What rewards am I getting??
Not convenient
Hardest card ever to use if you have more than 1 account you need to pay from. Plus only 1 payment can be made so it’s a constant juggling act. Horrible if you’re trying to itemize your spending.
Just okay
Not great. Clunky. Does its job, but not even close to the leading credit card apps like Citi, Amex, and US Bank. I also have a pet peeve for cards that don’t show the remaining statement balance after interim payments. It also does not show you the points you earn per transaction.
Ticket tron
Had an issue with ticket tron. Gave them an opportunity to fix issue and they couldn’t fix it! Called my credit card MGM and they got my money back immediately! Thank you First Bank
The app doesn’t let you log in
I can log into the website but the app doesn’t work can’t log on
Repeated Declines on MGM site yet going through on CC app
I give up. I just wrote a long explanation but am now changing stars as I was being generous with 3 but am now giving a 2 (should be a one but I’m trying to give the benefit of the doubt). It literally just deleted my ENTIRE FEEDBACK MSG MGM CS is closed. Guess I’ll just hope and pray things go better. I had problems the very first time dealing with the “free parking” for CC holders and better not be running into that because its the whole reason I got the MGM credit card was for the free parking…. Ow I can’t use it to buy my entertainment tkts @ the MGM!? Nothing seems to work, even after waiting in line for a Pearl card. Staying at the Signature again has me afraid the probs will persist. Especially with this repeated decline (4+ times after 7 attempts) all transactions showing on the MGM app charged then refunded… and this for the SECOND purchase of entertainment tickets I was ensured I could have the tkts for wrong day refunded… These probs better not continue cuz no one wants to wait in that line in the casino for help while our precious vacay time is melting away.
Closing date info
You used to provide a closing monthly date of statement and no longer do so. This is something that I utilized every month. Please bring it back.
Pending charges
It would be nice to view the details of a charge when it’s under the “pending” status. Of If I don’t recognize it, I can’t find out the details until the charge goes through completely. My other CC’s allow me to see ALL details of a charge even when it’s currently “pending”.
Bet MGM policy sucks
Very unhappy BetMGM does not accept MGM rewards cc. Bad to change policy in the middle of a season

The ease of the card payment and tracking all purchases is by far the best out of all my credit cards I have
Fraud Alerts
Need to come up with a better way of alerting card holders of what you deem a fraudulent use of the card other than just freezing the account. Especially after when I have alerted you of where and when I will be using the card!!

I love this card. Great value if you like MGM properties.
You can actually use your reward points to play video poker and slots. It’s awesome and you get parking benefits which these property should never charge for parking anyways.
Junk
This app won’t open with my information and after an hour on the phone with 5 different people they had me download a different app. This is literally the card that I have and I have an MGM account for rewards but somehow I have to live in the Stone Age where things just don’t coexist.

This card keeps dropping my balance when all my other credit cards are going up in balance opportunity. What’s up with that?

Still asking for help
MGM was great until a hotel double charged me. I called and also wrote letters asking for help. They had a very rude employee that reduced our credit line without justification we have and had excellent credit and paid in full at end of the cycle. I wish someone in management would get involved as i have written the manager to no avail.

iOS 26 iPhone 17 pro max same ol’ useless app for payments
I was really hoping my shiny new iPhone pro with iOS 26.1 would allow me to make a simple payment on this garbage app. Welp,I got news for everyone. It’s still a garbage app. I still Gotta call in payments like it’s 1989 still. GARBAGE.
