There is no easy or good way to communicate with mechanics and there is not enough options for problems with equipment.

Must close app down each time to get the + symbol to appear for each machine to be inspected. Very annoying
Basic app but has potential
Not to make this too long but the app suffers from a clunky UI that requires too much clicking and repeated or redundant steps due to the app not recognizing the input. From a UX standpoint, you lose the ability to view your saved view lists causing you to need to manually filter views. You also can’t view active assignments without selecting a vehicle first.
Rounding up
Newest update now rounds the fuel cost per gallon to automatically round up making the price inaccurate. Please fix. Supposed to keep accurate transaction prices but rounding up screws that up.

It would be best if we were able to take photos of any damages to the vehicle that could be added onto the inspection. Furthermore, the app needs to be more user-friendly and compartmentalize everybody’s individual pass inspections to be able to find pass inspection reports that I’ve been submitted

Inspection Issue & Signature
It’s a decent app for what I need. One issue I’ve always had is that the app will drop my saved signature every time I’m logged out of the app. I’ve used this app for two years and have never been able to retain my signature in the app after I log out. This only happens in the iOS version. Other platforms don’t have that problem. Also on the most recent update, it will not pull up the inspection forms when I choose from recent vehicles. I have to start a new inspection and search for my vehicle for it to work. Other than those issues, everything else works fine.
Different options
When asking for interior pics it should ask for a different side each day. When asking exterior pick same thing different side every day it should also have reminders on work days. It should also ask for 4 exterior picks in total front rear drivers side and pass side

Fleet mechanic
Fleetio Go app is Horrible, the app freezes all the time. It doesn’t clock out even though you clocked out on the work order. The next day when you come in, it shows you are still working on the truck from the previous day. Some time it kicks you out of the app. At least 2 times a week we have to uninstall the app and reload it just to get it to work. It throws error codes all the time when you try to add notes to a work order. Worst app I ever used. The Fleetio app on the computer works great but the Fleetio Go app is trash.

2 top issues- 1/ app will hang requiring reboot if network connection not established 2/ window occasionally lays out beyond screen dimensions requiring repeated rotation to access corner buttons

Fleetio is slow when low service but all in all is a good app.
Issues with Camera
I’ve never had this problem before with the app but today when I go to take pictures of my vehicle, I take a picture and then the app closes. I’m not sure what is going on, but I wasn’t able to take but two pictures of my truck.

World-class in maintaining your fleet vehicles. It's concise and to the point. I would recommend using the app for all fleet vehicles.

This used to work well, but something happened a month or so ago & now it can only be used to see vehicle assignments. Can’t make new ones (gives error) or edit existing ones (doesn’t error but doesn’t save).

Unable to approve or decline AI work orders, slow response, not functional if a fleet manager on the go all the time.
Good fleet
App is good to see vehicles and even create WO but fails as a warehouse inventory site. Locks the location of a part instead of the part itself. Very frustrating for warehouse personnel.

On two occasions my report didn’t send even though I completed and submitted it. Turns out that updates must be done manually and no notifications that update is available.
Seriously it's junk
Don't even get me started on how trash this app is. It constantly refreshes in the middle of an inspection. Honestly I can't believe my company uses this junk app.
Offline inspections errors
Hello, I have been having issues with doing inspections offline in the field and trying to submit later in the day online. Tried in several provinces in Canada networks and fails to submit every time. 0 stars for my field of work and issues having spent allot of time doing offline inspections, and having errors uploading end of day with internet access.
