Doesn’t work correctly
The app needs environment. The loyalty card doesn’t work properly. It either fails to load or doesn’t open in full view. As a result I cannot be used at checkout , which makes this feature effectively useless. When I tried to open my loyalty card , it gets stuck on an infinite loading screen and never fully loads. Because of this I cannot access or use it at all.
The most convoluted process
I like that there is a reward system but… the process of working out how to claim the ‘rewards’ is the most convoluted and confusing I have ever come across. I advise the designers look at how the Costa app or something similar works. You are good at hot chocolate but need some lessons on customer process flow.

It’s good. But the ‘get help’ button when you have an issue under an order doesn’t do anything. You press it and nothing happens.

This is the best chocolate drinks shop, bar none.
Confirmation email??
Downloaded the app a week ago. Have asked three times for confirmation email to be sent. No sign of it.

Does not have same option then the actual place that is why I only give it 3 star. In store I have many more flavors and options. Pls update App. Thank you
Love the Idea!
Being from the US and now living in Exeter, I love the concept of a fully chocolate café. And, I rate the milkshake the best in town.
Verification link never arrives
Unable to create an account or login as they continually fail to send me the verification email, similar to another reviewer. My email is linked to the failed account so I can’t try a password change route either…
Room for improvement. (App wise)
Thankfully I have no issues with logging in. But not a very impressive app, it still needs developing. It would be useful to see past transactions and more rewards and deals offered. It just feels unfinished! On the other hand the hot drinks are impressive! I started at Gail’s then went to Eataly for their hot chocolates now I just always find myself at Knoops. - because of their range of options which I love! I have to mention one very small criticism- depending on who makes the drinks- sometimes the staff will over whip and I get this very foamy hot chocolate instead of a creamy smooth texture as labelled.

People working there r so nice, kind and respect I come every day I enjoy the coffee and everything .
Crashes
When you click the loyalty app to being up the qr code the app crashes and you have to close the app completely. Been happening for awhile. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and tested on another device and always happens

Unable to login because they won’t send me a verification code
I’m unable to create an account or login, because they continually fail to send me a verification email. My mobile number is now linked the failed account, preventing me from trying to create another account with an alternative email address.

Stopped working
Stopped working and doesn’t load any more, just a spinning circle of doom. Tried deleting and redownloading but that just made the issue worse, now doesn’t function at all.

The app doesn’t work
I can’t believe this app has 4.8 stars, all my friends and I have been trying to order for the past hour, nothing loads, we’re getting a million errors that aren’t handled and even when our order went through they hadn’t got it at knoops so we had to re-order. Genuinely the worst app I’ve ever used in my life
Amazing App and Design
It’s a very user friendly and lovely designed app. Love the customisation features and loyalty integration!
Useless
They spend weeks redeveloping the app during which I can’t collect points. Now it’s up and running but my local (St Albans) doesn’t have a working scanner so I’m still missing out.
