Select user, app won’t allow to hit “next”
When connecting to blue tooth, it says to select user, though I’ve been using the scale and app for months. Now when inspect an user slot, I press “next” and nothing happens

So this app is cool, but why the "I am 18 years old" or "18 years or older" when it says 12+ on app store?

Won’t let me select a user profile give me a error code 500
The app is easy to use but the scale won’t connect after the blue tooth screen to select a user profile I did all the trouble shooting and reached out via email and nothing
Doesn’t sync with Apple health
The scale syncs with its own app but not Apple health. It advertises on the box it syncs with the health app. Everything is up today and all permissions on. It does not sync.
WW Tracker not tracking
Purchased the scale and have been using the app since January 2020. For the past three weeks, the WW Tracker Scale app is not syncing with the WW app. The Scale app won’t let me log in (solid blue screen with no signs of connection) and from the WW app side, I have the scale connected but it won’t save/find/track what the weigh-in is from the scale. The scale app hasn’t shown an update in a year. I just need to know if I am doing something wrong or if the scale app is obsolete. The only other possible option is to delete the Scale app, but I fear I’ll lose my data since it won’t save my login info. Help?
Works first try for me
Not sure why so many people have struggled. Connected first try too k my measurements and synchronized data with Apple health.
Garbage App
If I could give this app a zero, I would. The scale is great. The app itself is absolutely terrible. For example; If you want to click on “Body Water” to check your water weight over the span of time, it brings up “Heart Rate,” or another function you don’t want, even if you unselect them. This all is just trash all around and has too many bugs that need fixing. The scale itself is fine and tracks your progress well, it’s just everything else is incredibly frustrating…I don’t ever write reviews but this app is so beyond irritating, that I wrote one.

Epic App Malfunction since Oct 2025 Data Wiped
Got my WW Bluetooth scale & app back in 12/2018 & had literally ZERO issues up until my last log (according to THANKFULLY my exported data log to my Health App) on 10/20/25. I recall the app completely malfunctioning where it randomly logged me out and struggled to log in due to system issues around the time of the major Oct 2025 internet blackout. I did everything I could think including redownloading the app and continually updating when shows available and while I have better luck logging in without issues (also never previously needed to re-sign in when opening the app until these issues started), everything in the app still shows 0 data other than my profile tab & milestone awards. Really annoying because after years of reflecting on progress on the app showing all I gained AND FINALLY LOST (gradually starting since around 2022/2023-present) approx 110 lbs which due to chronic health conditions I thought I’d never see my chart table drop again so to go into the app and see nothing entered is disheartening and personal. Yes I have other measurement logs I’ve tracked in my notes app & like I mentioned I thankfully the Health App has my scale app’s export data…but it’s not the same. I got this scale for a reason and the scale is not the problem…In fact despite having the scale since 2018, it still functions like new. It’s the app that’s the problem since Oct 2025. They seriously need to get it together and fix it otherwise don’t bother investing if you’re looking for a reliable smart scale with Bluetooth tracker app combo
App is broken no support
Seems like the app is broken. Won’t let me log in. No support for this scale. I just bought it a week ago and I’m regretting it.
Will not sync
I am so disappointed with this app, I’ve tried deleting it and reloading and get nothing.

Can’t even register cause the app is way to faulty. It is delayed and very laggy.
Needs updating due to iOS 26
Since update to iOS 26, having issues syncing with Weight watchers app.
Glitchy
Glitchy can’t even log in. When I put in the code to reset my password a glitch happens and won’t let me type anything in the code box and just gives me a red error code.
After login it just stays in a blue screen
I changed to a different phone and after log in it asks me if I want to sync to the device. After I say yes it just continues into a blue screen and stays there and never access the app. Please help.

Very Misleading!!!
Just bought this scale today for the same reason as many others to sync to my WW app. Little did I know as it doesn’t provide this info on the box that it will only sync with WW US and not Canada. Not quite sure why weight watchers would sell these scales in Walmart Canada when you can’t get the full benefit!!!! Disappointing!

Logged in, and can’t select a user slot or update information. App is useless scale is nice
Don’t forget your log in details.
Password reset button doesn’t work, customer service is of no help! For those that need help to recover their forgotten password create a new log in, log into the app, at the bottom click on ‘terms and conditions’ and in there there is a different password reset button! I managed to for mine. Yay!

I bought this to sync with my WW APP but the scale app won’t let me sign in with WW information keep getting error message so had to create new I’d to use app and now because different from WW log in they won’t sync Disappointing and frustrating
