Smart Home Controller App
Smart Home Controller App
Trash app, scammers.
Charge you an outrageous fee just to not connect to products that you already paid for. These people are useless parasites.
Power Management
The app works fine for what it is, although the annual subscription seems a little high for what you get. I would like to either be able to query more data or have the ability to export the data to excel. I use it to monitor my power usage from a utility, but also from my generator when the utility power is unavailable. I would really like to see “peak amps” as an option. I know I can set an alarm for max amps, but would still like to chart it.
not that good
i had downloaded it and got the light bulb not thinking i would have to pay to use it monthly. and the price you have to pay is really high considering you only get so little control over it. would i purchase this again. no.
$$$
I’m not happy with the purchase of a subscription. I mistakenly click on something that added my contacts to my home account which I wasn’t happy with. The bulbs seem to work fine so far and I would give them a thumbs up.
Good
Good
0/10 do not recommend unless you wanna pay
This app is useless unless you want to spend money to even connect your device to it which I think is the a scam you need to put that in your app description or you need to take that off the app not all people can pay for little things like that
annual subscription ripoff
charging an annual subscription to unlock a door is ridiculous. you should build these OPEX costs into your business model guys.
Pill it
I’m just learning
This app is trash I’m switch to govee led lights
this app is trash. I shouldn’t be able to get a subscription. I wanted to use my LED light strips for for my bed when I first got this app I could add a device for free but something changed and now my device is removed and now I have to get a subscription to add device again like what Govee doesn’t do that you just buy the lights and you can just get the app. You don’t have to pay for a subscription. One star this app is trash.😐😐
Why pay for 2 light bills?
Lights work decently with the app, should be more features if I’m going to pay 40 bucks a year for 4 “special” light bulbs in my house.
Andrea
Activo4@
Midea dehumidifier
Just bought a smart dehumidifier and it told me to download this app but why the heck is it a subscription just to use this app. It should be free I bought the product paid expensive money for this product I shouldn’t be required to pay a monthly fee
Have to pay to use
I just bought a wall heater that has app capabilities and to use it, I have to download this app. But in order to add a device you have to pay for the subscription. It’s $40 a year or $3 a month to use the app. There should be a free option especially since I only have that 1 device I’d use with the app. If o had multiple devices to add I would have no problem paying for the subscription.
Gic
Very satisfied
Worst App Ever
This app is completely useless, you won’t get anything which can stand out and kind of scams users. When you open this first time it might give you at a lesser annual subscription price which will tell you that price won’t be available if you pass that screen. If you purchase it accidentally there is no way you can get a refund. The app can’t even find local WiFi unless you enter it manually, is this a joke ? I wish I could give them 0 stars, unfortunately that option is not there. This is kind of a dishonest company just one time tries grabbing your money, stay away from it.
déconnecté
c'est pénible d'être souvent déconnecté de l'application il faut rechercher son identifiant sans mot de passe. absurde !
Auto Feeder
Feeder works as advertised. I have this feeder at my office so I needed something to feed my fish over the weekend. The feeder fits perfect in the lid door of my fluval flex 2.0 25 gallon. I would highly recommend this unit.
Don’t use!!!
They make it hard to use without subscribing. I messed up and subscribed for 50$ for to plugs. Can’t get refund
Riskeralot
Hardware and software works well together
DONT USE/BUY
Why do I have to pay for a subscription when I already bought the light bulb????????RIDICULOUS. Greed will soon lead to the end of our society. I stamp that. Good day. Or, you know what, I take that back.
Easy to set up internet online
Thanx so easy to do but the app is laggy that’s my only
Trash
The app is trash, devices are trash, I bought the annual membership to connect my devices and managed them but they they disconnect from the router every single day I’m so annoyed about this and is not even the router because I made a separate network just for the devices to get connected with the specification required and apparently are the only devices that get disconnected at home, customer support doesn’t even reply about my concerns and I want a refund for this trash app and devices!!!!
Smart Plugs Rock!
These devices are totally boss. Once they are set up and running they are a necessity.
Don’t pay the subscription
I recently got a lightbulb to put in one of my lamps, and it told me to download the Feit Electric app. The logo of that app on the box is the same as the logo of this app. Almost didn’t realize it, but I deleted this one and got the other one, it controls the same devices for free.
Temperature
I love this It’s nice to check the inside temp of my cottage in the winter time
Dumb
Got a bulb and thought it was odd it didn’t have a remote before seeing g it needed an app thought that was fine and until I saw I had to pay a subscription FOR SOMETHING I ALREADY BOUGHT it’s scammy and frankly a terrible business model there should be a free mode in all honesty given people shouldn’t have to pay a subscription to use a freaking lightbulb
