I have been given a code for fearless and after filling in the code they say wrong code also wrong email I don’t think you should have such raffles etc if I can’t log in.
Brendan O’Connor bias
O’Connor claims that the Iranian regime is guilty of greater savagery than the U.S. and by implication Israel. He needs to be reminded that the U.S./Israeli alliance target children’s schools, restrict aid to ensure starvation, killed 21,500 Palestinian children of Gaza and 53,000+ of their parents and relatives and all hospitals, target and kill over 100 Red Cross Field workers and infrastructure while still we hear condemnation of resistance to such savagery. His article today is a disgraceful attempt to make Trump look good.

Love the ePapers… only one small gripe, I used to love doing the puzzles when I bought the hard copy but ePapers do not support this.

So frustrating to see a headline on Facebook and when I go to my subscription account I cannot find the article in the paper!!! Considering cancelling my subscription

Very good facility to have available for easy access by phone. Great to be able to have the function of scanning through all pages before deciding on what to read. Having access to the local regional papers at the press of a button is a bonus. Very good value overall. The app is requiring login and password every time since update.
Don’t understand
I can click on a social media post with a link to an article, I’m signed in on the app, but the app hasn’t got the edition uploaded that the link brings me to…???

Nice to read in its broadsheet format! However the new daily news or additional articles and content experience is not great compared to the independent app. It might be a financial thing but I switch to rte.ie rather quickly.
Quality
When I signed up recently, I was really surprised how easy it is to read on a mobile phone. There paper version I always tended to struggle to read where as the e version , I can zoom in to suit my needs. I find now , I can read l the pages much quicker than I could with paper version.
Cant read epaper - I have paid !!!!

Problems with Scrolling
Something changed recently and it’s becoming virtually impossible to read stories online. Soon as my finger touches the screen to scroll, the story closes. Sometimes to read a story I have to open it about 5/6 times. It’s driving me nuts!!! Fix it please or I’m cancelling my subscription. Have already deleted and re downloaded your App in an effort to clear the problem. No change.
Match reports?
The paper in itself is ok, however, I now have to log in and go on line to read the reports on some Rugby matches! I did not take out the subscription to get an incomplete paper, I will be cancelling my subscription if this practice continues!

That new watery green colour on the app icon & initial splash screen is dreadful. Please restore the original.

I find the UI and search tools poor.
Best Ever
I love my e-paper. I usually have it read from cover to cover before I get out of bed in the morning. If I have difficulty sleeping I read it in the middle of the night. At this stage could not live without my e-paper.
