Inconsistent
This app is so finicky. I set a whole schedule and I still have to manually turn it on. It's nice to be able to check it and turn it on and off while away but the schedule not working properly is really annoying. Especially for a system that was over $600. The scheduling option is also a mess. It looks so unorganized and confusing. Some updates would be nice.

App will not save location and C/F settings.

Favorite setting does not control louver
The firmware can control the louver, but the favorites settings does not remember it for some reason. If I have to walk over and set the louver manually then this app looses much of its value.

Barely works. Won’t save login. Can’t read text on some screens, sent to support no response. Trust me I’m looking for something better!
Not syncing
I mostly like this app to control my heat pump system thermostat. But recently I’ve tried to change the scheduling and it would not delete when I selected delete. I went to the physical unit and deleted there just fine; checked the app again and not deleted. I restarted my phone, updated the app, updated the physical unit, deleted and reinstalled the app. Also, it would never connect to my wifi until I had to reset the breaker (for a different reason) and suddenly it connected as I had tried months ago.
The only app that worked on my KSACN1701AAA wired controller
To the developer, thank you for making this app available. I tried different Carrier apps for the model I mentioned above to use for my Carrier 45MUHA crossover air handler. All 3 Carrier apps do not recognize the QR code to bind the device and the app. It’s a Saturday when the contractor installed the controller so we could not call Carrier. Upon digging I saw this app and wow did it work! Quickly in a matter of seconds this app recognized the QR code and my device and app paired instantly. Thank you so much!!

Worked well, then claims network issues
Pretty mad how it claims my WiFi is weak when it’s working perfectly for every other app or use and HAD been working fine with this app. Tech support not obvious. Really bummed after a month of use. Tried all the usual things including a new version of the app two days ago.
Schedules are useless
The app controls are good and responsive. My biggest issue is that the schedules do not operate correctly. I set a schedule for the winter to heat the house. I turn it off and it still activates. The schedule has an off time which also doesn’t work consistently.
Convenient
Absolutely love this application. Now I can monitor the AC usage in my children room and home while at work or on the road. The fact that it tells the outdoor and current indoor temperature is a plus.

Beyond frustrating
The app works okay for the most part but will randomly sign you out and make you sign back in which is frustrating and just lazy UI programming. But this latest time it has had an error message every time I try to sign back in so I haven’t been able to get back onto the app all week. Would much prefer a working app with half the functionality than this useless one that keeps trying to add customizable features but won’t let a user log on.
Worked great but……….
Used to Sign in with Apple ID. That has stopped working since the last two weeks and the support web is not very user friendly. Otherwise it worked perfectly until it didn’t. …….Any solutions? Maybe related to latest iOS update?

Buggy and no customer service
This thing constantly disconnects from my thermostat and none of the troubleshooting steps work. They don’t respond to inquiries. Super frustrating experience and I wish there was an alternative

La App es muy buena, pero cuando llevas un mes sin usarla o hacéis una actualización en verano sobretodo. Cada dos por tres hay que enlazarla porque se queda en estado desconectado. Vamos que piensas que puedes acceder a ella en cualquier momento y cuando más la necesitas falla
Needs more functionality
There needs to be more clear guidance on utilizing the smart curve sleep feature within the schedule feature. The app does not provide clear instruction. Example - I want to have a schedule where the smart curve starts it process daily and then the unit returns to previous setting once that process has ran. I do not want the unit to “power off” at the end of this cycle, but there is no way to do this within the schedule function. I just want to be able to have the smart curve starts and run its program on a routine schedule without the unit shutting completely off at the end of it. The app does not allow you to disable the “turn off” function within the schedule. If you select the turn on function it automatically forces a turn off time.
Wi-Fi connection
I have had this unit for 9 months without any connection issues until a week ago. The unit is installed at a vacation home and wouldn’t reconnect until I went to the home and reconnected.

Beautiful interface for the control of wall units but the energy monitoring is seriously lacking in functionality. It would be nice to add an overall feature to see total consumption or better yet cost calculation based on location rates.
Sometimes works
This app is apparently the only one that works with my heat pump/air conditioner. Incredibly annoying that there’s no choice in this matter. When it works it works fine. But that is hardly the case at all times. Watch out after major iOS updates, your heaters and automations will just stop working until these developers update their app
Update Request
The app required a heat/aux setting in the schedule to work effectively in colder climates. Scheduling doesn’t work well past -15c. It could if updated. Please fix.

Frequent Disconnection
This app routinely disconnects from the thermostat and you have to do an entire reset of the thermostat to get it to reconnect. If you’ve left the house for the day, let alone gone on vacation, you could be in serious trouble when you can’t adjust the thermostat when you’re returning home. Unfortunately, and despite significant efforts to resolve the issues both within the app and via customer service, I have not been able to do so. Customer service does not respond despite repeated attempts. I’ve tried through the app and by email. I even tried Mandarin. Zero response in two weeks of trying.
Good but could be better.
Overall the app works pretty good and like another user stated it drains your battery on your mobile device fast. I wish there was a desktop version available so you could setup your schedules running in the background on your pc/ mac to saves your battery life on your phone. Another thing that would be nice is to have the ability set your louvre’s in a certain position in your schedule setting. This also may not be a bug but not able to see your personal schedule and up coming schedules unless your unit is running is a bug in my opinion.
Excellent app but nonfuntional on AppleWatch
Update: it has been two years, and they still have not gotten the Apple Watch app to work. Very disappointing. This app works well with my three heat pump wall units, but the AppleWatch app is useless. It keeps saying to add a device on the iPhone app when three devices already have been added there abd are working! I hope they develop a fix soon. HD
App boost feature no longer works due to latest update
Please fix. Says ‘boost is not supported in this mode’ boost worked fine before latest app update. Tried a function refresh, and still doesn’t work.

App issues since release of Liquid Glass
The indoor and outdoor temps are shown at the top of the screen. Ever since apple released the Liquid Glass improvements, these are covered up by a box with “Home Scenes Me”.

Redirecting to main Wifi Settings?
The app won’t let me select the WiFi network. It always redirects to the main settings in iOS. I can’t even write the name of the network manually.
Wirks good but consumes alot of power in the background if left open.
I really like the app but it will drain 25-30% of my iphone battery over night if left open running in the background, whenever i check my battery usage its always Nethomeplus at the very top of the list for battery consumption.

It "works" but not pleasant to use at all. This is what you get when you're relying on a cross-platform framework that does the job but feels weird to use.
