Love this game
I love this game. But in the last couple days, I can’t open it on my iPad. It keeps stopping at 99% And no matter how long I wait it won’t open! If I delete the app, I will lose all my progress. Can you help?
Bots always win
It’s a fun game, but I can’t win! The minute I put down a joker, the bot takes it right away! That doesn’t happen in real Rummikub. Whenever i have a good mood, the bot blocks me. It is automatically blocked when i see a good move! I am good, but i haven’t won one game. this should be FREE!
Nothing New
I’ve had this game for over 5 years and it’s never been updated. You have canned responses that have never changed. It’s the same sayings and the exact same emojis. It’s time to add new sayings and faces. BORING!
Used to love
Recent change with Single Player -when digital opponent hoards up to 25 tiles (matching sets) to themselves at the very end. You have 2 or 3 on your board, they have your matches, but they lay theirs all out at once, after several turns of collecting 20 or more. Used to have a better chance at winning… instead they win almost every time now. Is this AI at work?
I would love this game except for one huge issue
It is completely ridiculous that when you run out of time your entire play goes back to your rack. I literally just went through 16 tiles and there was one play at the end that I wasn’t finished with and instead of just taking that one away it takes away your whole freaking play. That’s ridiculous and would not happen in real life.
Works Perfect
Old reviews had me concerned but multiplayer with my wife is simple and flawless. Totally stable. Used for a while before writing this. Worth every cent (bought full version).
Unfair
The computer can move tiles around 4-5x faster than a real player, so you never have enough time and always lose. Refund plz!

Jokers can be manipulated differently.
Fun but not smooth
Game is exactly like the original board game except clunky and not smooth. Can spend much of you allotted time getting pieces from rack to playing board. Another quirk that should be fixed is if you get caught moving tiles when the timer runs out, even if you’ve already completed an earlier legal move, your entire turn is reset and you are penalized another tile. Moving tiles into complicated series of plays was part of the fun of the board game. Sorry I spent $6.99.
Great game, app ok
1. It is very difficult to close the app. But then while playing the game, a slight mist touch on a tile can pull the game off screen. 2. But the most problematic is playing the system without other real players- the system plays too fast, much faster than real players would play. So it's too difficult to follow. Dizzying!

Retirement Game?
So sad. I guess the implementation is fine, but what a tragically unfair and strange game. If you prefer games that have agency and meaning, avoid.
Very Good but needs some tweaks
I have enjoyed this game and am happy that it is no available for mobile devices so I can play anywhere. The only issues I have with it is that the ‘undo’ option basically resets your turn by undoing every single move you have made. Most ‘undo’ options on a game simply undo a single move at a time. This becomes very frustrating when I’m playing against the AI and have maneuvered around several tiles in an effort to try and play as many of mine as possible during a turn and try to go back just a couple of steps only to have everything tile I have moved on the board and from my rack go back to the state it was in at the very beginning of my turn. They need to change the ‘undo’ option so that it only goes back one single move at a time or have two different ‘undo’ options where they keep the existing option that resets everything back and another one that goes back one step at a time. I have a version of this game I play on my PC that has the single undo that makes it so much easier. My only other complaint is that the speed in which it takes the AI to play their turn is very slow and should be much faster than this. I realize that some people may want the option to see each turn play out slowly but others like myself just want to get back to my turn so perhaps create an option in the settings that allows you to adjust the speed of AI turns so a user can set it to their preference. If these tweaks could be made to the game I feel it would make it so much better and would garner a 5 star rating from me.
Decent, but the level up scoring is horrible
I started with the free version and really enjoyed it, except for the ads. So I bought the ad free version. It’s the same except for the player scoring. It makes no sense, and it’s pretty much impossible to level up because you lose points when you don’t win the game. Hopefully they will fix it and make the scoring the same as the free version.
The double reward option never works.
When you level up and are offered to watch a clip for double rewards it never works and says currently not available. It’s not worked a single time. For an app I paid for , I expect this work correctly and at the very least give the double point even if the ad isn’t available
Addicting
The game is addicting and I’m on level 31. I’d love the programmers to consider lowering the threshold to level up. 100,000 points is super high whereas 50,000 is still a stretch but more fun to reach.
Used to like
I liked this game at first. I had to pay for this one it was never free to me. All was ok@y until about a week ago. It cheats now. Doesn’t allow you to finish moves….ex: when putting tiles together they repel each other especially if you are going out. Deleting it now. On the iPhone I have to actually turn phone off and on to close when finished playing. So dumb now
Sharpen your mind
I really enjoyed playing this game. But I very seldom ever win. But I’m not a match for the computer. I have to think about it, but it already knows it moves. But I do enjoy playing it. I still play it because it does sharpen my mind.
Why are the bots so fast?
I love Rummikub, but I wish you could slow things down. I’m playing the “easy” section, but the bots you’re against are savants. Sometimes they’ll do 15 moves in one play.

Why does it take so long to level up. I can think of a lot of changes to improve this game but why bother. I’ll be lucky if you even read this. I will pay for the app if only changes are made.

Favorite Game
Love playing this game! It is my favorite. The problem they do not always add in the score. I do contact technical support often. For some reason they cannot fix it, they just give me a lot more points. I would prefer an honest win and fix the problem with the score keeping.
Love This App
I absolutely enjoy using this Rummikub app . I learned how to play with this app . Other apps make it more of a “Casino” type theme with distractions. This version of Rummikub IS SPOT ON !!!! Too bad those other Rummikub apps weren’t like this one . HUGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
Literally about luck!
To even start the game you need to get 30 points. Good luck collecting it that, by the time you’re done collecting stupid combination the game is over! Don’t waste your money on this game!
Very fun, bugs need fixing
I am enjoying the paid version very much, worth dealing with bugs and there are a lot. Takes multiple times to open app, the game freezes often saying poor internet connection (which isn’t on my end), tiles often come back for no reason and even though I have won games a couple of times, the game froze and didn’t save. I would think by now the developer can fix simple bugs. For that I can’t give a 5 star and borderline 3 vs. 4. But game is fun. App shouldn’t cost what it does unless bugs fixed.
Good game but horrible AI difficulty
I’m a decent player but lose 9 out of 10 times. In every match, at some point, one of the “level 1” computer players will suddenly start a round that involves 40+ moves and clears up 12+ pieces. In every round! And I’m in easy mode for gods sake.
Sorta like the real version.
While it is like the real game with the rules. If you play enough single games you notice they are literally the same play over and over. I can tell you when the “other” play is going to play and how they will do it. I always have the same doubles and takes rounds to get rid of the same chip.

I’m so stupid. The game is too hard for me.
Game Layout Changed not happy
When I bought a new iPad, the game layout changed when using the same Rummikub app I have used for many years. I can’t stand the way the board gets much smaller once quite a few tiles are played. This makes the end of each game harder due to less viewing area of the game board. I emailed their support team and they said the layout happens automatically and there is no setting to change it. Tile sort used to be at the bottom left with characters/players across the top. This layout is much better than the new one.

Scammed games
This game runs on lots of algorithms rather than playing tiles randomly. The computer program running the game wants you to loose all points and stars that you have reached. It deliberately stops you from opening when you have gained many points in previous game in order to loose them. The star system should be solid , when you reach a star level that you can’t loose it. I am tired of playing it like that. Real life plays with my family are much more rewarding.
I love this game because
First of all, I am learning how to think on my feet and am doing very well at the single game offline. The second reason I love it is that my opponent is so stupid. Why does it NEVER play a joker, but keeps one or both until the end? Almost every time I go out I collect huge scores because two jokers automatically give me 30 points each, plus all the accumulated tiles. The only frustration is when the opponent makes all sorts of complicated moves, rearranging the entire board in a time I could never do. But sometimes a bug kicks in and it goes wrong and has to put it all back and collect another tile. So, a great time waster that I really enjoy playing. Almost as entertaining as playing with my young grandchildren who are very good at the game.
I stopped at the 12th time playing and not winning.
I play this game weekly with friends the actual board game a lot of fun you win probably about every third game I would win not on this app and it just takes all the fun out of it
Timer’s frustrating
The timer doesn’t let you make your propper move in time, i get it, but I wish they’d make an option to set what kind of game you want to play with others - more than 30 second turns
Fun game
I have the pay version and it works perfectly for me. I have played many games with friends often and have never had any issues. It’s a great game.
Game Rules Inconsistent
Basic drawing rules don’t guaranteed a tile, and I’ve seen the robots draw then play on the same turn. Very uneven. Tile management is too subtle and I keep getting yelled at by the game. I grew up playing this game and got it to try for therapy. It’s too inconsistent and erronous.
Fun
I love playing this game and love this app. Wish the tile holder didn’t sit at the same place as you swipe away on iPhone - I’m forever closing the app ha ha! Otherwise I’d give it a 5.
Crashes on MacOS
Can’t recommend for MacOS users as the app continuously crashes upon launch.
Opponent hoarding tiles
I have played this game for many years, but lately it seems the opponent hoards tiles making playing the game difficult and then opponent goes out. It often seems they go out after you’ve picked up a large numbered tile.

New improved but still needs more...
Loved the old version, but it crashed very frequently. The new version is more stable, but the tiles don't stick where you place them. They are like repelling magnets, refusing to sit next to other tiles. This uses up valuable seconds trying to get tiles in the right spot. Also whilst the new version is bright and clear, it's lost a lot of the character of before. But having said that I'm still playing it addictively. So it can't be that bad! Thanks for the badly needed refurb. Please can you work out the tiles placing problem.
Boooo
The game is entertaining IF it even gives you the opportunity to make a first move! Half of the time another player wins before you even get a chance to play. Super frustrating.
Great game, but buggy app
Have been a long time user of this and it frequently crashes, quits games and randomly complains about connection issues when I’ve got a ridiculously stable fibre connection. The error handling and stability needs fixing desperately.
