Doesn’t work anymore
I’ve got to say I’m very disappointed with this app. It used to work perfectly fine for me. After a couple months it no longer remembers my password and doesn’t acknowledge my location when I try to tap in and out.
Unable to open
Keeps crashing and authentication doesn’t save.
Good as far as it goes
This app could be so much better if it had manager functionality. All you can do is things for yourself but as a manager I can’t log one of my teams absence or create a logbook for them as you can on the web version. In a world driven by apps and phones, there needs to be much more development of this app.

The app looks and works great. Allows me to request holidays, view and sign my documents and even change my personal details

Buggy and needs improvement
A very simply app with most of the online functionality missing. Often force logging out, as of witting most widgets have vanished from the list including the widget to see who is away. No access to team calendar so only really useful for requesting holidays and seeing who is away.
Temperamental
It’s good when it works but then sometimes it doesn’t recognise your login and you have to make up another password or delete the app and re-install it. Annoying
Worst app in the history of all apps
Constantly have to sign in even after authorising Face ID. Now won’t even let me use my saved passwords, have to copy and paste every time.
Not working
Not working correctly first time when to get in to it. After closing down and reloaded and resigning in working as sould but that's really iPhone 15 pro max
Sign in is a pain
Always logs me out and forgets my log in saved password and says it’s wrong. I’ve lost count of the times I’ve had to reset the password. Face recognition doesn’t work

Constantly deletes expense receipts after saying that they have been uploaded successfully. The worst app I’ve ever used
Poor performance
Very clunky app. When trying to select a date on the calendar that is in a month or 2, it doesn’t update the list of who has booked holiday, so very hard to see if you’re able to book days off! Would not recommend.
Issue
The app is not working on iPhone xs
Generally pretty shoddy
Various niggly issues with responsiveness, log in, and general UI design. Not a great user experience and I avoid using it as much as I can.

App broken since update constantly closes
Good when works!
This is quite a good app……when it functions properly. Too many times it doesn’t want to work until the phone is switched off, it does get frustrating as it’s a frequent occurrence. Also the ‘use my location’ doesn’t switch off even when you set the settings go ‘only while using’. If they sort these out it could well be five stars. I also see these were problems years ago for other users too. Maybe the developers just don’t care.
Crashes on opening
The app now crashes on opening. Totally unacceptable and no apparent workaround or fix. Works fine on desktop but there’s less functionality on that for expenses and leave so please update soon and provide a solution

Poor interface
Anyone who uses this app basically has to due to their employer using it in place of doing any HR themselves. Therefore the developer has no incentive to improve it.
Frustrating and reliable
This app simply does not work. Constant login problems, errors, and settings that rarely function properly. Instead of helping, it only creates frustration and wastes time. Employees struggle every single day to use it. Honestly, this app should be dropped completely.
Assessments/planner
For the last few weeks I have not been able to add anything to my assessments/planner. It is crucial that this is fixed as me and many others need to put my hours up and there’s no way to do this. Every update since it’s stopped working has not fixed this bug!!
