Great Bargain Bike Computer
This is an excellent unit. It does everything I want and does it for a most reasonable price. Once you get the hang of it, operation and synching is quite easy. I love it!
Not good…no stars
The cycpro m2 stopped working after the first day. I have one day using the app and it constantly dropped the connection to the device. Update: Cycplus fit app is the app that cycplus maker supports. They no longer support this app. They said the firmware update in this app has broken other devices of theirs. Use cycplus fit app not xoss.
Very nice inexpensive computer.
I was given a XOSS G+ by a friend who regifted it from a friend. It’s a nice little computer and I really like the app. The computer also pairs really well with the Strava app and you get the cool ride map feature. Not sure as far as accuracy. My riding buddy has a $300 Wahoo and my computer runs about a mile and a half slower an hour and logs a few miles less than his, but we’ve never gotten scientific and tested the two to see which is tracking our distance most accurately. The G+ sells for $35.99, and if I would have paid that I would be satisfied with my purchase and the corresponding app.

After updating it the app keeps crashing on ios 15
Auto pause off not working.
Its seems that when running slow pauses your run even tho I’ve disabled it. I’ve took notice of this when I Run with a friend in Zone 2 their distance and average pace is higher. This messes up my stats.
NAV Pro
i bought XOSS Nav Pro but XOSS app does not fully paired with NAV Pro device. XOSS app does not have a QR Scan. NAV Pro asking everytime logging to Profile by QRScan.

Not synching
Xoss is not synching the rides from my cycplus . It shows in the storage but not on the workout summary. I’ve updated the bike computer , the xoss software , un connected this and reconnected , synch again and still doesn’t work. Emailed customer support not response . Don’t know what is causing this problem. Before it will synching with a 1 day delay not it doesn’t synch anymore. I will have to buy a new bike computer from different company

I download this app for my cycplus m2 and I have yet to be able to connect this device at all
Frustrated…
I have several M1 units that have historically worked well. However, the last ride failed to show up in the workouts list in the Xoss app. The ride does appear in the sync list and shows as synced, but following numerous resyncs and firmware upgrades, the workout simply will not appear. Xoss tech support has been utterly useless after several attempts to engage with them, so unless you enjoy missing workouts, I suggest avoiding this product until they get their crap together…

doesn’t work
the app doesn’t work. i’m wondering if they went out of business since i can’t open the website, log in to the app, or anything. can’t find info on the internet either. help?
Great app
The app is simple to use and syncs workouts quickly. The 3D view is a little difficult to manage since it changes views when you try to turn, but that’s not a big deal.
Sometimes woks fine, sometimes it doesn't!
Sometimes woks great, sometimes it doesn't record the whole route. It skips some roads, makes a mess on the map, also, it beeps a great deal, I was able to remove some of the beeping, but not entirely, it's every few minutes or so. I'd say it's a little loud too, so I always try to muffle the noise. It beeps for turning it on, turning it off, for brief pauses, and on the run, for no apparent reason.

I got trouble sync iphone se2 with xoss g+. And I ask solutions to this company. They told me your app version is old and update new app. but It is able to only android not on ios. Look at this app version is updated before 6months ago. If I were you, Choose other company’s device.
Auto pause breaks functionality
Auto pause is preventing recording workout even though auto pause is turned off
Good but basic data reporting
It would be nice to have mi/km markers on the map and per mi/km time chart. The graphics are a bit dated.
Pretty great value
I use this app with the Nav+. It’s pretty awesome. I connect it to my phone and a wahoo cadence sensor on my shoe. For the price this does a lot compared to the general Walmart bike speedometer at roughly the same price. Loading maps from the computer will take a while (~10 mins each map file) and will require your browser to translate Chinese , but the map will still work fine. Honestly a really cool device for the price!

Great unit with lots of capabilities. Having it capture my ride with my cellphone. It actually did more data acquisition than I will ever need but I just don’t understand why when I select Imperial units, it doesn’t show my ride speeds and distances in mph and miles?!
Straightforward and simple = Great!
No fancy bells and whistles, just a nice and simple interface for data tracking and transfer. That's all I needed.
Did not work
After it sat for a week and got charged again, I did all I could to connect my phone back to the device. Just did not work. So I couldn’t use my speedometer which is the whole reason I used this app with the device.
Not all that impressed
I can’t figure out if the device is messed up or this piece of software. When trying to sync my G+ bike computer it randomly doesn’t work. IE no data shows… not even how much storage it has used. Power it off and back on, restart the app. Even restart my phone sometimes before the data appears. The app seems to work fine without the bike computer and the bike computer seems to work right on no it’s own. The 2 together just randomly don’t work.
Poor reception sometimes
I live in Alaska. Most of f the time it works great, but when I’m further away from city centers, the devise is unreliable for speed, mileage, and connectivity. Large gaps in my adventures further afield are not accurately logged. If I’m moving through difficult terrain slowly, it does not log movement accurately. While moving at a reasonable pace (5mph+) in the city, it works great. Hoping for a firmware update to resolve these issues.

i like apps that do what they're suppsoed to do well and have additional features that are beneficial. i have a rockbros gps that syncs with this app, after each ride i get to see a map of my route, simple stats like average moving speed, total time, max speed, it's a concise app. have not found any bugs so thank the team for their hardwork. i have ridden probably over 250km with this, no issues whatsoever.
App and device is stuck on metric measurements. Updating the stting gives an error message
Can’t switch to imperial, worthless, sloppy QC and testing
Little to no indoor support/glitches
Let me start off with all I want is to be able to track overall distance, average speed, current speed, and current cadence indoors. I do not need fancy graphics. However, due to the app >record function utilizing gps and the auto pause feature it is not possible to monitor an indoor ride. Additionally, it seems none of the setting do anything like disabling auto pause or making it so the screen does not turn off. If all these functions worked and the app could monitor an indoor ride the app would be an easy 5/5 stars.

I really do like this product and the app that goes with it. Both are amazing. Would definitely buy again. In fact we have two of them and my brother just bought the Gen2+ so we are very pleased. Would definitely recommend these products…
Cannot update tire circumference
On the xoss g+ it is impossible to update tire circumstances. The changes are never applied

I hope xoss be compatible to other health app and other device like iwatch etc
Cannot export routes to gpx or .fit
I’ve been using the G computer for over a year now and I love it. However, I purchased an additional gps-type device for my bike and want to use the same route simultaneously. Today, I found out that I cannot export the routes that I’ve created in the XOSS app. Very annoying to have to draw out the same route twice.
