It was very easy to navigate

They don’t have a number to follow back. Just a query is sent and they never call back as promises
Should ease document management
User cannot see uploaded documents after claim is submited . Also if user submit partial document and then relogin and submit remaining document (even including previous document again) then only first uploaded documents gets submited . Cannot verify what is uploaded.
Bad customer service and experience
I have chosen the add ons during the renewal on September 13 2026 and it not reflected in policy document. When I had multiple chats with the customer executives they confirmed that the issue will be solved in 24-48 hours and a week passed. No updates and issue not solved. Also I asked to extend the policy until the issue is solved and they are not willing. Fault from their side is not compensated. The money for the add on is also taken and it is not reflected in policy document

The app is very poor.. Bajaj health app is great but this is pathetic.. everytime on login my OPD benefit under policy does not get visible .. have to try hit and trial (link from past SMS) to be done and you can vees the same
Need improvement
claim once submitted to app, there no way to preview the claim what has submitted what document added, user will be clueless once done submitting. I have sometimes submitted documents multiple times as no way to check what is there and what not

Not approving the actual amount for LSCS where as it is clearly mentioned on the hospital documents that delivery is through LSCS but approved amount for normal delivery.
Unable to find OPD claim
Opd option does not appear in the app maney time.

Pathetic validation
While updating email details app checks the email ID for case also as if the developer doesn’t know that email IDs are not sensitive to case… this is just one example… it also does not show personal details on profile correctly

This is the worst app i have ever used in iphone. This app is to be login every time we use it. Such a big company and such a pathetic app. Please hire some good professionals to get your app corrected.
All data deleted
I have purchased a pet policy on Bajaj insurance with runs till 2029. But today I logged in to check that my account has been deleted with no kyc, or any policy history or any details at all. I wanted to file a claim, but there’s no way to do so. I am unable to add the insurance manually as it’s saying it’s already added in my account.
