App and Website- useless
I opened a business account several weeks ago. Neither the website nor this app work. I can log in but that’s it. I can only see my balance. I can’t access my account data or make transactions. Every time I try to get this resolved, the branch says “Oh, you have to fill out a separate form for that”. Now, along with this, I’ve learned: BT business accounts can’t do anything at the atm except check balance; BT doesn’t allow business accounts to connect to other businesses like Venmo, PayPal, etc. and BT won’t allow me to use my debit card on out of town business trips unless I get approved by them beforehand. This isn’t a business account. They should call it a child’s account. Needless to say I’m taking my business and money elsewhere.

Overall is a good app. However, it offers me to take the new app tour every time i lunch the app even though i went thought all the tour pages multiple times. Also, i can’t see the account number in the app, c’mon it’s 2026, i don’t need to call to the call center to know my account number.
