Free cheeseburger comp doesn’t work
The free cheeseburger code doesn’t work and there is no contact information available to notify anyone about it. The rest of the app is great.
Live Activities
Need live activities. No better way to keep up with the scores. Also need the app to work on Apple Watch

Terrible app
Never updates. Just been to a game, come home to look at the box score and it’s still the half time score. Never opens. The last version no issues. This is shocking
Missing widgets
The app has improved with lots of bug fixes but the best sports apps allow for scoring widgets.
Games notifications for favourite team.
I am new the the app and was hopeful of an automated notification or calendar entry and notification for upcoming games of my favourite team. Apologies if this is a feature already, I just can’t find it.
Fairly average
I’m not a fan of this app, it’s not that intuitive and when I get a notification on my lock screen and select it, it just takes me to the main page, pretty poor development given this is 2026!

The updates are quick and the app is easy to use, which is what I want when following games live. Nice one to the devs who keep this running smooth.
Can’t claim free burgers
Entered the code word for free burger from HJ and states there’s no scheduled game!?
No free cheeseburger
The app says no scheduled games. Please come back later when entering the code word from yesterday’s game before 6pm. I have followed all the steps and can’t redeem my free cheese burger
Application bug
For weeks unable to connect to the start of playback or sometimes I have to go into search to actually find the game to playback. So frustrating and time wasting
Love the depth in stats hub
For someone who likes stats, this app delivers more than I expected. Easy to use and keeps improving. Hats off to the developers for their solid work.
Worst sports app
This app is so clunky it is not worth having! Videos don’t play back. Wrong stories on links. A year 10 kid could do better job. This is meant to be the face of a professional league.lift your game NBL!

This app has been very helped for keeping track of my team and when the games are on.
My go-to for all NBL stuff
I check scores, news, and highlights daily. The app is consistent and easy to use. The developers deserve credit for creating such a fan-focused app.

Glitchy and clunky
This app is beyond frustrating. It freezes, doesn’t load. Sometimes shuts down on its own. FIX IT PLEASE!
Disappointing!!
No player heights is beyond comprehension. I can’t even see their ages. Unfortunately app has gone backwards.
Well designed and stable
No crashes, no bugs so far. The design is clean and it’s clear the devs spent time making it user-friendly. I’m impressed and grateful for this app.

I can’t fathom how hard it is to simply see the scores in this app, nothing works
Should be better
So many bugs, not overly intuitive to navigate but that is tolerable. The regularity of issues with data is a big problem though. The NBL is a big league now this should work better.
App runs smooth on my phone
I’m not the most tech savvy but this app was easy to set up and runs without any issues. Thanks to the developers for making it so accessible.
Got worse over the last year
The NBL app got pretty bad compared to a year ago. Every time I open the app I’m asked to enable push notifications which I don’t want - please remember my decision and don’t ask me again. Also it now takes multiple clicks to get to today’s games - that was better before. And the box score for the game is pretty rubbish - stats are incorrect (foul count is always wrong for every placer this season). The app went from a useful tool i used while watching games to a pretty useless tool i only open to check results

Stats on app are rubbish
If you want to see accurate stats, go to the website nbl.com.au. You’d think any competent coder could extract data from that website for the appropriate stats info in the App but they can’t. I have tried to point out errors but have been ignored.

Worst app I’ve ever used. Game finished almost 2 hours ago and the summary on the app still shows 3 minutes left in the third quarter. Good lord!!
