Loved the app until last update
So I was able to open app, and one click to scheduled appointments I had. Now I have have to open app, hit more, select website, then select manage appointments to view my appointments for the day or make changes. It was convenient now it’s a hassle. Why did yall change the one click access to appointments??
Full functionality missing
I like to use my phone to make updates and it doesn’t allow you too add things like description, category or shipping on your products. Hope they add soon.

Paid a week ago
Paid for my site a week ago and still says expired, called go daddy they cannot find my website, no one speaks to the app developers to correct the problem. I have called 11 times and one person. Found my site and they said it’s an Apple problem which it is not as Apple doesn’t connect the app info to go daddy they just offer the app for go daddy. Please fix this issue ever since go daddy “simplified” the apps it’s become a big mess!
Not worth it
Every time I go to my commerce to print an order invoice, it makes me. Sign into the website anyway… and even though I press remember me it does not. Not worth having the app.
Need Appointment App
Needs a dedicated appointment app that we can share with our staff. The newest update makes checking appointments more complicated with extra steps, and it takes you out of the app to the internet. We primarily use the GoDaddy mobile app to check and book customer appointments. It needs a way to share the calendar with all staff without giving them full access to editing the website or customer orders. It’s not a very service friendly app at all.
Great credit card app
I’ve been using this now for a couple years and the fees are very reasonable. It always works. Has tap pay and you can send invoices, you can even accept ACH payment through invoice overall. probably the best system I’ve used over a square or PayPal
BEWARE
They had no problem depositing my money last week, but now that it's more money today, it's supposedly on hold because they can't verify me. In this day & age, there is no way that they can't verify people in about 30 seconds. I'll be sticking with Square!
Very slow
The app is so buggy and slow that I had to uninstall and go with Shopify. The developers should be ashamed of themselves, and especially whoever is running this thing.
Stopped working
Was working perfectly fine until this week. it does not let me do anything, even after the update

First of all I’m paying for storage on My iPhone 14 Pro Max , to install a new update I guessing hackers uninstall my app, the app with the green logo was uninstalled by hackers, why do I need to uninstall apps on My iPhone of I’m paying for my own storage space on my own I phone? My only legal name is Ms. Reeba Tasha Toussaint , we shouldn’t have to uninstall apps for a new iPhone update to be installed
It’s ok
Used to be really good and easy for me to check orders, make changes to my products and check my dashboard, now the app is a lot more difficult to navigate along with their site! as of today my whole website is messed up due to their update, my inventories been changed, old products are added back to my site and my categories are not showing up!! As a small business owner I was hoping for a simple way to sell my products but as time goes by GoDaddy gets more and more difficult to work with!
Doesn’t work well with mobile
This app has flaws and it gets frustrating when you have to continuously log back into it to finish a project on the mobile device
The worst 🛑
🛑Do not download this app I do not recommend it. They take around seven business days to do payouts and sometimes even more not only that if you do more than two transactions with the same customer, they will lock your account and the all your money will be get refunded so you may lose all your stuff that you sell. Do not use this company. not only that customer service is the worst and there is no 24 seven only Monday through Friday Saturday and Sunday you have to do it via text message. What kind of customer service is that?

It was sold to me as same as Square! 100% not the same You can make your reports as easy as them The only thing is the transaction fee you do t have to pay it when its in person, although was never mention it will be passed to. Our customers, and we are like we didn’t know we have to tell them or. Anyways app is not really good, the other day I had a tow for 500 miles and when I clicked on item for sale per mile , I had to click on item 500 times instead having a button to just change it by writing it or something. It’s not 100% good app, but I signed up for it so I guess I’ll hav to stay with it for now until someone offers me another lie
Recent update
Please “untweek” the recent update. I can no longer access appointments or orders for my business from the app. This is inconvenient.
SAVE YOURSELF
These payment processors are the biggest scam ever if you’re a small business owner. They’re going to hold your money for no reason randomly and you’ll have to hire a lawyer to get it back please trust me.
Update sucks
Since the latest update and name change the whole system has changed. Every-time i try to make a change to my account i draw a system error and is kicked out the site and made to sign in again. Very frustrating when it's hinderers my clients and customers as well!! Please fix this and add the option of Afterpay to the platform! It's 2026.
Latest update problems!! What happened the Coupon access page for site owners?
Godaddy designers needs to understand that business owners using this app is very busy and don’t have time to look for hidden functions. Make frequently used functions under Commerce so we can find them easily. With the update I can’t find what happened the Coupons. FIX THIS QUICKLY. I like this app in general but lately it is very slow to open. Also email marketing functionality s missing. In this fluid technological age, most of us managing business using mobile technology, this app designer need attention to functionality and make it like the desk top version.
Worst experience
I used to have a stripe before, I have seen that godaddy was offering lower rates, so what’s happened, I registered my account and godaddy allowed to make 3 transactions, after reviewing my company documents that sent and email that they flagged my account and my deposits which were around $3000 will be frozen for 120 days Worst experience ever, never will come back and warn the other people To be careful
The worst update!!!
Please come back to the outdated version. I have no access to anything from the app. I have to open the browser to do ANYTHING! Can’t even sell using the card reader. I have no idea what happened
Need to streamline check out process
Customer service is good. Getting funds into my account is great. Problem is checking out. After processing card, all I want is an opportunity to request a receipt. It has a few more steps to complete checkout. To slow.
Won’t load
I’ve had to uninstall and redownload several times to get this app to work on my completely updated iPhone 16. Hope this helps someone else out. Also, their rates are a bit outrageous.
No longer able to access appointments
Since the recent update the POS switch made booking appointments difficult. I’m still not sure how to fix this as I went to desktop and still doesn’t work.

This entire company is nothing but a scam, RUN!!!! We used their cc processing and a customer pre paid for equipment, an $8000 charge. We wait for the money to hit our account to purchase the equipment and get to work. GODADDY has the nerve to say we need to show bank accounts and invoices and that they don’t have to release the money until we prove where it came from. You are the one that processed the transaction!!!! You are the one that set our account up!!!! You verify all that before activating our account not in the middle of a transaction that kills my business and loses us clients!!!! Then the customer service is a bunch of Indians that barely speak English reading me prompts instead of answering questions and getting results!!! The first time I was ready to quit them. It happened 4 more times!!!! You sign up for a simple website and email, it’s affordable at first but here comes auto renewal for a 4000% increase! So in conclusion, their apps don’t work, their website tools suck, their customer service is a bunch of Indians named Bob or Jim, they rip you off on website prices, steal your money and hold your business hostage. F GoDaddy!
Not flexible
Through my company, we have raised various issues regarding the payment screens we show our clients in GoDaddy - they are dark and it’s very difficult for clients to see gratuity options. Additionally, GoDaddy’s default for gratuity is 10/15/20% and we have asked multiple times over 3 months to have this changed to 15/18/20% and still nothing has been addressed much less completed.
Trouble Uploading photos unto “my products”
GoDaddy prioritized in-person transactions and removed uploading photos through the application. It now directs you to the desktop version to upload photos. It’s now taking a ridiculous amount of time uploading photos to my domain. Please bring back the option to upload photos via through the app. The photo suggesting that you can upload photos on the app hasn’t been taken down either. Thats considered false advertising.
