Such a disappointment
Very buggy and frustrating experience. I couldn’t even complete the registration process. The app keeps sending OTPs, but there’s no way to properly enter the OTP in the app. With issues this basic, it’s difficult to trust the app as a wallet, especially when it involves financial transactions. The registration and OTP flow needs serious improvement before this can be considered reliable.

The BoA Apollo digital product it very useful for internal customer and external customer loan facilitation and we’ll know the bank product for other institutions I like Apollo product

As a start up its good app in the digital technology of the banks working ecosystem. As a comment the following things should be improved • During sign up it was challanging to upload your ID. •Apple face ID should be added in their biometric setting because it makes highly secure for customers further for the bank. •Finally the app slows sometimes especially on iphone so I think this will be improved through updates on bugs. Thanks.

First of all it hard to login you have to try many times after you login everything is slow and bad interface
OTP automatic copying to clipboard not working
I am facing the same kind of problem on my IOS device it’s not copying the code to the clipboard automatically and it doesn’t work manually either on the device registration section! I hope for fix soon. Thank you!

Small bug on sign-up
Not responsive on iPhone 8, and and also when u try to submit sometimes u dont know its processing or not its just froze…4 star for the idea👍as the firsts version its good!

When I received the OTP and tried to write it, it doesn't respond. It doesn't allow to write the code neither can't paste on it. Fix it as soon as possible.

The sign up feature doesnt work
The sign up feature doesnt work i had to remove it because the OTP code entry field doesnt accept any input

- Taking selfie is taking forever on iPhone - integrate with twilio messaging api so that diasporas can access the system
The app freezes when onboarding data is incomplete
When I sign up for this, it asks me to enter my details including ID and signature, somehow my signature was not updated during the signup process and now whenever I was to send money, it keeps saying “ your onboarding data is incomplete, please complete the process in order to make transaction “, under this “error message”, there is “yes” button. Whenever I click the “yes” button, it was supposed to take me to the incomplete documents but whenever I click “yes”. It just freezes, I tried calling customer service and I was told to use vpn to speed it up and I tried it as well with very high connectivity but nothing. Please fix this bug or create a feature that admins would be able to upload incomplete data on behalf of users.

That was very nice app before! But now this iphone app is bad! When you try to sign in it keeps saying (X) I didn’t change my face bur it won’t get my face as correct! Why?

UI and Input error
This app struggles with critical usability issues. The rigid, non-flexible UI feels outdated and unresponsive, hampering navigation. More frustratingly, the OTP input field inexplicably rejects numeric entries, preventing users from completing verification—despite OTPs being number-based. This glaring oversight disrupts login processes and raises security concerns. While the app’s core features might function, these flaws overshadow its utility. Urgent fixes are needed to align the design with modern standards and resolve the OTP input bug. Not recommended until these issues are addressed.

I Am One Of Your First Customers To Use Your App, I Like The Development On This App, My Opinion For The Coming Update Is 1. You Should Include The Ability To Use The Loan Services As It’s Added On Android 2. There Is A Security Bug On The Touch ID Sign In Option, To Make It Clear It’s Not Supposed To Let You Sign In After Adding A New Finger Print From Setting Of The IOS Devices 3. Last But Not List It Would Be Best If You Bring Back Transferring To Other Telebirr Customers Like Before
