Amazing investment App
I have been using it for the past 3 months and it’s been holding me accountable plus the process is super easy.

Great app mediocre investing
App is very convenient. Great for keeping money separate from your bank. The investment fees however are high looking at transactions and when investing conservatively it takes from your investment value. Will get better nett returns from bank savings. Have not tried investing in more aggressive funds in the long term. Allan Gray is a great asset manager with adequate funds.
No Immediate Payment
Great app but not good for emergencies. Having to wait for business days to get your withdrawal is just bad
Verify mobile number is not working
I just got the app going through the verification process. The OTP function is not working properly. I get the OTP and punch it correctly, in response to that, nothing happens. I tried to enter an incorrect OTP to and it does say the OTP is incorrect when you have entered an incorrect OTP but when the OTP is correct nothing happens. I do get an sms though saying my Franc contact number has changed but on the app nothing and the number is still not verified.

User friendly platform and also provides reminders for one to make deposits into savings funds. Keep it up
Withdrawal limits
Just want to know if there are any limits for withdrawing a large lump sum of money out of an emergency fund. I’ve put in x amount of money and when needed to withdraw it it says I have half of that amount , why? This should be communicated with with the user because the money is sitting there to be used for emergencies PS your submit button on your contact you site isn’t working
Overall convenient app for beginners
It’s a really convenient app - works well and is a good start for beginners. I am a beginner but I have done my research and in my opinion the fees are high and many. They charge 1% per year which is taken on a monthly basis excluding brokerage and transaction costs . You have a better chance of growing your money (especially if it’s not much) on other platforms such as Easy Equities but the issue there is you manage your own investments but you can put your own money in a Satrix40 or Allan Gray Cash Fund.
I Can’t believe this
I’ve been using Franc for about a year and was enjoying it when making deposits but now that I am wanting to withdraw a large sum of money it’s taking such a long time just to transfer money within a goal and it said it would take 3-5 days. It’s been 5 days now and it’s still “processing”! On top of that everyday I go into the account the amount of money I have left dropped little by little! Im gonna withdraw it all because of this!
Making deposits
I find it difficult to automate my deposits as the IOS app keeps on glitching. I cannot select the frequency option.

Franc makes it’s so easy to decide on how to invest. Highly recommend this team and their product!
No service
The customer service has to be the worst. I have been attempting to withdraw since last week Friday. I was being sent to a chatbot that did not understand the issue before I eventually led to the WhatsApp line. I got help from the agent who was as helpful as chat box. Yoh Yoh I am so defeated. I was ignored on WhatsApp I go to Franc then I’m told to not speak to them on two platforms. So where do I get help. Ngathi im begging for my money sana . I’m begging for my money 😭😭😭😭

App not working
I have been signed out of my app for more than 2 months now and I tried communicating with a consultant to assist me but they are not helpful at all
First time investor
It’s great app and easy to work with and seeing my money grow everyday encourages me to continue to leave my money on the Franc app and not to mention the interests I get every month ☺️ it’s amazing.
Be careful of all the hidden fees
This app seems simple and user-friendly, but there are hidden fees and limits. They have withdrawal limits within a ‘goal’ and charge for transferring money within the same goal. I had to add more money just to meet the minimum withdrawal, only to lose it to fees. I’m still unable to close my account because I need a specific balance to transfer and withdraw everything. Support has been unhelpful, repeating the same advice that the app won’t allow me to follow.

An investment platform designed for anyone, I have been with this app for more than 3 years and I am impressed by how much I am able to invest
Missing funds
Franc does not make you aware of platform fees. They charged me fees I was not aware of and deducted it from my investments. A really unprofessional company. I a market with so many fin tech options I would stay away from anyone who isn’t transparent. What a disgrace.

WITHDRAWAL
I am very disappointed with the app. I made a withdrawal around the 20th of June, today is the 29th and I still haven’t received the funds. The person who was supposed to assist ignores my emails. Highly disappointed wouldn’t recommend to some if this is the type of service they are providing.
Watch your money grow
I love the fact that you can watch your savings grow in real time. The app is easy to use and simple to understand. It does take a while for the funds to reflect, but the moment it does, your money is instantly invested.
