Absolute dog water
The app constantly kicks you back to resume screen then makes you redo entire assignment over again. It does not save your progress. Almost like this has no business being a phone app.

New app
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I really like the new changes to the Navarra app. The upgrades are excellent and honestly make it feel like a completely new app. What impressed me most is how they kept the familiar layout and pages from the old version while integrating all the new features. There was basically zero learning curve. I was able to jump right in and navigate everything immediately because the new features were blended into the old layout so well. It’s a major upgrade without making you relearn the entire app, which is exactly how an update should be done. Excellent job on this upgrade!

Decent Safety Journal App But Major Labor Waster
Overall the app performs well. It allows for multiple task input which allows crews to review hazards & consider responses to remove hazards. For statistical review & record keeping, this app should get five stars. For input, it should get a one star. Working for a corporate electrical contractor, I am sure my employer would LOVE to know that I am wasting nearly an hour of every day filling out each individual form instead of installing work for which we ACTUALLY get paid for. But it isn’t just my time that’s wasted, every member of my crew has to wait until I get this done to review it all so we can discuss the pitfalls. Since KPA Flex bought out AnchoRock, the drop down menus of repeated tasks have been eliminated, now each task has to be input. This is fine for creating daily awareness, but totally inefficient for a business. Imagine now that there are hundreds of foreman daily performing these tasks throwing hours away. I am not against being thorough, but our contractors are not paying us to waste time. Please install drop down repetitive task menus to reduce the lost time so my employer doesn’t FIRE me for lost time on this app.

Auto load gps coordinates when a site is selected. Would be more efficient if tech didn’t have to look up coordinates on a separate app. -Jeremy

The mobile app was as easy as it comes! Simple drop down menu’s, clear requests at every step, and easy navigation! Thx KPA team! Can you all please train the people at the Apple iPhone department?!? 🤣

NOT user friendly. Douse NOY work well in the field. I have had to repeat and redo the same thing over and over because for some reason it doesn’t save or send my information and I’m getting real sick of having to do my flair report 4 times or my pickup inspection 2-3 time in the same month because it doesn’t register my info I’m assuming. And it’s not user friendly or convenient to work with.
