Signed up but won’t let me confirm my email, tried numerous times, deleted app, re signed up but no. Lost the will to Live now and given up

Can the two and a half developers working on this app drop their crayons and start writing lines of code please.

The apple wallet support doesn’t work. I have no idea how to redeem the offers added to my wallet.

The only app I’ve ever had that asks me if I’m human and the hoops you have to jump through…. Gave up
New to the app, keeps logging out
I’m new to using the app but it’s so annoying that it logs you out after every use. Not sure if it’s a bug and doesn’t usually do this but not a great experience.
Awful design
Awful app design! looks like it's for iPhone 4. I put all my details to sign up and registered then it won't log in.
Badly written front end to a mobile website
This app is slow and constantly needs you to login. Why? Why do I have to login every time I launch the app? Other apps can keep me signed in, why can't you?! Aside from that annoyance, the app flickers and jumps about all the time because it looks as though it's just loading a mobile web page. This app could be so much better if it was native and not just a hastily hobbled together shell. Oh, and can you get rid of that help icon? It's on top of the content all the time, and there's no way to dismiss it. If I need help I should be able to go to the Help tab... oh, there isn't one. Awful app. One of the worst loyalty apps I've ever used.
Keeps logging out
App keeps on logging out every time I close it. So when I come to use it again, I have to step out and log back in. Every single time. App keeps on trying to get me to use bio log in. Nah. I’d rather stop using the app - probably for the best as I’d buy less 😅

I try click barcode app to Apple wallet as it won’t let me do it. Please fix this problem ASAP!!!
Annoying
KrispyKreme app was down when I purchased on 29/3/25 so I thought not a problem redeem receipt 😡 why is it so complicated 🤷🏻♂️ you have to enter 5 separate lines of information only for to say not sorry information not valid 🤦🏻♂️. Are you serious why is this not a qr code 🤷🏻♂️ I have emailed them to do it for me 👍🏻 come on it’s 2025 and this process is ridiculous oh and stop the app logging out all the time greggs definitely have the better app imo.

Terrible , can’t even signup
Age , address (post code) full name , mobile number just to sign up to order donuts? Verification email never arrives . Continue as guest just takes you to sign up. I don’t get how huge companies like this get something basic like an easy sign up process so wrong . Let me order the bloody donut and then ask to complete registration later I already have your app on my device !!!
The app does not work
The app doesn’t work every time I try to confirm the email address to create an account, the app closes, I already tried to reinstall the app and did not fix the problem.
Account issues
Says my account is suspended, but shows my a free birthday doughnut. Literally suspended my account for no reason.
The worst app I’ve ever seen
Every time you try and launch this app it will make you do about 20 captchas before it even gets to the login page. You will have to do this every time as the app does not stay logged in. And if you try to add your rewards card to Apple wallet it will tell you that the link to do so is ‘burned’. Shocking waste of time.

If I could I would rate this no stars. I was promised a free doughnut and never received one.. I’ve wasted about an hour trying to get a free doughnut because these prices are extortionate. Its 1:12 am ,I could of been sleeping if the doughnut bot could of helped me or if this app made any sense. I’m now going into a new day upset and frustrated as my time was wasted with trying to get a free doughnut. goodbye
