Horrible
The UI is horrible and primitive. I don’t get why the app is all sorts of complicated compared to every other banking apps in Ethiopia. Like what is the need for 2 different pass phases? One for log in and another for transactions? So stupid. You forget one pass phase and you are locked out and need to visit branch. I get the security aspect of things but all you need is an OTP for that! What an inconvenience excuse of an app. Mobile banking apps are supposed to make life simpler and here comes this app doing exactly the opposite.
IOS 16 failing to start
The app used to work nice in previous os with out any issue but after upgrading to iOS 16 it fails to restart was advices to reinstall and I did but still fails to start
Unable to Open
Since the last update, I’m unable to open the mobile app, it keeps on shutting down, even though the internet banking works fine, please do your BEST to address this issue as soon as possible.
Great app, but update real eases causing some issues
The App has excellent features and interface. The only issue I’ve noticed is that when new updates are introduced there seems to be issues i.e the app crashes when trying to start up. (Currently facing that issue)

I recently started using the Zemen Bank app, and I’m really impressed with their fast and efficient customer support. They respond quickly, handle concerns professionally, and make sure everything is resolved smoothly. I myself had a few questions, and they took care of them fast and effectively. It needs an update
I can’t transfer money to another bank can’t top up my airtime can’t transfer money to my telebirr wallet, because the option to select from account is not displaying my account number and I can’t skip that because it’s a required field. This is very frustrating it’s not a type of bug you expect from one of the biggest banks in the country

Doesn’t work after working hours, balance takes long to refresh and display the correct amount …
It keeps saying server is not available after working hours. This happens a lot in early morning and holidays. Can you please work on it!!!! The balance does not refresh either!!! It takes days to know what your actual balance is unless you go online and check. The description of transfers is really bad. It doesnt tell you who you transferred to. The only good thing is, since recently other bank transfers are being delivered in a speedy manner.

The app is great!!! It needs to upgrade to make it compatible with iOS 16. It is not even opening with iOS 16.
