Transaction facile
App
We travel often. We use Manulife as a way to save sending E-transfers to our account with Manulife. There are often disruptions with the app and it can take days before the transfer can take place. This is a huge problem for those who travel. The app should work at ALL times. We are tired of the whole situation.
Copier/coller
Dommage qu’il ne soit pas possible d’effectuer l’opération copier/coller. Particulièrement quand on doit entrer un long numéro de compte en préparant un paiement de facture.
Cannot log and no notification of an issue
Manulife never issues a notification of an outage until I call in then I talk to a pile of reps and they have no clue what is going on talk about wasting a customers time only to be the first person to tell Them they have an issue.

Excellent and User-Friendly Banking App!
This app is incredibly user-friendly for managing daily finances and savings. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it seamless to check balances, transfer funds, and deposit checks. Best of all, it’s super easy to track promotional interest rates and high-interest savings growth right from my phone. It makes banking hassle-free—highly recommended!
Terribly frustrating
App won’t open. Go to sign in, user name and password accepted but won’t fully sign in.

Not working with iOS 26.1
Updated to iOS 26.1 and now receiving errors when trying to make interact transfers or edit contacts.

I have no idea how to take a picture of check properly. When I take the picture as portrait it shows landscape. When I try in landscape it shows portrait

I'm not getting any promotions and dealing with support is frustrating refusing to escalate my concerns. I closed my account.
Wire transfer link not working
When I try to do a wire transfer through the app, the app freezes. Have tried everything to fix it on my end, but seems to be a bug in the app. Please fix it.

Easy and fast
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience.
First, I set up automatic bill payments from my Manulife debit account to my credit card well in advance, yet the payment wasn’t processed on time. As a result, I was charged interest and, more importantly, my credit history was negatively affected. While Manulife eventually reimbursed the interest, they can’t restore the damage done to my credit score. That mistake should never have happened. Second, the “updated” credit card rewards program is a huge downgrade. Instead of earning more rewards for using the card, I now earn significantly fewer points. To make matters worse, my points balance is actually showing as negative. Seriously? Who wants to use a credit card where the more you spend, the worse your rewards become? Between unreliable auto-payments and a rewards program that has become far less rewarding, it’s hard to find a reason to continue using their services at all.
Change in password field function
So not impressed with the recent update that no longer accesses the password storage on my phone. Every single time I use the app, I have to go through the settings to the password storage and copy the password for this app. Previously the password field directly accessed the password storage. Why was this changed? Please fix it so that it works properly again. 😕
App download
The app requires an update but, when I click on go to App Store there is no update and the app will not open. It just loops back to app requires an updated.
Useless to me
I use my iPad for mobile banking. This latest update is not compatible with my iPad so now I am reduced to banking on my iPhone or purchasing a new iPad - Thanks Manulife !
E-transfers failed
I tried to etransfer money to my account on two separate occasions a day before my Mortgage was due and both times the Manulife back did not accept it. I was set up for autodeposit. Where did my money end up???

can we have the ability to turn off the floating Live Chat button? it keeps coming back after being dismissed.
God awful bank
Absolutely horrible bank their customer service is even worse, they kept my transferred money under review for 3 months with no reason or updates, everytime I called every rep gave me different information, they flagged my money and closed my account for no reason and said they would return my money whenever they’re done with their internal review which had no date they could give either. I called and complained multiple times because they didn’t even reach out to anyone or contact my other Bank for verification or questioning. After I chased my other bank and drove them crazy and forced Manulife to escalate my situation to a supervisor they finally randomly reopened my account and “finished” their review after 6 months of toying with me. Absolutely will make an ombudsman complaint against them because now they’re ignoring my requests to even close my damn account!!!
Can't use saved passwords anymore
The app works fine but since the last update I am not able to use my saved passwords from icloud keychain to login. Also, it would be nice to able to login with FaceId

Chat message box missing
No box to input a message. Keyboard is available and functioning though. No send button either. Otherwise chat is working and chat rep is always waiting for my reply. Chat gets terminated because they think I’m gone.
What is going on??
Just got latest version of this otherwise stable app. It’s now constantly crashing!!! Not the best way to keep banking clients happy.
Do not put your money in this bank
They literally steal your money . They stole 3,000$ from my account and no customer service rep knows what’s going on when I call them . So not put a dollar in this bank . They are thieves

I can not make e transfers or pay bills with the app in the new OS software
Wants a newer iOS
The update now wants iOS 16 or newer even though it worked just fine on iOS 15 just yesterday. It’s sad that companies are just making e-waste because they can and we have no option but to go along if we want to access anything.
