BEST PERIOD APP EVER
Love this app and i just bought it!
Would be amazing if it actually worked
The app doesn’t predict cycles even though I’ve entered data for over a year. I paid for subscription for a year and I couldn’t even edit my data for age or birthday and when I select the smart cycle prediction it does a 99 day cycle which doesn’t make sense. I reached out to get a refund and then they replied on saying there would be updates to fix the issues and I replied saying I still wanted a refund and they just never emailed back. Don’t waste your money. Use the lively app instead, it’s the same thing but actually works and it’s cheaper.

Why the petals..
I don’t need a reward for tracking my period. What once was a helpful period & symptoms tracker is now a PBIS nightmare that uses frustrating, glitchy software to give you points for making a note about yourself. I love the menu or symptoms that I can easily select that describe many areas of life- I love this feature. However, all of the gunk that gets in the way of that is the reason I will not be renewing my subscription.
Looking for something different
I was looking for a free app to use as a teenager with an unregular cicle,to help me understand my body better and predict my period i understand that the app needs to benefit from something somewhat but they should add a free version for teenagers

want more tracking options
only oneee problem, when i track my “feelings, body, gut,”i wish there was more options for tracking workouts like when i run, walk, weight lift-that way i can see if it impacts my cycle in any way. besides that i love this app, it helps me with grocery shopping for whatever phase i’m in and gives me not only grace for lower energy days but ideas for workouts that will give me energy. it also predicts my period accurately, so no suprises :)
Information good- tracking quality not
I really love the idea of this app. I love that it provides the suggestions for which foods and workouts to be doing depending on the phase. However unlike my other tracking apps this one cannot change with your body as it fluctuates. It’s off by an entire week for my ovulation and even when I put it that I had an LH surge it doesn’t change. Pretty bummed about it and I have submitted the suggestion twice. Hopefully they can change it.

J’apprécie Harmony, je l’utilise régulièrement et suis très heureuse que vous ayez créé un concept qui s’intéresse vraiment au corps des femmes. Voilà plusieurs points qui me dérangent cependant : - le fait que les articles sont écrit par une IA : en l’installant, on s’attend à des conseils humains sourcés (médicaux). Cela créé de la méfiance quant aux indications données, ce qui rend l’application presque inutile, car son but est justement de restaurer la confiance avec notre corps. - les bugs sont fréquents - les conseils sont toujours les mêmes, je suis sûre qu’il pourrait y avoir davantage de renouveau, surtout pour une appli payante à l’année - les cycles ne durent que 29 jours alors que la durée de cycle de chacune varie (le mien dure 40 jours par exemple), ce qui donne toujours une impression d’incompréhension du corps des femmes et qui empêche de trouver les conseils adéquats à chaque période menstruelle. Voilà pour mes retours, j’espère que vous les prendrez en compte :)

I don’t have a period. Ever. Having body parts removed will do that. The idea was to help control PCOS. But when I seen it was just a period tracker I canceled the trial and was charged $37. So, don’t take the trial. Just say nope and find something else
Lovely app! Gentle, supportive, helpful
This app gives you insight into how your energy, mood and body might shift throughout the month. I’ve started planning my workouts and meals around the phases and I feel so much better for it. The tone is kind and reassuring, not pushy at all. I was hesitant to pay for another app but I’ve actually used this more than any other. It’s worth it!
Very glitchy
I really like the app. It has potential and it’s definitely helpful but it needs to be updated or fixed. It’s very very glitchy and hard to use. It worked perfectly fine during my free trial but since I got the membership it stopped working.

First off, I signed up for the free trial and was immediately charged for a full year, I have never had the app before so I’ll start with that. I couldn’t get a refund, so I was like oh well, I’ll just deal with it and commit to the app. It’s really dumb because you tell it the issues you’re having and it basically just parrots you, “you’re feeling like this because your progesterone is dropping” or “this time of the month you feel great because of xyz, although you may be feeling (enter your symptoms here), it’s a great time to reflect and feel your feelings” I would have never purchased this app, Complete waste of $35.
Beautiful, simple and actually useful!
I’ve used a few period apps before but Harmony is the first one that’s actually made a difference. It’s beautifully designed and so easy to use!! I really like how it gives you ideas for mindset based on where you are in your cycle, so it’s not just about tracking, it’s about understanding. I’m happy to support something that clearly puts thought into women’s health.
False Advertisement
The ads I have seen on social media say this is a free app when it is in fact not. I am irritated that I wasted my time and honestly disappointed because this looked like a good app. But no, just more money grabbers because god forbid i understand my body for free
Just another period app
You have to pay for all the services… which is fine, however other apps offer similar benefits with no fees. It just seems silly.

I signed up for the 7-day free trial because it’s required in order to see what the app is like. I immediately knew I didn’t want to keep it so I tried to cancel my subscription. However, it’s somehow not associated with my Apple account so I have no way to cancel it. My settings in the app showed I was on a “free” plan and I don’t have access to any of the features, so thought maybe the subscription didn’t go through after all, and I deleted the app. Turns out, I’ve been charged monthly all along. Update - I reached out to the support email a week ago, and also reached out to the email I was specifically told to reach out to, but I haven’t gotten a response. Not even an acknowledgment that my email was received. I’ve now been charged three times for an app I’m not using/features I don’t have access to. Update2 - I’ve now been charged for the 4th month in a row ($52) for an app I’m not using and don’t even have the features I’m paying for. Someone finally responded to me but it takes about a week and a half for them to reply, and only after I’ve followed up at least once. They tried to offer me a free year subscription (I’m still being charged every month so it wouldn’t actually be free….) instead of stopping the monthly charge. They do not seem to care about customers, which further leads me to believe the app is a scam. They’re saying it’s Apple’s fault I’m being charged, but Apple has no record of me ever paying a cent for this app, AND Apple is not who is charging me every month like it does with other subscriptions. This company is charging me directly. I’ve filed a dispute and fraud claim with my bank. Update3 - My bank forced them to refund the charges, which is great. They told me they also cancelled my subscription, and they asked me to update my review. I was truly considering it, but I wanted to wait to make sure the reoccurring charges actually stopped. I’m glad I waited because I was charged AGAIN this month. I truly do not understand how a company that is based off subscriptions can’t figure out how to cancel a subscription... I’ve filed another dispute with my bank. The nightmare continues.
Great app that needs some improvements
I love the fact that there is so much advice on nutrition, exercise and wellbeing for each phase of my cycle. I can really see there’s a lot of potential. The only problem I’m finding so far is that when I want to track details e.g. how I’m feeling, eating etc there aren’t enough options. I find myself wanting to track and emotion and not being able to as it’s not available to click on. I think an option when we could make our own “things to track” would help or just adding more words to the selection. I agree with others that paying just to access the app is not as good of an offer as Clue or Flo, but I’ve paid for Clue and I didn’t get as much information as I do here even if tracking specifics with them is better. Overall loads of potential so I think I will stick with Harmony for now.

The app itself looks like a great app, but didn’t even get to try it out because it cost money and a lot of women are already struggling with so much already having to buy pads and tampons and now you want them to have to pay just to know what’s going on with your body that is wild and unfair to those who don’t have money for the subscription.

For it to be made by a woman like it says when it’s advertised it’s pretty thorough. But the fact that you have to pay subscriptions on everything for this is ridiculous. Women shouldn’t have to pay to keep up with this stuff
Simple Daily Check In Tool
Every night before bed I open it and log how I felt that day. The layout is straightforward and not overwhelming. I don’t use every feature, just the basics like flow and symptoms, and that’s enough for what I need right now.

No Escape from the Subscription
They are so called better than Flo. I’ve been using flo for so many years and decided I could probably give Harmony app a try. First off the bat. They want to put you in a subscription to try for free 7 days. I don’t want to and have no option to skip it. Not sure what else is so special besides them literally forcing you to subscribe to their subscription. 0 stars

When you open the app the s seen is blank no actions just blank cant report an issue unless you pay for it, but why would I pay for an app that has complications and I cannot use it.

I’ve been trying to adjust my activities based on my cycle. I check the phase before heading to the gym and decide if I’ll do heavy lifting or just yoga. It’s made me more patient with myself on low energy days instead of pushing too hard.

Nice app but it would be even better if it had a pregnancy tracker/ and how to create harmony during different stages of pregnancy. I’m pregnant and can’t use the app because it doesn’t register 170 days after your last period. 😂 will try it again when I’m not pregnant.

Period tracker by women for women? Heck yeah I ran for the App Store. Setup seemed good, nice questions, all good so far. Then I get asked to review the app before I’ve even used it (?? I guess that’s just Apple though) and on declining, get hit with a paywall. Still haven’t even used the app beyond setting everything up. Respectfully, I’m looking for convenience apps cause I forget to track in my journal. I’m paying out my ah for everything else, and now I have to pay for a period tracker too? I guess I’ll stick with the apps made by men that are free. Why not make the basic tracker free, and put recommendations for meals and exercise and the like subscription offers? Multiple tiers for more or less depth?
New Update
My app updated and the journal aspect disappeared 😭 I really enjoyed it because I got to study and understand my feelings better through all the different phases. Please bring that back. I do enjoy that they added actual guided meditations. I would also suggest that you add a few guided yoga positions for pain relief.
Predatory subscription
They use predatory subscription tactics. I don’t recall agreeing to a $50 yearly subscription immediately when getting this app. They must have required a free trial I didn’t know about and send no reminder or warning email before automatically charging you. Defaulting to an entire year subscription is wild work. The app also doesn’t let you edit the length of your period while you’re on it (ex five days instead of the usual seven) also no where to add that you’re breastfeeding which effects your cycle. The tips and recipes are very repetitive and you could get all the info you need in one month and then you’re paying for the same content over and over again.

amazing but unfair
one of a kind, really amazing app! i love the recommendations of foods and activities to do during different phases. HOWEVER what really irritates me is that it only has options for plant based diets, absolutely no recommendations of animal based products. i feel that that is really unfair. i respect people who choose not to eat animal products and i never judge their choice or force them to eat animal products, but here i am basically forced to go plant based? i find that disrespectful and wish that animal products were included so that no matter what your diet is, there are enough options for you to choose from to stay healthy. i really hope this improves soon
Needs work
The app is stunning. It definitely needs some tweaking though. There isn’t even an option of spotting or cramps to be tracked - or daily menstrual medications. Maybe some insights from women would be helpful. Just a suggestion.
Great concept, meh(?) execution
I hope the devs do some tweaking and fixes to the app cause I absolutely adore the concept of showing supposed hormone levels and meal suggestions according to your cycle HOWEVER the app has a few flaws, has a hard time navigating late periods and just feels very stringent to the common textbook definition of a cycle. Of course, the app is new so i hope the developers take into account the various peculiarities one can have in their cycle! Good luck!
