Faulty App
Worst app ever. Every time I need to log in from US, I keep having issues, app does not load. ProCredit you need to up your game, an app is the most basic tool in this day and age.
Not fully accessible for blind users
I am a VoiceOver user, and while the app has useful features, it is difficult to use because some buttons and elements are not properly labeled for accessibility.

Love the new app!! The design feels modern, everything is easy to find, and the features make daily banking super simple.

A long awaited update. Beautiful, fresh, easy to use.
If there was an option for a lower rating than 1, I would give it.
Very disappointing experience. Instead of updating the old app in a simple and user-friendly way, Quipu GmbH and ProCredit Bank launched a new application that is unnecessarily complicated. Installing it and setting it up—especially if you want to use multiple accounts—is almost impossible. It feels like the product was never properly tested before release, and the support staff are clearly not prepared to help users. If there was an option for a lower rating than 1, I would give it.

Kam filluar të përdor aplikacionin mobil të ProCredit Bank Kosova dhe deri tani jam shumë e kënaqur. Aplikacioni është i lehtë për t’u përdorur, i shpejtë, dhe ofron shumicën e funksioneve që më nevojiten për bankim të përditshëm – si kontrolli i llogarisë, pagesat, transferet dhe mbikëqyrja e shpenzimeve. Më pëlqen veçanërisht siguria që ofron aplikacioni. Dizajni është i thjeshtë dhe intuitiv. E vetmja gjë që do të doja të përmirësohej është më shumë fleksibilitet në personalizim. Në përgjithësi, një aplikacion shumë funksional dhe i besueshëm për bankimin në Kosovë.

Great App – Simple and Secure!
I really enjoy using the ProCredit mobile app. It’s user-friendly and easy to navigate. One of my favorite features is how simple it is to send and receive money requests – it makes managing payments with friends and family super convenient. I also really appreciate the option to hide my balance for extra privacy, especially when I’m using my phone in public. Great job to the team for creating such a clean and secure experience!
