The continue button on the sign in option is not clickable
I can not sign in because the continue button is covered with the keypad and its not going anywhere.please solve it i can not sign in.
Great
The app is well built and looks amazing but I am facing couple of issues with trying to see my transaction history. The page appears to be blank and a “try again” toast is shown at the top of the screen.
Worst experience
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a payments app so many field payments literally takes days to get a refund when it’s their problem to begin with customer support takes hours to respond too many field transactions and they take the money either way
Face ID is not working on iPhone
It’s good application. Since iPhones don’t have fingerprint biometrics, it will be better to add face recognition biometrics (FaceID) to it

Why does this app takes a picture
Why does this app takes a picture when before opening e-commerce products? The reason I know is that when I am facing the phone screen I see a flash and the phone screen is away from my face it does e- commerce does not open at all
Delays
I’m also having issues checking my transaction history.. it doesn’t show because there is a delay I guess. The transactions that are showing seem to be the old ones

Dashen Super App just keeps improving. The new theme options are beautiful, and the overall experience is faster and smoother than ever.
Not reliable
This app has been down for over 4 days straight. No explanation. How can a major banking app have a downtime like this? It's almost like they don't even care of the app is working or not. There's no point in making an app if you're not going to maintain it properly. Incredible incompetence honestly very shameful.

The application has a limitation its not superapp instead amole lite was performing much better try to improve bugs and plus try to add email verification

One of the worst banking systems I’ve ever come across
If I could I would never have anything to do with this bank, but , unfortunately, the company I work for uses it for salary payments. I’m sure their physical branch locations work just fine but the world is moving into the era of contactless and cashless transactions, and that’s where this bank falls far behind! This is ironic as their moto is one ‘one step ahead’; maybe this was true about a decade ago but not anymore. Their banking system, neither the super app, the old app, nor the website, never seems to work when you need it to. I’ve gotten into some ridiculous situations where I trusted their banking system to work as it should, and committed myself into making purchases only to look like a fool as non of the transactions would go through (sometimes the app wouldn’t even let you log in). I have now reached the point where I try to only have the bare minimum amount of money in my dashen account and move the rest to other banks with more trusted banking systems that I know won’t let me down at the crucial moment.

Pioneer in introducing ATM in Ethiopia is back again with more than just an app, Dashen is really 'Always one step ahead'.

It does not work in majority of times. Non-functional app. I don’t really know why the bank officials wouldn’t regulate functionality of the app. It needs a huge overhaul.

Disappointed
I am very disappointed with the service.I am using this app on my iOS device, and although I updated it just a week ago, the app is already asking me to update again. When I try to update it, the update does not work, and I am completely unable to use the app.This issue happens repeatedly, and I am honestly tired of it. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.

This is the worst transaction banking app I have ever used I thought it looked good at first but They say try again after I send money and it takes the money out of my account and but it doesn’t send it For the sake of your hard earned money please don’t install this

Slowww
It used to be good right around the time when it came out but now it's super slow. Everything from logging in to making transfers or simple notifications all load super slow it's annoying!!! Even checking balance takes over 30s and sometimes it even fails to show. Please fix it!
