WIDGET REQUEST
Everything about this app is solid compared to others, but one gap is holding it back: there’s no proper rota widget. The annual leave feature doesn’t help daily shift workers. A simple rota widget or even a one-click option to push shifts into the phone’s reminders would make a big difference.
Was good, now my phone is too old
An easy app to use for checking your rota and booking time off. However, the latest update won’t work on my phone, and it won’t let me log in. I’m not in a position to upgrade my phone, and I have no idea what I’m working and I can’t book holidays. Please fix this
Great app, freezes often…
I love the simplicity of the app, things are organized well and it’s pretty user friendly, didn’t need tutorials or anything to find my way around. My biggest complaint is how often it freezes when I’m looking through the schedule. Very frustrating as it happens every single time, and I enjoy seeing who is working and reading my notes. In addition, the fact that I can’t link my schedule to my calendar is surprising. There’s a feature to connect peoples days off but not my own scheduled work days.
Flexible clock in and out
There was a very good feature of clocking in and out outside the zone but since a few weeks the update has ruined this app, please bring the feature back as it is very useful when someone forgets as we have to ask our managers to alter the time each time there is a mistake and very inconvenient. Bring this feature back on the next update!
Needs calendar support for shifts
It’s ok, bizarrely has support for putting absences on other calendar - but not shifts? Needs to have an integrated clocking in/out function rather than a whole separate app. Other than that, it’s ‘ok’. Pretty must just use it exclusively to check my shifts and holiday allowance.

Issue on delete option is not working
The Edit option on the annual leave page is functioning correctly. The Delete option is present but currently does not remove applied annual leave requests. No confirmation or error feedback is shown after clicking delete, which may confuse users.
Poor
Forcing an update for those using iPhone 6S/7 models is poor and a massive shame. Such a crucial app should not be cutting off support for devices so suddenly, and with zero warning.

Couldn’t find personal leave in the app. Have to apply using “Other” option. Would be nice if you have dedicated button to apply.

Poor software that cannot handle more than one employer
As a cleaner, like many others, I have more than one employer. Unfortunately if they both use BrightHR and Blip, you need two different email accounts and logging out of blip doesn’t seem to log you out of BrightHR. Surely this predictable issue can be resolved? I like to use one email address for work but have to use two.
User friendly
I’ve only been using the app for around 5-6 weeks, so my review might not have the gravitas that time brings. I’ve found the UI easy to uses and navigate, it’s quite user friendly and intuitive. I would like to ask for 1 thing; dark mode. I have very light sensitive eyes, and this app is so very bright, so I try to use dark mode in all my apps; if available. That’s the only criticism, if you could even call it that, that I have. Wonderful job, guys! 💪🏾

Couldn’t adjust time to my working hours as it wouldn’t allow me to do it so had to make another time. Hope it doesn’t effect my pay

Would it be possible to make it so the standard holidays are already booked off for salary employees? Right now I’m having to request each of them off.

The app is well laid out and easy to use, but it constantly freezes when I try to update any of my personal details or information.

Its easy to use, does the job, but really slow in processing stuff.
Booked time off disappeared
I booked off a few different dates and then the app went down for a few days a few weeks ago. now I’ve been put on shifts I’ve booked off because it’s shown as me not booking the dates off so I’m guessing when the app went down it made the dates I’ve booked off disappear.

Worst app on my phone
Great app for work
This is a great app for work purposes but the Apple version doesn’t allow you to see the location your working at and doesn’t your your roster in a calendar view. I have to use google browser to view my rosters on my iPhone

My clinic is open Saturdays , the app does not allow to request a Saturday off , to book any annual leave is confusing and annoying

Subscription trap - Warning. Stay away
They sell you Contracts for 3 or 5 years and there’s no way out, even if you never use it try to cancel it the subscription NEVER STOPS. They’re thieves. They don’t sell service they sell traps.
Very glitchy
Would be better if they fixed the bugs and glitches when it freezes and wont allow you to select actions with out exiting the app and refreshing it 5x times. I also have the latest software on the app and the phone.

So sick of the marketing messages
I switched of marketing permissions for push notifications but they continue to sent endless promotion for referrals. I will never refer your app, I will just tell people how annoying it is. I have to have this work but absolutely hate it.
Part time working
I work 3 days per week, on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I should not be deducted for the 2 Thursdays over Christmas.
