WONT LET ME LOG IN
ONLY 5 STARS SO TO BE SEEN: CANNOT LOGIN EVEN AFTER UPDATING MY INFO. PLEASE FIX.

Downloaded to pay loans more conveniently, app will not let me log in and company only wants you to use the website. This is NOT CONVENIENT in 2026.
The worst app
Actually the worst company I ever had to deal with.
Login issues
I downloaded the app to make paying down my student loan easier on myself when not near my computer. For whatever reason, the login credentials that work when I login through a web browser don’t seem to work with the app. The login help didn’t do much to solve my issue either. Would be great if this bug was fixed.

Latest update broke the app. No screens will load or show any data.
Confused
My emails say nothing is due no balance ect... but I'm pretty sure I still owe money .. I can't reregister... I've been trying to for weeks
This company is trash
I called for assistance on several occasions and they put you on a wait for over 3 plus hours then hang up on you. No problem sending bills you can’t pay but also won’t communicate!
Doesn’t work
It seems like they stopped supporting the app and only support the website

Um, of course, my account has been registered before! I’ve been paying my loans since last December. It’s just that the phone app doesn’t work as well as if I were to log in on a computer. That’s a big glitch to fix.
Doesn’t Work for Federal Student Loans
Why did you stop servicing federal student loans?? I used to be able to pay my student loans in this app, but the app now refers me back to the website. That just adds more inconvenience to paying my monthly loans. Thanks a bunch 😕

As others mentioned the app doesn’t work anymore now that they’ve moved to students.gov

Terrible loan company better off going somewhere else
I’m constantly locked out my account , the payments are always not going through , when I call them to resolve the issue they always redirect me to something I didn’t ask for . If you get a college loan don’t sign with Mohela

This won’t let you login since they moved to a studentaid.gov site over a year ago.
