muy lenta
la velocidad de carga de la aplicación cada vez va más lenta. tengo un iphone 16 y cada vez tarda más en abrir o ir a diferentes menos en la aplicación de lowi hace años era mucho más rápida
Mala atención
Ayer llamé porque llevo ya unos meses perdiendo cobertura wifi y datos. Hice un test de velocidad y es muy lento. La persona que me atendió me dijo que me llamarían antes de 24 horas pero han pasado 25 y no me han llamado. ¿Ese es el profesionalismo que tiene Lowi? Llevo casi 10 años en la compañía y me están haciendo plantearme cambiarme porque noto que se ríen de mí. Usaré mis rrss para emitir mi queja y a NO animar a la gente a que se cambie a Lowi. Es una vergüenza.

App malísima sin datos
La app dice no consumir datos pero va lenta y fatal. Varias veces hay que intentar entrar y hay que verificar incluso los datos rellenando contraseña y demás… un desastre. Si tienes una urgencia estás vendido. Yo la necesitaba para seguir con el GPS porque se acabaron los datos y al pasar datos de un teléfono a otro no había manera de acceder a la app
Consultar total de GB
Quiero ver el total de los GB que gasté en mayo (sin desglose de dia por dia) y algo tan fácil no se puede ver. Después de 5 años con vosotros puedo decir que todo lo demás está perfecto, gracias. Un saludo

Huella dactilar
Por que no habilitaban el reconocimiento de huella dactilar para acceder a la aplicación? Es muy incómodo estar metiendo la contraseña cada vez y hay muchos datos sensibles como el dni si se deja sin cerrar sesión

Empezando porque me vendieron unos servicios q no se corresponden la empresa comercializadora,luego viene el técnico y me enchufa en el cuarto externo en otro sitio q no le pertenece,cuando vino el técnico a otra vivienda me lo quitó y me dejó colgada,luego me dicen q vienen otra vez,aquí nadie apareció y los llamo y como el q habla con una pared literalmente,una cobertura horrible,sin wifi 10dias teniendo q irme dejó colgada trabajar en mi propia casa,y parece q se ríen de uno

The whole process of changing to Lowi has been really easy. The package I have covers all my mobile and home wifi needs. The team who sold and installed the system where excellent.
Terrible service and impossible to transfer
We signed up for internet and two mobile lines. We tried to use the mobile lines, but they barely worked at all so we signed up with a better mobile company. The internet had many outages at home and often didn’t work. Now that we’ve moved, we’re trying to cancel and Lowi makes it nearly impossible. We can’t get through to someone and since we don’t have access to the phone lines, they won’t allow us to call and cancel. The only person we could speak to offered to lower the price of our services and then harassed us by calling non stop for days afterwards, but still refused to cancel the rest of the contract. Very disappointed in this service and we will be filing official complaints about these abusive practices. Update: we were able to get through to someone who was very nice and said she’d help us cancel. She then proceeded to ask us to stay with Lowi multiple times and when we declined she promptly hung up on us rather than process the cancellation request. 100% wouldn’t recommend Lowi to anyone.

I think these guys are scammers.
I returned the router and they still charged me 80 euros for not returning it. They ignored all requests to escalate to a manager and ignored all emails to raise a complaint. AVOID

I have been with Lowi for 2 years and I have always recieved a good service . Thank you

Sent a SIM, correos tried to deliver without any notice, no one in, correos said to contact LOWI. Lowi says will be an extra week (without a phone) to deliver and Lowi say they have to wait for Correos. But Correos said to contact Lowi. Going around in circles. First experience with Lowi mobile.

No es compatible con iphone
Una vez dentro de la aplicación no me sale el menú ni me da apenas opciones. Solo puedo mirar los ajustes y notificaciones. Es bastante molesto que te manden a la aplicación para activar los datos cuando no funciona. Necesitan remodelar la aplicación, al menos para iphone.
Amazing Value
It is true that sometimes could get a bit slow, especially when you use VPN. But it is an outstanding value only if you call with n Spain. I have paid 100€ for Roaming 30 minutes in Switzerland and paid outrageous amounts to call Italy. That’s why I say for within Spain Only. The whole European Space should be included. But... that’s how they get you, but they only get you ONCE. Overall as I said, is a good value
