I installed the app but I don’t want to give my personal information (I don’t want to send a photo of mine psport) And also the process is to long until you have to make an account

Mos u merrni me kta, mbi 3 javë me prit per 1 debit card dhe kur e thirr numrin e postes qe e kan te lidhur kontraten tpershendet mesazhi „Numri qe kerkuat nuk egziston“. 60% te supportit jon njerz edhe ni 40% shtaze te gjalla qe sdijn as me shenu… tmerr i gjall. Nese keni deponu lek me vlerë 100€ ose ma shum mos ju besoni terhiqni krejt asetet.

It's a fantastic app. However it's one issue that could be fixed. In the transaction list, all purchases made with Cards are labeled as "Mastercard", and is a bit challening to find specific transactions.

I always needed a bank app but wise, and other banking app has so many requirements and stuff and plus they dont support my country, with OneFor is so easy, quick and safe to use, always in handy in situations were i dont have money

False advertisement
On google it says that it is world wide, but in reality it doesn’t even support the neighboring countries. Poor work from companies in Kosovo as usual

Aplikacion shumë i lehtë dhe konfigurim i shpejtë. Transferet prej bankave vendore bëhen brenda 2 orëve. Pagesa, transfere internationale i bën ku të duash shpejt, sigurt dhe lehtë veq mos e harro telefonin.
Useless application Doesnt work on many old devices with older versions of IOS and Google play
Most useless application i have ever seen. In Kosovo my country this company and its application were promoted as success story very powerful so innovative even the Priminister was invited to promote this application. Everything they say in promotional advertisement is huge lie they cant register you. I have tried a week to register every time some problem occurs cant finish basic setup and imagine other processes within application such as money transfer visa card money request and other features. In their paid promotions they state that everything is processed within 0.010 of second faster than sun light but in reality it takes days to process even registrations. Story of success with cocktail party prime minister presence is in fact story of failure of complete disaster. My advice dont download its just waste of time and norhing useful is in this application. Application which cant operate worldwide but limited to one country small country Kosovo isn't worth even trying to download or use it.

Firstly the customer support is absolutely terrible I am very dissatisfied & disappointed that when I tried uploading my Form of ID it got Rejected twice and a lot of my friends Use this app Hence why I wanted an account. I got in touch with support and they wouldn’t give me a valid reason so for this I’m rating this app 1 star please note if you download this you will be waitinging a very long time to get verified as it says 2minutes verification more like 2 years!!

Not sure why im reading negative reviews. App was easy and quick to setup, and international transactions occurr super quick, within the day usually on business days or maximum the next day. 10/10, very useful.
Can’t receive my money
First my friend sent me 150 pounds on the weekend, I couldn't get it for four days, but the support assured me that everything is in order and I need to wait more, on the fifth day I wrote again and I was asked for more information about the shipments, I answered everything, after which I was asked to wait, I felt safe and thought that everything would work out, so the next day I sent another 200 pounds from my Monese account on OneFore to make a purchase on the Binance exchange and after 10 minutes my account was deactivated without the ability to enter, I did not receive any letters from support, there is no opportunity to enter the live chat either, if you want to save your money, do not use this bank ever
