The Remote deposit feature does not work for the IPAD app. I called the customer service of the bank, who claims it's not available on the "tablet" yet under the app info it says very clearly that remote deposit is available for the IPad app.
Software transition
Poorly handled. No notice. Once done I had to re-register all banking details of usual wire transfers. Has created stress and pain. Very disappointing
