn’t work
I used it the first time and it worked well. After taking a few months break, it refuses to log me in due to unstable “cloud” connection and will not work. Do not buy.

Can’t get app - updated review
Purchased the printer from Apple and then tried to download the app from App Store but to no avail. Click get and then just sits there. Tried on fibre broadband and also 4g but still just sits static. Stopped download attempt and tried several times.....nothing. Turned phone (iPhone 10) of and on again as the good old IT problem solver but still nothing 😡 Update: App finally got it’s act together and downloaded. Connected to printer easy enough and app software works fine for transmitting pic. As per other comments the output print is dark in comparison to the screen image. Like the augmented reality of the video still. When printing a photo from iphone the printer adds the hidden labelling to the pic (ie ‘HDR’ ‘Live’). This may be something I need to adjust in settings...so not bothered unless I can’t stop it. Picture quality ok but could do with better resolution on printing.

Awesome!! Only problem is I can’t print as much as I want, i always have to close the app in order for my other pictures to print .
App doesn’t Work - can’t connect to server multiple devices
Literally doesn’t work, useless app and can’t login or create a new account it returns a server error every time on different devices and WiFi on or off. Authenticates Apple and then loops to login screen and same with Facebook or creating new login. A broken app for a paid product, seems like a bait and switch

Was great - now wont connect
I used it quite a lot on first purchasing then left it awhile. Now wont connect at all why is that? Have tried loads and everything to get it to connect to my iPhone again but no. Says iCloud issue??? of paper and stuff going to waste. Not impressed
Nice but....
Nice idea...but photos print quite dark and print the same photo over and over! For some reason the print queue never deletes and it keeps printing the same photo. Unless you delete it. And the price of the paper makes that not something I want to keep repeating

It’s been more than half a year now, the app finally worked out its bugs! Life is AR is amazing :)

Save your money, they continue to say they are working on the app while still selling a product that doesn’t work without the app.

Tout fonctionne mais on ne peut pas « cacher » deux vidéos différentes sur une même photo. Dommage quand on veut personnaliser la vidéo à chaque bénéficiaire d’une photo. Ça oblige à utiliser une photo différente Pas de problème en revanche pour connecter plusieurs appareils (3 iPhones et 2 iPads en ce qui me concerne Sympa.
Weird Graphics, Creepy Auto-Sharing.
Pros: - The printer itself (purchased separately) does not require ink. - Prints quickly. - The paper provided is glossy and of a nice quality (including a peel-back that means my photos can all be turned into stickers). - The small size is perfect for slipping into a purse or backpack. - Profile customization on the app. Cons: - Everything prints distorted. Images are either stretched, discoloured, or both. - By default, you can see what other people print! It is possible to set your images to private afterwards, but it’s something that I can’t imagine older folks would think to check for. - Weird app overall. Slow and laggy, as I remember it. Overall, it can be annoying but it is functional. I would recommend researching other options if you haven’t yet bought this printer.
Photos good. App horrible.
Start with the positives. The photos, they are great. I've managed to fill a whole wall with little photos from my travels, looks really nice and is great for conversation when people see it. What I've had to go through on the app to achieve the photo wall is a joke. Not only is the paper to print on horribly expensive, like seriously google it, its a lot. But you end up wasting half of it because the printer decides how many copies of each photo it's going to take. The apps 'print Q' is, well, not a print Q, I don't even know what that part of the app is doing. Hopefully they'll update the app/firmware to the point where it will print the photo you told it to, rather than the previous photo 6 times. I just hope in the mean time, anyone who buys this has a thick wallet because you're gonna go through that paper like you wouldn't believe. EDIT: After the latest update, the device no longer works, your phone will say it’s connected via Bluetooth successfully, but the app will disagree with that information and say you’re not connected and you cannot print, rendering this product, absolutely and completely useless. Have a great day and probably don’t buy this printer, even though it has the power to print great photos :)

Works well, but I have a suggestion.
This works well, once you figure it out. I know the cool kids don't need any instructions on how to use these devices and the apps that go with it, but it wouldn't hurt to include instructions. Secondly, I want a viewer app only. I know you want to drive hardware sales, that's how you make the big $. However, my 85 year old Dad isn't going to buy this printer, but he would love to see the whole experience. So, a viewer app only please.
Horrible App
Not user friendly at all. It will only print one picture at once and then you have to restart the app and the printer. I can only print 4 pictures at a time before the app won’t print anymore for the moment. Sometimes pictures will print multiple times when I only press print once. So frustrating. I only use the app because I have no other option.
Printing.
Photo prints are great, but have wasted loads of prints, printer has printed out more than one copy, printed the wrong way round....and paper isn’t cheap !

I haven’t been able to login for a few weeks and have contacted customer service. They have given a generic answer of they are working on it/don’t have a timeline. I cannot use the printer without the app, so I have useless piece of tech.

I got it as a Christmas present and got really excited! Later to find out that it wasn’t sending the verification email and can’t get passed that stage... help? How can I fix this??
Good Print, Poor App
Prints are good, the most annoying thing about this product is the app. It's trying to be Instagram, it has to upload the photo you want to print to your online profile before printing. If you have no phone reception, you can't print anything. This happened to me at festivals and while traveling. A basic offline function would of stopped me from returning this item and purchasing the Polaroid. It's a good photo printer that doesn't work if you don't have mobile reception.

Printer connecting to server
It is frustrating because I have the hardware and it was working fine, but it looks like the company is not keeping up the server so printer cannot connect. Not cool.

FIX
I love the printer, it’s very efficient and easy to use BUT I can’t even use the Lifeprint video option. I can print them, but not see the videos because the screen is completely black whenever I try to use that option in the app. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!

Skeptical but now totally IMPRESSED
Wow! Got this as a Christmas present from my husband and after reading the reviews I wasn't sure I'd even keep the printer. But I tested it tonight and all I can say is amazing. Uploaded one of our wedding photos and attached a snippet of our vows and there's even sound on the video! Can't wait to use this over and over again!

I have been unable to login. It keeps saying request failed. I have tried creating a new username and that is also not working. I have had so many issues with logging in since I bought this product. The printer itself is great. But the app portion is very very frustrating. And I’m unable to use the printer without logging into the app.

ver1.0.0(app内のバージョン表記は1.0.2), iOS8.4ですが、写真を選択するとアプリが落ちてしまいます。 ↓ アップデートで修正されました。hyperphotoで動画の紐付け・print・閲覧も問題無く出来ます。 製品に付属のカードでマニュアルの動画はあるのですが、アプリ側・ハード側、双方の操作法が無いので使い方は手探りです。

Printer is good,but the app crashed every time! After I print the first 2 pictures,I can not open this app again.
