Can’t get past Privacy/Eula
Wouldn’t know if the app is any good. I made an account and the app won’t let me get past the state selection/privacy settings. Hitting ‘submit’ does nothing. Garbage app as far as I can say.
Thanks for fixing it
I’ve used this app for years, it now is able to show individual readings when you do three readings in a row, as well as the average of the readings. It still says, “Welcome! You do not have any readings to display yet” even though I use it daily. If you wait long enough it then shows you the readings.
Barely works
I use the app to transfer my blood pressure readings to Apple Health. It works, but the app makes me log in every time. Why can’t it use Face ID like other apps? It also doesn’t sync other data from Health; so it displays incorrect (old) info on the main screen.
Overall a pretty good app, but…
With the most recent updates the manual reading input option is now buried. What once was a signal selection to input a manual reading is now 3. This did not improve functionality at all in my opinion. 08/30/26: I am still annoyed that what used to be one step (manually entering BP is now 3. I still don’t see the benefit of this change. I am also downgrading to 3 stars from 4 because of how often I have to log into the app. It’s pointless to have Face ID if I also have to enter my username and password all the time.

Fails to sync
The app fails to connect to the server at all times.
New format today. Do not like
Today I see a new format I must go through to read notes I put for each BP reading. I must keep detailed notes. Until today I could see my notes for multiple BP readings on 1 screen. Now I must open each reading separately to read notes. Please revert back to the way it used to be before this change.
TruRead change?
App no longer showing the 3 individual readings from TruRead. Just showing the final average. This is a step backwards for what was a good app.
Cannot pair with an iPhone 17e
New iPhone 17e gets an error when trying to pair with model BP5450. I hope there is a fix coming, because now I cannot save the readings history for my dr.
History
Would like to see a historical LIST of blood pressure readings reinstated as opposed to graphical view. Much easier to see exact readings in list. Thank you!
NEW FORMAT AWFUL
I used to be able to print after tapping on BLOOD PRESSURE BOX, but you changed everything making it ridiculously difficult! I DO NOT WANT TO SEE A GRAPH!!!! IT ALSO WILL NOT PRINT MY NOTES NEXT TO READINGS, NOT ACCEPTABLE! WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO CONTACT YOU WITHIN THE APP, NOT WRITE A REVIEW WITH COMPLAINTS!! AND STUPID OMRON BP MONITOR ALWAYS CLAIMS BATTERY LOW EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE NOT!! I HATE THIS PRODUCT!! DO BETTER!!
Plötzlich geht nichts mehr
Nach jahrelanger problemloser Nutzung auf meinem bisherigen iPhone lässt sich das Blutdruckmessgerät nicht mit meinem neuen iPhone koppeln. Aktualisierung: Dank ausgezeichneter Unterstützung durch den Support funktioniert wieder alles. Eine entsprechende Anleitung in de FAQ wäre sinnvoll. Die Bewertung habe ich auf 4 Sterne angepasst.
Bugs
There seems to be consistent non patched bugs. Routinely try to check my history and the app stalls or crashes. Often new readings do not update and i need to go to history to synch which is difficult when the history/read all data does not work.
All measurements
I wish the measurements would quit changing and go back to the older measurements record. It is getting harder to read.
Absolute security
With a forty year history of blood pressure, controlled by medication, my BP is monitored regularly by the medics. Recently I was diagnosed with an aortic aneurysm making my BP monitoring essential. After a week in hospital being monitored 24/7 together with a substantial change in my drug regime I took the decision to monitor my BP myself. I now monitor my BP twice daily, with my morning drug regime and again in the evening with my second dosage. My readings give me complete confidence that my drug regime is working, furthermore I now have secure information to share with my cardiologist. My personal monitoring continues whilst the aortic team review my need for surgery. OMRON sends accurate detail to my iPhone and iPad leaving me fully confident that I have the detail I need to fully benefit my health. At 78 the ease of use of OMRON and its recording/reporting protocols provide me with absolute security.

Don’t ask for a BP report. You won’t get it.
Must close app for face recognition to work
Face recognition does not work if the app is open. The app requires you to enter your password. But simply closing and reopening permits login by facial recognition. The previous version did not have this defect. Also the prior version charted every data point. This one only charts an average.
Can no longer find the dashboard
This app used to work just fine. It would open to the dashboard where I could choose how to start the Amran complete device, which allowed me to perform both blood pressure and EKG at the same time. Now, that start screen is missing from the app, and I have found no way to use the app, other than by taking a Manuel, blood pressure reading and then syncing the app. I have unpaired the unit and then re-paired the unit several times. I have removed the app and then reinstall the app several times. And it just seems to have lost its previous functionality.
Great->Good->Horrible
Originally an excellent, easy to use app with meaningful data readily available. Easy to add notes and view True Read results. Then an update and basically have to put your elbow in your ear to use, add notes, see the three readings. Now updating again 8/26 by cutting off one’s ability to see the data. Fix it, change it, fix it until it is successfully broken and ruined.

I’ve been for three hours, trying to connect and get the EKG part to work. ChatGPT has even and it’s awful and we can’t get it to work. My blood pressure is up now! I even called the company and that was laughable. They told me to read the instructions or they would send me by email some instructions.
Lost All Data Twice
For the second time in 6 months all my data is gone. First time the app kept working but data was gone. Second time app stopped working all together. Decided to delete and reload and it works but data is all lost. Really like the app when it works.
This app doesn’t work
This app needs some work: it doesn’t open consistently. It doesn’t maintain the login on the the same phone. It doesn’t consistently upload data from the monitor. It doesn’t consistently transfer the data from the app to the apple health data app. It is the most frustrating app I have to deal with. I expect more from a company like OMRON. They need to get this fixed. It has been an incredibly frustrating experience to have these problems recur again and again and again. And to make matters worse I am locked in because I do like the bp monitor itself. So sad.
TruRead / Irregular heartbeat?
Why does the app no longer show irregular heartbeats? Why can I no longer see the 3 measurements when using TruRead?

Usually dependable. Seems to work for me. Using an Omron BP7450.
BP History no longer has timestamp
After update, history only shows date but no time which makes the data useless. Should not have to tap each reading individually to see the time. Please put timestamp back. Also, (not due to the update), on the history screen it would be more useful to have “see all measurements” at the top. I don’t need the dissertation about what blood pressure is that I must scroll through to see my readings. The only good thing about the update is the app doesn’t display my 120/75 (normal) readings as ELEVATED quite as boldly as in previous version.
OMRON Connect APP crashed when it starts
I’ve been using the app to record my blood pressure with my OMRON machine for about 2 years. However when I used the machine today and tried to open the app to sync the readings, the app crashed multiple times.
Keeps Logging Out
App keeps logging user out and then must be restarted to do Face ID.
New update not an improvement
The change to display of history is not an improvement. The lettering is smaller as is the colour code making overview less informative without any other advantage. Also you now have to go into each entry to see the time stamp, also complicating the easy overview of the older way of presentation.
Problem fixed!
The Aug 10 App update has fixed the problem where the app crashed on opening. Glad all my data has not been lost!
Tru-read no longer available
I used to be able to access tru-reads the same time as I got the reading. Then I needed to go to the history to find it. Now it’s no longer in history and nowhere to be found. This is not an improvement!

Needs improvement
No facial recognition and doesn’t remember pw. Requires long password. BP syncs, but then later several readings show not synced.
Crash
I loved the app it worked fine syncing my blood pressure and have it in a nice simple way. I tried today Aug 20 2026 to open the app but it wouldn’t open. So I found out that there is an update. I updated it but unfortunately when tried to open it it took awhile with the screen frozen and suddenly it crashes. I tried to restart the phone and the same thing happened several times I hope this issue is addressed so the app can be as usable and as friendly as before.
Easy connection & use
Very easy to use & store your BP data. Also excellent support when my phone wouldn’t load the app any more. Thank you OMRON
Update is too slow.
Update is so slow. Screen locks up when trying to get list of blood pressures so you can actually see numbers. Too difficult to remove erroneous BP. Bring back the old one that actually worked. Sometimes we don’t need new and improved.
May update awful
Until May this app was excellent and user friendly but since May when it seems as if an apprentice was let loose doing the update it’s user unfriendly. For example I can no longer type in my weight although it still updates my BP and the only reason I can think of why this is is it’s because I have an Omron BP machine but not an Omron weighing scales and its to get people to buy one. Now I will get an automated response of no use just like all the others who hate this update. It wasn’t broken so why change it? Update after response from Omron. Thanks for the response and indeed this does work thankfully so I’ve updated the rating to four. It would have been five if it wasn’t user unfriendly.

After the last update, I haven’t been able to login even after following the instructions and changing my password multiple times.

Ruined!
Just logged on and took this morning’s reading, and overnight, my history of readings have lost the list of 3 readings that formed the average result. Plus the reading history page now looks like it’s from an app from 2008, plain, ugly. Why did you do this????
Health Sync Update
Just needs the ECG tracking to sync to the health app and it will be perfect.
Totally useless
Never had a problem until the latest update which does not open, sits with logo for a few seconds then closes.
No way to reset data!
This app is fine. It mostly does what it needs to do. However, it is frustrating when you want to reset your data and start again because there’s no way to do it! The website says “look for the three dots” but there are no three dots! Please fix this.

Horrible app
Not sure where they get their reviews. Must be old people with low standards for apps. One of the worst user interfaces I have ever experienced. Bad data. Bad storage. Too many button presses. Loses data. They keep making it worse and worse.
Best brand on the market
Purchased the unit on recommendation from family physician It was the brand/model that the Dr had in the examinations rooms. I figured if they can function in such a fast paced environment, they will work well at home Easy to set up and use. Easy to install app and set up for daily use.
Disappointed!
Apps doesn’t work since yesterday, can’t opened for some reason despite all restart and reboot attempts.
Liked the Older version better
Syncing is very difficult, new update for viewing history. Liked the lists better than the graph. The list was much easier to review and provide health care provider with accurate readings
