keep the performance metrics in new app
I find it tremendously disturbing to learn that the new range app that I am being forced to use on iPad does not store past performance metrics. It was bad enough that I can’t export historical data from the old version but now this? Both of those capabilities seem very basic in 2026.
Bad News
I just updated my app and now can no longer verify individual shot results in a table. Only highlights. Support was 0 help-the ai didn't have an explanation and just kept telling me to keep doing the same things.
Course List?
Love the app, however new update doesn’t show recently added courses to the trackman library or ability to search through courses as it did on the previous version of the app. I’d like the see this feature return.
Not a good update (Oct 2026)
The interface looks better but there’s less functionality. You generally can’t view combine reports in the app. In the parts of the app that can be viewed, but it has to be changed every time to get the parameters you want (as opposed to the trackman default.) mytrackman.com is better but still not where it should be.
Disappointed
I was disappointed that I couldn’t customize my bag. If you have a wedge above 60° there is no way to enter it. I don’t understand why this is not a feature, why limit bag makeup to some arbitrary set of lofts? Or if you’ve bent a club to a different loft there’s no way to set it up? Unbelievable.

Trackman have the best tools to dial you game in any way possible is the best in golf.
Activity access
I have not been able to access my map my bag or practice sessions for the past week. I have undownloaded and redownloaded the app. I also signed out and signed back in and i still can’t see any of the data anymore

Good app it works with out paying and it helps a lot to inporove your golf game
Usability has gone backwards since update.
When looking at past activities, the ability to see shot spread on the range has been degraded and have hidden the numbers from the map of shots and now shows them as a plain separate list. Felt like the app has taken a step backward… also when clicking on club type, the whole pop up covers the shots on the map…

9月1日にアプリを入れて初めて練習した日は見れたが、その次の日からのものが「アクティビティを開けません。もう一度やり直してください。」と出て見れなくなった。サインアウトしたり、アプリをアンインストールしたりといろいろ試してみたが状況は変わらず。 知り合いも同じような状況になっていたのでアプリ側の不具合なのでしょうか。対応お願いします。

DATA ACCURACY
how often if any, does it have to be calibrated? more often than not— data is inaccurate!
Almost a great app
We need to be able to delete individual shots from the app. After hitting hundreds of shots in a particular activity, I’m sure it’s pretty common that some are missed.
Needs post edit, needs better data org
Would be nice to edit the shots after a session rather needing to it on the fly. Would be nice if data was sorted by club vs just date. Would be nice to have some sort function. Would be nice to… do a lot of normal simple data analysis. Does anyone on the design team use this as a real golfer? My Voice Caddy app has more data analysis.
New to track man
I’ve been using top tracer at Sidcup family golf range for years now. I have to say first time using track man it feels more in depth and better info feedback , long may it continue

App crashes
My activities shows on the website but not on the app. Also my bag has disappeared and shows 0 of 14 clubs in my bag. App crashed when trying to add clubs to bag. Please help lol

Limited Data on Analysis
I downloaded the data from my 1 hour session at PGA Superstore and was surprised that it did not provide any real analysis with recommended improvements,,,like some of the AI programs. Perhaps I am missing something.

I have used thousands of apps and this is on my list of I would never use this app. I wasted two hours trying to sign on useless.
Gap Wedge / 48 degree
Would be nice if you could select loft beyond the few listed. I have a 48 Gap Wedge high neither are in the list of available clubs. Would be nice to name the club and select the loft to match what is sold today.
Club limit stinks
Needs to allow for as many clubs as you want in bag while practicing or in range.
Used range enabled trackman...ok
I go to a range which has trackman enabled outdoor bays. You can get live shot data (distance and carry) but it is only on the phone, which overheats in the sun. It really would be useful if it connected to an apple watch companion app, which I have not been able to find. Also, when reviewing the info, it should allow you to click on a particular shot on the map and get the data. It does not allow that. Other systems do allow it. So limited in use.
Great training tool and more
I’ve been using Trackman for fine tuning my swing and optimize my driver shaft. Lots of data . Also great courses to play. Simulation of course is awesome.
Poor App Security
Love the hardware and sim software but the mobile app security is abysmal. It uses CAPTCHA so I need to click tiles for 5 minutes to signup. Then it times out almost immediately.

Wish I could see all the stats and data after the session like I can live. Also wish it was easier to sort and organize data.
Digital delay
Do not understand why it could take 45 minutes to send a reset password email… Totally unacceptable!

You cannot do more for your game than consistent practice on a Trackman IO.

As others have said, can’t login because the captcha system is broken. Will not accept any submission, so I can’t login
Some minor flaws
Fairly good app. Every once in a while, problems with syncing up/logging in to the trackman app in the simulator. Map my bag is a good feature. I have a 48 degree attack wedge I hope we can include if it can be added. As far as locating a club, I would think the overwhelming majority of users would have a “favorite” location they go to - there’s no way to save or quickly access that particular club, and forces you to find it on a large map wherever your location is.
Nice but can’t delete data
In practice I want to remove rouge shots but cannot delete them. Old web interface won’t let me. New interface says go to app. App won’t let me remove a shot so while a nice app the data is useless to me with bad shots in.

Can’t delete bad shots in app
You either have to delete your entire practice session from the app or delete individual shots while using the golf simulator. It’s ridiculous that you can’t delete individual shots from the app after your session that distorts the data. Also, Trackman’s simulator doesn’t work properly for people who swing like John Daly with a long backswing.
Track man with IOS 26.
I think there is a problem with the key pad in the app. I try and log in via the QR code but on occasions it doesn’t work. I then try the number code to log in but cannot get the keyboard to work resulting in me having to log in with my email & password on the monitor touchscreen. All a bit annoying.
All data lost after adding a new club
Having just bought a 7 wood I added it to my bag and the app promptly deleted all the existing data for the rest of my bag :( Generally app graphics & interface are good. Feels a tad unfinished though

Love the Trackman app and what you can do at the range. The new version on my bag and the ability to personalise the clubs is great, but can Ben Sayers be added as a brand option?
Activities Showing Online But Not In App
I like the app so far, usable and nice look/feel. Only issue is that activites I have done at the range aren’t showing in the app but when I log into my online account they are visible there. I did 3 find my distance sessions and all 3 aren’t visible in the app but are showing online, this means I can’t see any of the detail from the shots as this isn’t available online.
App hangs
This app hangs and times out on my iphone 16, then displays an error and the runs up the sign in prompt.

Since the last update the app is not working properly. I can’t access individual clubs info and then it freezes.
Surprising lack of Data...
When playing a round of golf on Trackman, it shows the shot history, but none of the data about each shot. Please add the ability to click into each shot to see the detailed club and ball data we come to Trackman for.
