Remote jobs not remote
Having jobs listed as remote only for them to state “OFFICE BASED (NO HYBRID WORKING)” inside the ads itself. The function is broken.
Better than Reed yet with serious flaws
Pros: Faster applications than reed Compatible with the Tinder-Finger autoswiper device. Cons: Vague descriptions of what the job actually often IS. Doesn’t learn fast enough what jobs you do NOT want. Can’t switch off the animation to increase speed. No filters to exclude and include job titles when collating a stack of jobs to swipe through. No max commute journey radius. No bulk apply ALL button. No automated apply functionality on your criteria.

Results are not consistent with profile. Great concept poor execution.
Not for career changers
This app will adjust job recommendations to your current job role and industry which you have to set upon registration, and it makes it not suitable for people who are looking for entry level jobs in other industries and are looking to change careers completely.

Really frustrating format, making it actually hard to search by area and restricting searches to specific titles only to force a tinder style swiping mechanic that barely works right

Inaccurate Job Search
I like the thought of the app and how it works, however the jobs it returned weren’t related to the search criteria or my experience. Jobs were repeated multiple times and made the app unusable.
Still needs work
As an app developer this could be so much better, text is too small for people to read. For dyslexics it’s an awful colour. But the idea is good.
Etwas unübersichtlich
Leider sind die Ausschreibungen an sich sehr unübersichtlich, da es als Text ohne Absatz angezeigt wird. Dadurch muss man ganz schön genau hinschauen und sich konzentrieren alles wichtige raus zu lesen. So macht das Swipen leider nicht so viel Spaß. Habe es daher erstmal wieder deinstalliert. Sonst ist die Idee ja top, muss nur noch etwas verbessert werden. :)

Poor functionality
Poor functionality, can’t filter much, and you can only swipe on one particular section! Needs work and a lot more jobs listed before it’s anywhere near useable.
Not as easy as it is advertised.
If I fill out the entire profile and still have to go to ZipRecruiter and LinkedIn to apply to every job the app seems a bit pointless.

Good choice of jobs, shame about the app
Great choice of jobs but the app is awful. The writing is tiny and the colours make the tiny writing even harder to read. Even wearing glasses did not make the app any easier to read.

Categories don’t seem to be broad enough for a mid career professional. Seeing all repeat jobs. 🙁

What’s the point of having a filter if it doesn’t work
CV library?
This is a good app to look for the same jobs in your current career path. Ive been called by lots of recruiters saying they’ve found me on CV library? I can’t see my details on there and the only thing that’s changed is that I’ve used this app so beware. I think that JobSwipe shares details on there or something.
Haven’t been able to use
What the app offers is great but I haven’t even gotten to use it. At least not on my phone. I had it installed for 10 minutes, went to change my location and there was no way for me to get off of that screen and back to the search box to continue a job search. Probably a bug but, Disappointing.

When filtering on role type the search results bring up the total opposite job vacancies..eg search for business analyst, displayed labourer and electrician roles. No logic to the search feature
Glitchy
I expected this app to be a simplified version of Indeed and Zip-recruiter but it’s ended up just being a sketchy job listing site dressed up in a pretty package. The job search is limited and the “swiping” mechanism hardly even works. After a few swipes a few listings stack up onto each other and I can even read the active listings. Most of the listings lead to a sketchy listing site that doesn’t even show you the original job opportunity and asks you to search their site through this glitchy app. Just use Indeed honestly. Waste of time.
