Unethical charges and doesn’t cancel when notified to cancel. Doesn’t show up under subscriptions and refused to refund and cancel subscription when initially asked. Not easy to cancel and overpriced
New workouts
Hello! I love this app. However, it’s puzzling to me when I see your advertisement on Instagram. The workouts all look new. I’m constantly checking to make sure I have the latest version of the app. However, I do not see new workouts, especially the ones that are advertised. Where would I find those?
Poorly laid out app, not easy to navigate and does not sync with Apple Watch well
Super dissatisfied with app, a lot of features just don’t work like playing your own music for workouts. Additionally many of the videos are not synced well with Audio, the audio is a good 10sec ahead of what the person in the video is doing.

No idea how these creeps got my bank details but they just charged me £53.90 via pay pal with no authorization from me - not using their app or their platform not receiving anything from them - and am concerned about weather I shall get my money back after reading all the dreadful reports about this scam company on line

Cancelled my subscription and yet still charged.
I cancelled my Asana Rebel subscription, but I have nevertheless been charged £54 for a subscription renewal. As I had already cancelled the subscription before this charge was made, I would like to request a full refund of the £54 and confirmation that my subscription is now cancelled and will not renew again. Please could you look into this and process the refund to my original payment method?

Used to be my favorite app, no more
It’s pretty incredible how quickly I have soured on this app. I have done basically every workout on the app, used to love them. Now? Not so much. Why are there no new workouts? What would you say our $71.99 pays for? Do you plan on releasing any new workouts soon? How about a new challenge set? Beyond that, why can’t a track what I’ve done so that I can avoid repeating workouts over and over again? The lack of new content is frustrating, I’m afraid this will be my final subscription period unless this app makes significant improvements.
Really impressed
I wasn’t sure I was going to like this. Boy was I ever wrong. I do a work out every morning and it really sets me up for the day. The exercises are amazing and I feel like I’m in a class. I’m so thrilled I got this app!

I no longer use this app, and it does not appear in my list of active subscriptions or apps; however, I continue to be charged every year without my authorization. I reported this issue last year, but despite my previous complaint, I was charged again this year. I did not authorize this renewal, and I request an immediate investigation into why these charges continue to occur. Poor customer service
I wanted to sign up for a monthly subscription, but they charge my card for a year at $36. Then, when it’s time for my yearly membership to renew, and I wanted to cancel, there was no way to do that, either within my Apple subscriptions app Nor through the Asana Rebel app. There was no link for an email or anything. After I complained to them for charging my card again for a yearly membership of $119, they stopped my automatic renewal but kept the money.

Even restoring purchase as I have grandfathered in the lifetime as an early buyer of the app, now even after they say have full access, I have limited access to the content compared to what they used to offer.

Terrible UI and UX on app
I used the web version to do my workout and the experience was a lot easier. When I look for any info on the iOS app it is an absolute mess. No clear hierarchy of info on the today panel. If I join a challenge that should be at the top of my today, not buried in the challenge panel and then scrolling to find it.

Cancel subscription
Cancelled my annual subscription three months in. Since it was an annual I was able to use the remaining months that I had paid for. I was just charged again for another annual subscription. When I go to the app it shows that I do not currently have a membership. There is a button that says cancel anytime however the hyperlink doesn’t work. Likely because i don’t have an active subscription. There is no way to contact anyone directly. I googled how to cancel. Found several landing pages that went nowhere. Eventually came across two separate emails tied to the company. I sent an email to both explaining the situation. I get back well we don’t see an active membership on our end. Check the app, check google play, check PayPal and lastly check your apple subscriptions. It was none of these mind you, needless to say no accountability so now I’m dealing with my bank. Just beware if you’re considering signing up there may be recurring charges that show up unauthorized.
Good Yoga Program
It would rate 5 stars but there are issues when it communicates with my apple health. The calories and work out time do not match what Asana Rebel claims. For those who want to start at the basic and into advanced levels this is my favorite!
Difficult to cancel
I’ve been using the app for few years and I liked it. I did all the challenges and there is nothing new and challenging for me anymore I tried to cancel and I couldn’t because I switched to iPhone and don’t have access to my old google account. Tried customer support but it keeps glitching. Left it for later when I have more time. Then I got charged $119.99 for the renewal . I sent an email and finally got to cancel but I don’t get a refund, because of their policy…I found the email in my spam folder… how I’m I suppose to see it? Now I’m stuck paying for an app that I’m not going use. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Caution for auto renewal without warning
I’m reiterating what so many others have commented. There is no email notification prior to auto renewal and they won’t refund if more than 14 days have passed. If you’re not one to keep a constant check on all credit card transactions, it may certainly be much past that date when the transaction shows on your bill. The app content is decent. Given all the negative feedback on this, it doesn’t seem like they’re willing to make a change to improve their communications.
Great addition to wellness routine
Wide variety of classes, and more are added all the time, that help meet your needs on different days/to achieve different goals. For example some days I want to feel relaxed and less anxious, some days I want to feel energized and powerful! I love the music and meditation options as well.
Scam Recharge
Zero stars My best advice is: Do not download app! Do not give them any type of credit card information-unless you want to be charged for the rest of your life. Seriously! I Canceled my membership a full year ago. Today out of the blue they charged me again. Even though I have not used the app in 365 days & I have a confirmation of it being canceled. No help via customer serviced either. There is No customer phone number to call -just an email from a bot saying ‘our subscription is clear-you will be charged’. I am SURE they can see that: 1) I cancelled the membership 1 year ago 2)There has been NO activity on this app. It is an utter theft of your money.
Manque de nouveauté
C’est super, cependant il manque de nouveauté au niveau des programmes offerts. Depuis plus de 2 ans j’utilise l’application et peu de nouveaux entraînements sont proposés.
Not beginner friendly
I really want to like this app. It’s certainly easy to use and navigate and the price is reasonable. However, very few of the classes offered are beginner friendly; most include selections of very advanced poses requiring years of practice. Little to no adaptive options are offered, even for those going in reasonably fit, but simply inexperienced in yoga.
Great content but maybe for a month
Really great yoga instructions, some great recipes, and good meditations. However, there are only about a couple pages of recipes and a set number of things to do. There is definitely not enough for a year’s worth of value. I am hoping there will be updates to the app, new workouts and recipes added. It would be fantastic if so and worth it. If so I will update the review. If it stays as is though I don’t think it’s worth the money.

I love the workouts; wish you would add some new flows that are a little longer.
Excellent but watch the renewal!
It’s a very good app but just too expensive. I completely forgot that the subscription was direct and not with the AppStore so was surprised by the renewal coming out of the account. Support was quick to reply but unwilling to refund so I now have a membership that’s pointless as I’m currently very injured. Use with caution and be aware of the renewal as you won’t get a reminder.
Ok but glitchy
I bought a year’s subscription and generally it is ok and is making me move more. I like that it tracks your workouts and asks for feedback after each one. However as a beginner, I find a lot of the suggested workouts too quick and there is not enough explanations about shifting between poses. (Apart from the absolute beginners/ introductory videos.) The recipes are ok, if a little dull - don’t be scared of spices! I would like it if they included some with meat and fish, as they all seem to be exclusively vegetarian. The main problem,which is a major issue for me, is that it does not work properly with apple airplay. The videos do not start from the beginning, and the. When you restart them they crash repeat. Hardly helping you to stay zen!

I logged in with Apple, paid for a subscription, it logged me out and deleted all my progress. I tried to log in with my email on my iPad, and won’t let me. So I can’t use the app across multiple devices. Contacting Apple to get my money back.

Tricky charges
Twice I have accidentally paid for the subscription for the year. You have to cancel in the app not in the apple subscription area in your iPhone . In the app it reads like if you cancel then you lose access right away and would end up losing out on the year you paid for. It’s not the case, you will still have access. When I asked for a refund they said no. The app it’s self is just okay. You can get the same things for free off you tube and internet searches. Not anything that special for content.
Great Content - Very annoying Digital experience
The actual content is great, and has virtually everything I’d want to augment my regular routine with yoga for mobility. 2 core issues with this app. 1. It tracks poorly - if you are setting goals and looking for an automated and accurate tracking, this doesn’t synch well with apple health (I always have to manually start a yoga session on fitness tracker because asana rebel just doesn’t synch most of the time). 2. They ask for feedback and difficulty every single time you finish a workout. You could have a workout in your favorites, you could give it a thumbs up 14 times, doesn’t matter. You’ll always get the annoying multi-step pop-up. Not a big deal if you’re finished but ultra annoying when you’re trying to move quickly to another session. The last annoying point could be debated. But if you do a 35 min workout and don’t also do the lazy lay down thing at the end, it disregards the entire workout like you didn’t do it even though you’re just skipping laying down still for 3 minutes. Probably a yoga right of passage or something but for people trying to jam workout sessions in where they can during the day, this is frustrating.
This will get you in Shape
Give it time and it will work for you. There are a variety of workouts to target specific areas, whole body, short or long work outs and degrees of intensity. It really works. The choice is yours. Will you be a winner today? Good luck!

Don’t fall for the ads. Workouts are basic and not doing to change your body. Customer service is awful. The whole things feels like a bad fitness/health AI platform.
workouts well done. app needs help
so far i find the workouts very good, challenging and well instructed. my only issue is with the app as i have difficulty convincing it to go into landscape on an iphone 15 with ios 26.1. most of the time i give up and leave it in portrait which sometimes cuts off what the instructor is doing. edit. i want to point out it isnt a problem with my phone. i can orient the phone and other apps just fine. this app doesnt follow phone orientation very well.
Terrible customer service
No notification of renewal and they processed 2 year renewal. I immediately write to request cancellation and refund and was basically told tough luck it was written on sign up.

I think any online fitness app should be adding new classes regularly.
Made a mistake but sorted it quickly
This app I cancelled in 2022 and has renewed my charge via a subscription and charged me 68.99. I have contacted support and I have to say they resolved my issue superbly - really prompt and refunded. Yes they made a mistake but they sorted it very quickly.

Yoga for maintaining mobility
I have restarted my yoga journey after a few months off. The break was necessary because of unrelated injuries. I also have changed from a daily active occupation to an office based one. I have found it has caused me to decline in fitness and flexibility. I have tried other methods of exercise but now it has become apparent that asana is the correct method for me. It gives me flexible options of workouts that fit my fitness levels
Make sure you check your subscription renewal
Wish I saw all the reviews about subscription! On the actual app - I found a lot of the moves in the video probably too difficult for me. There were some workouts that were ok for my fitness level and beginner level but just found overall isn’t for me, and probably suits people who are more advanced. I hadn’t logged into the app and completely forgot about auto renewal so didn’t cancel before hand. I did not receive any email notices that it was due (I would have certainly actioned it if I got an email notification). So when I requested a cancellation and refund literally within the day it came out of my account, they refused it stating sign up process. So be warned. Auto renewal subscription apps should have better reminders and not just through their app. This one in particular also does not show through iPhone settings in subscriptions which I do check.
Needs an app for tv
This would be a five star review if it was convenient to use the app. The content is great,but having to use a tablet or phone is awkward. If I could add an Asana Rebel app to my smart tv via the App Store I would use it most days and would happily renew my subscription.
