Makes it easy to do all my banking!
Update
My app tells me to update. I click to open and just keep repeating itself. It’s after hours I can’t call the office and the Number doesn’t give you and option to speak to anyone after hours.
Password
This the only bank out of five we do business with that requires password changes on a regular. Must have a weak security system compared to our other banks.
The Best!
I love Tennessee State Bank! They are ALWAYS so helpful and pleasant to work with. I have all my personal and business accounts there and have never regretted it. Melissa in Seymour is terrific!
Limitations
Very limited on what I need when traveling when compared to other banks hence this has ceased being a primary account due to my required travels.

Since 1987
I have had my account with Tennessee State Bank since 1987. I have had Great customer service for almost 40 years. I moved out of the area and I still bank with Tennessee State Bank even though there’s not a bank within an hours drive from where I’m at.
TSB app update
I guess I won’t be using the app for a while since I have an iPhone 6s that won’t take IOS 16. I wonder if they considered the age of the users phone? Apparently not.

This app is always either signing you out making you reset your password or what super annoying always constantly going to the bank to get my password figured out online banking shouldn’t be this complicated
Convenient while traveling
I am often on the road where I am paid before returning home. Having mobile depositing is extremely convenient.
App is slow
App is slow and logs off randomly. Has trouble showing correct balances. I use multiple different banking apps this one is the worst. Doesn’t ever show improvement or better changes.

You can only get into this app like a third of the time. The rest of the time it displays user agreement over and over. Useless app

Need to be able to have your credit card on the app as well that way you can do everything from the app
