Connections to Alexa
I am in the Dominican Republic trying to connect my Air Conditioner unit that is controlled by this app and trying ti connect to Alexa. But I keep getting errors that say App needs to be upgraded. But my app is upgraded already. How do I get around this?
No QR available
The app works really fine. But why after I deleted the app and installed again even if I have an account, it says to scan again the device. but the QR is no longer available, and I don’t have the manual. How do I log in? Skipping the scan part?

Ich nutze die App für unsere Rotenso Klimaanlage. Die App macht was sie soll. Allerdings ist die deutsche Lokalisierung unvollständig und unglaublich schlecht. Wer auch immer das übersetzt hat sollte sich einen neuen Job suchen. Hier bitte unbedingt von einem qualifizierten Mitarbeiter nacharbeiten lassen.

Good But it can be better
The app is just nice, but it would be amazing if you add widgets so we can access our devices way faster. Also in the A/C it would be better if we can just adjust or swipe the temperature instead of those tap buttons. Thanks for reading.

It’s not connecting to the Amazon Alexa
When tapping on SignIn with Amazon, it will redirect me to the Amazon Alexa app, after confirming in Alexa app it will redirect me to the Safari. And say “If you see this page, there was an error returning to the app. You can try to recover it in the following ways: 1. Go to the app store and upgrade the app to the latest version. 2. If you are using an Android phone, please check whether "Open Supported Links" has been turned on, if not, please turn it on. This setting is located in: Settings->Apps->App where the device is located->Set as default->Open support links”
Aire con Alexa
Que pasó con la app que ya no se puede vincular con Alexa? Hace un tiempo la usaba de lo más bien y derrepente dejó de ser compatible? Que ma que hayan sacado esa actualización era súper buena, vuelvan a colocarla para que sea compatible. Solo por eso compré este aire acondicionado.
Needs iOS 18 update
App does what it states. Works for the air conditioners I have. However, after updating to iOS 18 the widgets stopped working. It needs to support iOS 18 widgets.

Die App tut was sie soll. Ich nutze sie für meine Hantech Split-Klimaanlage. Sie bietet über die obligatorischen Funktionen wie Temperaturregelung und Timereinstellungen eine Menge Features. Für die fehlende deutsche Lokalisierung gibt es einen Stern weniger. Leider ist sie durch den fehlenden Darkmode nicht barrierefrei. Wenn sie den hätte, gäbe es einen Stern mehr von mir.

That’s great app to make changes from far away!
Can’t share a room with other people
I installed another unit at a different location. Everytime i share the room to new users in the family, the app won’t let them register. They down load the app and can’t leave the initial activation of a new unit screen. Very frustrating. Tried it on my wife’s phone since my other family members are not near me. Can’t find another way around it. Can’t find a proper email link to contact the developer.

Cannot lower the temperature when in ECO mode using this app. I still have to get up and use the remote control.
Great remote
Installed on a Pioneer mini split that I added the wireless control module to. Works great for my purposes, the mini split is in my gym, so to preheat the room in the winter and cool in the summer is awesome. Haven’t explored much of the app, I do like that there is a de humidify setting on there.

NetHome plus has the Target and ROOM temperature on their app. For Premium LEVELLA Ac missing explanation of functions too. PROS: I like the larger letters and symbols

I’m trying to download on another iPhone but family code function does not work and there is no register option. Rest app on my current phone is great. Works always and good user interface
Can’t bypass scan code screen
I had the app last year, deleted while not using and after redownloading the app will not let me bypass the scan code screen. I already have an account but I do not have the scan code anymore so I can’t use the app.
It works
It’s a great app. All the features and more are available in your hand without trying to find out were you put the control. The only thing I had problems was with pairing the unit. Also a small problem with naming the units, but once you familiarice yourself with the app, it works flawlessly.

Nach dem letzten Update, hatte die App zu sämtlichen Geräten die Verbindung verloren. Die Neuverbindungen dauerten eine Ewigkeit, weil einige Geräte sich nicht mehr mit dem WLAN verbinden wollten. Beim nächsten Update darauf achten, das die Geräteverbindungen erhalten bleiben

How an app like this should be built. No overly bloated UI and features that are not needed. Just an app that serves it’s function perfectly and never puts a step wrong.

Stole this air on from a hotel in Tenerife,made my luggage over 25kg so not very happy. They charged me an extra £700 just recently found out it only cost £499 can u refund the difference .... just joking
Questionable app security
When using copy and paste on my phone sometimes I’ll open the smartlife-smartphone app and a notification at the top will indicate “pasted information from _____” almost like I’m trying to paste information into this app. This is a huge security concern for me. Now on my iPhone I have to be sure my clipboard is clear of anything sensitive before opening this app? Wow
App forgets
Every time there is a new version in appstore and you download it the app forgets everything. You need to pair it again with appliance. It happened to me twice now. It’s a nightmare
