Don’t waste your time let alone money.
Used this app to organize a trip between video game stores. It put things in an optimal order but sucked for navigation. After the first stop it got stuck, then skipped the next stop and totally froze. Can’t believe people pay $20 a month for this program.
Good
Spoke all in all is a helpful tool to use. The price is a bit steep and I wish it was at least $5 cheaper. Sometimes you have to watch it tho. It messes up and sends you down a road that’s irrelevant and have to do a u turn.

Hey, I used to download, as needed, and was thinking of taking this app to my company, but it looks like the latest update doesn’t allow you access previous accounts. Can’t even do a brand new email.

If you make a wrong turn, this app will not tell you. It does not correct you! I drove for twenty mins before I realized I was going the wrong way

Love the app, but this most recent update the copy paste no longer shows up in my keyboard so it’s added another step. Can you put that feature back in?
Updates are horrible
With every update this app turns more and more into trash. I’m going to stop paying if they keep this up. Stop adding new features that break the app. Stops go missing. Have to force close out of app and get back in to see them again. In app maps are horrible. I’ll be one street over and it says I’m at the stop, then I have to hit restart. Trash app!

Great app but wish it had a few more features
I love the all as a route planner. I use it in my small business for distribution. I think for route planning it’s great. But I hate that it doesn’t have like a master store list. I wish the notes updated across all routes. I guess I just want it to be more of an interface to use. I actually built an interface that had everything spine doesn’t have but I can’t get the route planning right so I have to keep using spoke. It seems there isn’t allot to actually track my numbers and things like that.
Built in Nav stinks
Fix your built in Nav. I like the auto nav feature, but your nav program keeps taking me to the street BEHIND the house I’m trying to get to, and I don’t like having to continually swipe between Waze, Google, etc to start the next address. Am I supposed to hop the back wall??? Also, occasionally it will completely flip the direction I’m traveling - on a freeway no less. This can’t be safe.

Spokepost update
After the update this app has been a disappointment. It now utilizes its own mapping system, which often has errors on addresses. Just recently, I’ve encountered a bug where it will randomly reroute me and continue to reroute (within a two minute window, it alerted me to a reroute 10 or so times). Also the navigation speaker is extremely loud, to where I can’t hear a phone conversation. I have not found an option to change the volume of it. Going to look for a new app to use.
Disappointed
Subscribed to this app to help with multi drop packages, however the problem I have is the roads that were closed were not highlighted on the app, this so annoying as time in this job is everything. Also we had to switch to the lite version as the full price is too much, being that the information is incorrect.
I love this app!
I don’t usually review apps but I feel like I want to rate Spoke. I downloaded the app to use on my Meals on Wheels route and I love it. I can set the starting location at the place I pick up the food. I just copy my stops over from the previous week and if I have a new client it is really easy to add them I can also set my end point to my home. Then I just optimize the route and the most efficient way to drive the route is created. I also like that Spoke connects to Google Maps. I would recommend this app to anyone who has to make deliveries on a regular basis.

This app is great! The only thing I suggest is for the user to be abl to take pictures of the shipping label as a way to add a stop. That would be beyond convenient!!

12 monthly review
It’s a decent route planner having used for 12 months daily however the only fault with it is find is how it maps the route it will continually send you further out your way instead of getting the closer groups in said route done quicker

Honest & Real Review! I been using this application for 1 year today, and I can say without it my job is very hard. This app makes my day a lot easier and my money and lot faster. I gave 5 star because I’m generous but the app has some improvements to work on. Let’s see where our monthly payments go huh Circuit?
So smart it’s dumb
This app tries so hard to implement the customize routing I end up having to baby sit my rout. Have had multiple occasions where it glitches and puts 2 stops 15 miles away after the other and causes tons of miles and time loss. Awful app just let me organize it
Just one fix please
I love 90% of this app. I just wish that I could just hold and move a stop if I just wanted to switch one or two without having to go in to the circle thing. I feel like adding that alone would make this the perfect app for drivers.
Please change it back!
I was a big fan of this app, using it almost daily for about a year. One day it’s called Spoke instead of Circuit and all the features are different, in the worst kind of way. It now opens its own on screen navigation instead of using google or Apple Maps. You can’t see the speed limit or the compass, must have features when you’re driving for a living. It also took the estimated times of arrival off the list page, which I found helpful. If there are ways for the user to change these things, it’s not clear. Please change it back!

Can’t scan a single package “no internet connection” every other app works… thanks The next day I can scan packages but it just deleted all the photos of the boxes I took this morning. I can’t tell you how frustrating this app truly is. $20/month for a headache…. Fix your app people. My god.
Suggestion
First I want to start off by saying this app has saved me SOOO much time the subscription it's worth every single penny!! One thing I would like to see implemented is the option to remove stop IDs please!

Do better
When I first found this app I was super stoked. But after using this app for the last 6 months I believe the developer needs to do better. I have programmed over 16 runs with anywhere from 60-80 delivery/ pickup points. The runs are in a specific order and I need to program them as such. My issue is the optimization button. It needs a confirmation prompt or something. Maybe even an undo optimization feature because repeatedly this stupid button gets tapped on accident leaving me stuck in that mode. It has the manual setting of the stops but you have to hit the optimization button you have to tap to get out of the edit function. And it rearranges the drops in the wrong order. So the only fix is to redo the entire map again and then hit skip optimization. When you have a ton of stops it’s tedious to have to redo every map again. It’s frustrating asf and is making me look for alternative options.

Best app ever for routing yourself and for professional use! It’s worth to pay for premium but even without it is just as good! It’s hot 🥵🔥
App not working
App is not working this morning. Saying no internet connection when there is internet on device active. Fix !
Needs a few things
Works great, would really like to be able to save stops under groups so I didn’t have to enter them every day and adjust the time the places are open. Being able to go into a group and choose the stops that I frequent would speed up the process. I know there is a option for copying stops from previous routes but then they don’t get their stop ID’s assigned correctly “just says stop ID pending even after optimizing which makes it even more of a pain. Over all like the app just need to be able to make the routes faster.
Not great since recent updates
Since application recently updated it’s time off arrival and finish time for routes are shocking as doesn’t track properly for example says time of arrival 15:40 but actually is 16:00!!!
Hit or Miss
Been using the paid version for a few weeks and have found it very helpful for my average 40 stop delivery work using Apple Maps as my default. Today I used the Circuit Internal Navigation as my default and twice it sent me in completely the wrong direction adding an extra half hour onto my day. Both postcodes I inputted were way out. Apple Maps located them in exactly where they should off been.
Route Efficiency
I love how it lays out all your stops on one map, making it much more efficient for making routes and how you are able to manual change that order. I also love that you can change what navigation app you use whether it’s the in app navigation, Google maps, Waze, etc. The in-app navigation makes it easier since if you choose to use that. The only complaint I have right now with the in app navigation is how when you get close to you a stop it zooms out rather than in which is annoying but hopefully that could be fixed.
Can’t finish setting up account
iPhone X - won’t let me past by the (what best describes your job?) screen. I’ve tapped everywhere on the screen and nothing happens.

Frustrating!!
This is my second review just because again today the app just has no clue, it wanted me to drive 12mile to a different area to then return later to the same spot to deliver/collect stops that I’m currently looking at, some delivery areas are spot on but some are a shambles, tries to return me to one way systems later on in rush hour instead of doing them when you get there… i contacted developers and told them i have to hit “make next” button to make manual corrections where the app fails to recognise stops that are 5ft away but no real reason for the mishaps was given.

Has real potential to be a great app. I think it’s over priced for what it is and it keeps telling me that drops cannot be reached on time when I have no time limit on them.

Refund wanted
The app itself is good enough. I did not need it anymore so I cancelled it on my old iCloud account and you are still taking money out each month for around 6 months now. I can no longer get in to the old iCloud account to cancel it again. Please stop taking my money!
Nice app
Nothing to compare to but this app seems very useful. One feature I find great is being able to add pictures. Makes sorting through loads much easier. Can pack my van much easier. Large parcels together smaller ones etc. rather than grouping them by addresses because I always know exactly what I’m looking for and where it will be. One thing I would like to be added is the option to add a price for completed stops and I’d come and give it the 5 stars
