This is a fun game. Challenging enough and lots of cool characters.
Pay to Win
Game is just completely catered to the pay to win crowd. All you receive from this game is a long boring wait time between battles and inconsistent gameplay across all game modes, save yourself the time and energy AVOID THIS GAME AND DEVELOPER AT ALL COSTS. Would give zero stars if it was an option
Fun, challenging pvp game
I’ve found this game to be quite functional since I started a few months ago. Graphics are great and it doesn’t take too long to level up until about level 14 or 15. Then is where it takes a bit longer for building to finish. Only complaint that I have is that as you go along further into the game, the promo icons litter the screen by a great deal which is annoying in seeing a your whole game board. There are also notifications on said icons and all the same promos are on the daily reward page as well as where you could check your gems. It’s overkill. I’m fettering on deleting vs continuing on. It’s that big of an annoyance.
War seems rigged
War boards are always considerably worse than boards for pretty much any other event. Pretty sure the algorithm intentionally limits the tile colors based on the heroes you bring. Happens way too often to be chance. Funny you win a couple of rounds with okay boards. Then couple of rounds with really bad boards. Then next couple of rounds everyone get okay boards again. It’s like the game intentionally keeps you from winning to often.
Spend to compete
You have to spend money to compete and even when you start to create a descent team you’ll still get beat by much weaker teams. It can be very frustrating! Ok game

It’s way to complicated for bland gameplay
I downloaded it through atlas earth and I’m a big game guy. This game takes candy crush to the extreme yet the actual puzzles are much more simple and boring than candy crush. I made it to lvl 20 before coming to the conclusion that this game was just not that fun and way to complicated. Sorry

Used to be great
I have been playing this game for over 6 years. It used to be a fun game to play. You didn’t have to be rich and the game was fairly fair and balanced. What I have noticed over the years is the game has become very money focused. They have rigged the timings so they are very tight. The have rigged the shields on the board against you. If you need green shields, you will likely not get any. The game is no longer fair and balanced. Recent examples: I fought a team which was roughly a thousand points lower in strength than me and that team kicked my butt in a matter of seconds. Another team was 2 thousand lower than me and did the same. Players who pay to play are getting the much stronger heroes which are waaay unbalanced with older heroes. They keep,saying they are doing balancing, but the balancing seems to be very much in the favour of the brand new heroes which are much stronger and harder to get. I have over six years invested in this game and lately I just want to throw my iPad against the wall. It’s longer fun to play. Spoken to lots of other players who feel the same. It’s not just me. It’s now your typical in your face buy this, buy that, spend on this and you will get that game. No longer can recommend.

The game is fun just rigged. I’ve been playing this game over two years and invested a lot of money. I hardly ever get legendary summons, even after spending lots and lots of money. I never get the items I need to ascend my characters, unless I purchase them. I mostly lose in raid battles and other battles cause the game cheats me. Whichever color, or colors I don’t have, usually be the most tiles on my board. If you play this game, please don’t invest, cause it’s a money pit

Many useless rewards, progress is fleeting
This game is fun enough at first, even though it is constantly bombarding you with ads. It seems to be trying to get you to pay real money for in-game things that aren‘t that valuable and aren‘t a sure thing. So even if you wanted to pay real money for in-game stuff, all the deals are gyps. And it‘s constantly throwing new overpowered foes at you, why your ability to get good characters is severely limited.

I’ve been playing for a few years. Spent some money but not gone mad. I was happy to pay £10 per month to unlock more challenge rewards. Recently it has gone silly. I’m regularly beaten by teams 1000 points weaker than mine. You can tell the suppression of my team’s mana and impact. I’m not going to spend money when it’s so loaded.

Don’t play for Fetch points. They create a lot of bonus for reach level but never let you get them even you reached. So scam and waste time

Love the game, but the new update seriously sucks. Having all these ‘offers’ (9+) on the game screen really interferes with play

I honestly love this game, it’s just amazing I can’t explain it enough but just play the game!!
Save you money
Simply do not get hooked on paying for this game. Heroes are exponentially stronger every week so if you get hooked, and pay to play, you will pay forever. Been playing for over 7 years, I’ve paid to play, then tried what the developers claim is possible, did not pay to play, and let me tell ya, it is impossible to keep up, unless you quit your day job and dedicate every minute of the day to the repetitive stages of the game. There’s nothing fun if you’re not paying, if you are paying, you’ll shall pay forever otherwise you’re irrelevant. Be warned, do not pay.
せっかくなのに
ほぼ毎日のように新しい英雄を出してくれる運営さんには感謝ですが、育てるのに時間がかかりすぎて育てきった頃にはもう時代遅れになってしまっている。理由は他の英雄を食わして経験値を上げるシステムにあると思う。あと決まった英雄しか使わなくなりせっかく沢山の個性的な英雄がいるのに勿体無い。なので戦闘に使ったら経験値が入る様なシステムを導入してもらいたいです。そうすれば新しい発見が出来て色々な英雄にも光があたって良いと思います。
Ad heavy unless you choose to pay for more options
Lots of ads built around game. Occasionally, you can get good “items” from a video once in a blue moon. Good rewards for gambling type reinforcement. Half of the ads can be closed after a minute or two, and half of the other ads don’t let you exit out of them. Only option is link to downloads and the video gets locked in an endless loop. Game organized mainly around options for buying upgrades.
Was good for couple days until pay wall
As someone who can’t afford paying for games this one is good so far. I am doing ok but yes of course there is a huge pay to win aspect for pvp. Ads are not forced but there is an option to get resources from watching ads. I like that so I can pay the devs in advertisement income with my time instead of cash. I am still early in the game but (only lev 6) so don’t go solely by my comments but the game is good quality match 3 with layered system of battle types and city/character building/upgrading. If I hit a paywall I will be sure to adjust my review… Edit: not long after my review (lev 7) I have hit what appears to be a pay wall. Can’t win anymore in pve. Pvp matching is an absolute joke. I get matched with god tier opponents compared to my level. So I am basically unable to do anything at all accept play losing matches again and again. I would drop this to 2 star if I could. Don’t bother playing without being willing to spend… and it looks like spending a lot too

Zynga started ruining what was a good Small Giant game in 2019 and haven’t stopped. Clearly player volume is WAY down and desperate for $, they now screw the algorithms to make you pay to play. All they’ll succeed in doing is chasing everyone else away. Good job.

Greedy developer killing game
A once great game spoilt by developers greed. PVE still entertaining but PVP is a waste of time, an almost weekly release of a fresh batch of overpowered hero’s that are unobtainable unless a person is willing to spend and then spend more. Batch summons of hero’s result in multiples of the same toon. Long time players are leaving en masse

I love this game been on it for yrs in a good team, I’m just disappointed in the hero’s I get. Others seem to get amazing hero’s but me I get the same old sane old, so it’s actually becoming quite boring now. Also some have way more power then others it’s unequal

Cluttered Icons
I am enjoying the game a lot but all of a sudden they added the shop icons to the base screen and it's making it difficult to navigate the base and collect items. Truly disappointed there's no option to hide the icons- and we all already know where the shop is to claim freebies so this seems like overkill.

This game is broken
I’ve been playing this game from almost day one, and it has gotten so much worse. The support always comes up with the same answer, to take a screen shot of the event, which is not possible as the event passed. I asked to contact a live person, which got me a reply this is a live person named Momo, then proceeded to answer the issue with a bunch of content that didn’t even come close to relating anything to my issue. Then I see on the bottom “…powered by ai”. That’s the only content that makes sense. Also so many issues with their algorithms. This game gives me more frustrations than enjoyment now.

Love this game but this wrestling event got to go. Don’t bring stuff like this into a fantasy rpg game it really sux the big hairy moose knuckles!!!

Es un buen juego para jugarlo tú solo y pasar los niveles puedes ver anuncios para que ganes unos personajes o esperas a tu suerte a que te salgan cosas buenas o malas es cierto que se vuelve un poco aburrido por qué cuesta pasar los niveles y te salen muchas ofertas para que pagues por nuevos personajes pero es un buen juego.
Fun game ruined by spammy offers and broken dragon raids
I’ve been playing for a while, and while the game itself is okay (a bit repetitive, but fine overall), there are a couple of major issues that really kill the experience. First—the login pop-ups and offers. Every time you log in, you’re bombarded with a wall of offers cluttering the entire screen. Epic Offer this, Deal that, all covered in red exclamation marks that you have to click through just to clear them off. They won’t go away unless you open each one, which is beyond annoying. Worse still, if you leave your stronghold and come back, they’re all back again. It’s frustrating and makes the game feel more like a shopping app than an actual game. The offers cover so much of the screen you can barely even see your stronghold underneath. Second—the Dragon Raids. Once you unlock your dragon at level 20, you’re thrown into raids where you’re up against opponents that are two or three times your power. I’ve wasted hundreds of rerolls and tons of fish trying to find a fair match, and it’s nearly impossible. If someone has 16,000 power, they shouldn’t be constantly matched against 40,000+ players. It’s unbalanced and makes the whole feature feel like a pointless resource sink. If you’re going to have PVP-style content, match players fairly. These issues really need to be addressed if you want people to keep enjoying and investing in the game. Right now, it’s more frustrating than fun.
