Overwrite files on iPhone
Not really a review but more of a query…the app has started to overwrite files that I hold on my iPhone. When I try to open a file it has started to take me to the Sage app. Any support gratefully received.
Used to be better
This app used to be much better and much more usable, now nothing loads, can’t swap from my old employer to my new one, can’t see payslips, can’t even view my account details it just loading spins forever. Pathetic.
Login problem
Not working. I can’t even login. Sapport just robot
iPhone issue
I have two accounts but the app will not properly switch between the two on the iPhone. Using the app on an iPad will allow me to change accounts. It still doesn’t work even after an update!
Request time off
No calendar to request time off.
Very good
Let’s u see all your payslips and p60
Getting giddy
Most annoying app I’ve ever used. Email, password, verify I’m a human, does not recognise password, enter an emailed code. Then round and round we go again and again and again. Is just iPhone or what.
iPad
Is there an option for iPad app
Account assets
Unable to sign in with a second account. How to resolve this issue? Had tried to reset password still not functioning
Needs work
The app used to be good, but now does not show my last 2 pay statements. On mobile browser the site does not allow full statement to be viewed easily.
Brilliant idea
Love everything about this app
Buggy
We frequently experience 404 (complete failure) errors on that then get told after investigation that this is a known bug the developers are working on. This has been going on for over a month now. For a company this size and reach, it is not acceptable to general release software this flaky
Unable to download pay statements from app.
I love the app but right now no one is able to download a pay statement to pdf to save on their phone. We were told there is a bug. How long till it is resolved?
Can’t log in
Says I can’t log in through the app with the same passcode as on the web page, I can’t even check my payslips can I have help please
Not able to download pdf form of payslip
The app works fine, but facing the issue of not able to download the payslip.
Rubbish
You have to sign in to sign in,nothing is clearly marked, where do you look at your wage slip ? This is like an app that a 10 year old designed for a school project. Rubbish !
Needs more access for managers
I would like to be able to see everyone who is off in detail, along with the future time off for employees. For example I have 2 employees out of the office next week but in the app I have no way to see that or the admin notes behind those requests.
it’s alright
it used to be so useful and informative, and notify when payslips come through. but now doesn’t do that issues first started last week (wednesday, 7th august 2024) - the app won’t notify when payslips come through, and the payslips won’t show on the app either.
Shifts available
Works okay but need to be able to view shifts available . As I can already view what and when colleagues are off it would not seem a huge leap to view what shifts are available. As it is I can pick up no overtime . This is a problem
Unknown
I can only log in on my web browser and not on the app. I can’t download or view my payslip on the web browser. This app is ridiculous and requires urgent improved !
Timesheets buggy
When I go to the timesheets it closes the app
Works, but,?!?!
The app works, but is in need of an iPad version to utilise screen space and more capabilities.
Mr
This is what I received from Sage. Your email and password have been compromised on a 3rd party app unrelated to sage.
Works Great
I’ve read the reviews about this app and I highly disagree with them. This app works perfectly fine. Get all my payslips on time. Before I had this app I would get handed my payslips in person, now it’s all online it’s brilliant.
Good, but
If you forget your password it directs you to a unsecured site to change it and other people can see everything and alter things.
Would love an Apple watch app
It would be nice to have a Apple Watch app to allow me to check in to work as opposed to opening up my phone
Rubbish app
I can’t download payslip or even view it in a normal payslip format. I go on safari to view normal payslip format but I still can’t download. I don’t know how this is acceptable. The worst app to be quite honest. Can’t even provide basic service. There is a review from 2 years ago that describes my exact issue which shows that this app has been useless for some years and has no intentions to be better
Lacks functionality
Beware that support for the Timesheet module is very poor. It’s not currently possible to record time against projects at all - a significant limitation. Sage, please improve upon this!
Doesn’t work
Won’t let me log in at all
DREADFUL
Couldn’t log in and can’t reset password as need to contact administrator. No confidence
