The system is outdated it has a lot of bugs its funny bc they charge you every transaction but can’t afford to make a better app the worst banking app that I used

This app is completely unreliable. It fails every single day. Whether I need to transfer money, charge my phone with money, or handle something urgent, it just crashes. Extremely frustrating.

Where did I spend?
I think the app is sufficient, but the major issue is that it never says the store name where a purchase is made. I find it cumbersome to double check my receipts instead of quickly seeing if I was the spender. For security, this needs to be improved.

Generally, I like the app a lot. Latest version is crashing couple of times after login. Ideally would be to have the option to see description of received transfer

Login Issues
The app doesn't allow me to log in. Each time I try, I'm forced to reset everything, but even after that, I still can't access my account. I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times, but they were unable to help. On top of that, they aren’t even answering my calls anymore. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I hope they address these issues soon.

The app needs an option to allow users to hide their assets while using the app in public! This could be good for marketing too because you would see much more people using the app!

Aplikacioni osht i mire, lehte i perdorushem, ama njiher nuk ma qitet nji 20 eurosh si suprize. As per ditlindje. A menzi pritni mi nal 5 euro kur nuk e paguj me kohe starkartelen. Qito dyja nuk mpelqejn, tjerat mire, ama jon qaq t'ransishme per mue, saqe duhet me lon vec nji yll. Mfalni

Dark theme = Terrible
How come the dark theme passed the testing so you decided to launch it? It’s terrible, you can’t even read the transactions. Change it back please, or push another update.

Ne qe e perdorim opcionin “dark mode”, ne aplikacion homepage behet dark po nuk dallohen as transaksionet as bilanci asnje gje. Dizajneri a ka dizajnu per ngut pa e testu a ku eshte problemi?

Good but needs improvements
Overall has great services and I enjoy using it specially for paying invoices , phone credit etc. It lacks on more information about transactions and I am not sure why some money is being deducted without any explanation which makes you go to the branch and ask for it which is purely stupid. And my biggest complain so far is the login , great that there are many options but it just logs out the session too fast, worst thing that happened to me was I typed in the new password as required and then trying to put it in 100% was correct and It told me that was wrong which I had to go to the branch and then pay a fee to reset password . I am a developer and I know when I see a bug. Overall needs some user testing and UX improvements.
TouchID doesn't work
After the latest update (28.06.2016), TouchID stopped working for signing in. Now I have no access to my account. Edit: it works fine now!

Aplikacion i mirepritur. (meriton 5 yje pasi te rregullohet edhe skeneri i faturave dhe disa limiteve tjera) Pervec totalit te shtohet edhe raporti mbetjes se balancit per terheqje kesh+blerjeve.
Probleme ne iPhone X
Aplikacioni i bere update se fundmi, po shfaqe probleme ne hapje te llogarise. Paisja eshte iPhone X iOS 11.2.5. Shkruan paswordin, pastaj kur vjen hapi i dyte i verifikimit me FaceID ne kete rast, mbyllet aplikacioni (crash).

Overall good app and very helpful. It would be good to have default email appear when you send transaction details over mail (not to write it down every time you fwd transaction details over mail).

This app is very good but since update 1.3.0 the app doesn’t open and can’t be used. I get an error go to store for latest version which I already have. Please fix this problem them it’s worth 5 stars.
