Canadas wonderland
Absolutely amazing app, it helped me get around easily and i was able to figure out all of the wait times for rides in a few seconds

Scrolling Nightmare
The app itself is pretty intuitive but when you go to look for wait times in areas you’re not in it refreshes and takes you back to the top so you’re stuck scrolling forever

What the hell, six flags.
It’s August 30th right now and I went to go check my season passes. I noticed there was a update available so I did it, little did I know my season passes set to expire on December 31, updated to expire IN 8 DAYS. I’m ticked off at this as I got absolutely NO WARNING and there’s NOTHING I can do. It’s six flags fault they didn’t notify us. Whole family ticked off at you, six flags.
Something may be wrong
I love this app, it helps me get around, but when it comes to updating, it is very hard. I cannot open the app and when I press the button to update it, it brings me to the App Store and it does not let me update.
Major loss of features
Not sure why they removed the wait times, the sorting by nearest, and the routes that you could follow to find things. The gps features are all gone. App is pretty much useless now. Better to take a picture of the park map and use that.
Very Mediocre App
I would have thought the app would be better for a huge company like Six Flags. At least for Cedar Point, no wait times were displayed in the app. I did like the pov video link for the roller coasters and the description/background information. I know the app is collecting locational data but yet it fails to display a point on the map of where you are in the park at any moment…which I found really annoying and disappointing. The developers need to look at the Dollywood app and copy that format, that App was much more user friendly, runs smoother, and informative.

I have never written an app review in my life, but this is the WORST app I’ve ever used. Bring back the Knott’s Berry Farms app.

Glitchy
This app is so glitchy. It’s so difficult to use in the park which defeats the purpose. I have rides as favorites but it doesn’t list the wait times for the rides, so what is the point as having a ride as a favorite? And you can’t see the wait times until you walk into the park? That’s crazy! Sometimes I want to know how busy the park is before I go! I should be able to see the wait times something any time. I do not find this app to be efficient.

A real let down
After using the Kings Island app for years being forced to switch over to the Six Flags app has been extremely disappointing. You do not provide the information or service within the app that Kings Island used to provide. You ought to have the people who made the Kings Island app rework this one for you. Things that should be included besides wait times are menus at each of the restaurants. You can’t check showtimes unless you’re inside the parks which for people who live close by and have annual passes sometimes we just want to pop over to catch a show and we want to make sure we know when the next one is. I can look up showtimes for shows at Universal Orlando or Walt Disney World in Orlando from my living room in Ohio. Why can’t I look up showtimes for the amusement park that is six minutes from my house? Incidentally, I can also look up ride wait times and ride closures for those parks from Ohio. The app is very difficult to navigate everything is clumped together on the map and you can’t spread it out. It’s just a very disappointing app makes it difficult to figure out what you want to do within the parks. Six Flags, you drop the ball on this one do better.

Good buying experience, but the maps suck. Don’t bother to use them until they update it. Very few signs to show you around in the park either.
Baffling oversight
For some reason the app automatically refreshes while you’re looking through the attractions and trying to map out your plan. Like, I’m talking 10 seconds at most before it automatically refreshes the page and kicks you to the top again. Sometimes I can’t even scroll all the way down before it does it. It’s so aggravating and it does it on every phone I’ve seen someone use so far. Just truly baffling that I can’t turn off auto refresh while I’m literally trying to read the stuff it’s refreshing.

This new version lost my account. It says my email can’t be found when just 2 days ago I received an email to bring a friend for free. What’s going on?
Mediocre
Using this for Cedar Point after the CP app was discontinued. Wait times no longer work because no matter what you do it doesn’t register that you’re in the park. It constantly prompts to sign in while already signed in. I’d think a company this large could build a working app, especially after discontinuing the existing app that worked just fine.

I’ve heard a lot of bad reviews but from my experience on the app, it’s not that bad as people claim. I can go through things easily and I could use my pass easily with no problems
Barely works as digital wallet
The app looks good on the service but is basically a waste of time. Our passes have “perks” but the app never shows them so we don’t actually get to use any. The service at the parks is also spotty so even loading the app is a problem. Wait times are literally ALWAYS wrong. I’ve just resorted to using screen cap of the QR because it is so much more reliable. The app seems well designed, it’s a bummer it appears to take after the parks with half of its functions disabled.

Good if this was 2004
The app is intentionally nebulous so dynamic pricing can hit you as hard as possible. The Fast Pass upgrade can be purchased through the app but does not run on it. FP runs on your browser which takes down your battery quickly the entire time. Meaning once your battery is out, so is your FP. As for QR codes around the park to get you to places in the app, you’re directed to the home page which makes the WR codes useless - and the app since you can’t find anything you need within it. This app would be awesome 22 years ago
Always issues
From not loading passes to not accepting passes when I have the QR code right in front of me. It should be seamless and updates right away Ride wait time aren’t even accurate All I can say take note from Disneys app This app and the fast passes should be able to access the same apps

Slow and incorrect wait times
It won't let you see ride wait time unless you login (I have a gold pass but it wouldn't link to it) and once you do - the wait time are completely wrong - one listed as 15 minutes for the entire hour we were waiting (even after) and a 75 minutes reported wait ended up being 15-20 minutes(which we rode twice at 15-20mins)
App not working to update
App asking to update but when you click on update it opens App Store and says open instead of update. When you click on open it’s going back to app and asking to update. Update says a big fix. But it seems like a bug released!!!

Mobile food ordering is clunky Flash pass should be inside tha app not in the browser as it is the most useful and most expensive part of the app
