Disabled prepay support
This app has been disabled today from management of a prepago account. There is a new app for that but it’s not available to non EU iOS App Store accounts. As a foreign visitor to Spain I’m now locked out of online Managment of my Vodafone Spain prepaid account. The new prepaid app is prohibited from being downloaded to a North American Apple Store account.
Falta algo importante en la app
Sería muy útil que, en el apartado “Productos Contratados”, apareciera un resumen claro del importe final a pagar, mostrando el precio de cada servicio y todos los descuentos aplicados. Así podríamos saber fácilmente cuánto vamos a pagar realmente cada mes, sin tener que consultar la factura.

Hola buenas, en la sección, Incidencias, y te ayudamos, con VoiceOver de iPhone, con la última actualización de la aplicación, Los botones de dicha ayuda, no es tan etiquetado, solo dice botón, botón, botón, y no sabemos el significado, de cada uno.

No hay forma de ver el coste de la tarifa contratada y tampoco hacer una previsión de la siguiente factura. Es algo que sería muy útil.

Theres a new vodafone app released in 7 languages, but its not available in my region. Please fix this. This app asks me to upgrade to the new one, but I can’t because of the region issues.

Glitchy App
It works OK most of the time. Again, for the second time, the App stopped working on both of my iPhones. One is an iPhone 11 and the other one is an iPhone 16. When trying to use the app it is closed automatically right after opening it. Very annoying.

Es increíble que la aplicación no guarde el inicio de sesión. cada vez que vas a entrar tiene que identificarte de nuevo, lo cual es una molestia tremenda. tienen que enviar el código de verificación, etc. etc. no me puedo creer que vuestro equipo desarrolladores no sean capaz de hacer que la aplicación guarde el inicio de sesión.. Voy a cambiar la puntuación de estrella de 1 a 5 porque agradezco que se hayan molestado en contestarme y facilitando un correo electrónico donde puedo enviar una captura del fallo ya que entiendo que puede ser un fallo mío puntual, porque según me han contestado la aplicación si guarda el inicio de sesión para no tener que iniciar cada vez que la vas a usar.

Alright except for no Apple Pay top-up option
Good app, has almost everything needed — except of course that it’s in Spanish only, and that you can’t add money using Apple Pay. Please add Apple Pay payment option!
Poorly Optimised
Whoever they contracted to make this app failed horribly. It does not scale well at all on the plus iPhone devices, and after a while, the app will not open at all, which makes me have to uninstall it and install it again. The load times are too long, and again, it's just poorly optimized. You would expect a company as big as Vodafone to have a better app.
Need English version
Good app but would love the option of having the interface in English.

app crashes every time
after uodate to ios 26 on iphone 16 pro max this app is not working . It is crashing all the time when you open the app. What is fascinating that this is not yet fixed !!!!

Not Multi-lingual
The app is OK - I only gave it three stars because it is only in Spanish. In this day and age, English, French and at least one other language should be available. Especially since the same is locally available on other languages.

Crashes immediately with IOS 26
This app was working prior to the launch of IOS 26. In fact it still does if you do not have IOS 26 installed on your phone. But the latest version continues to crash for those of us that have updated to IOS 26.x. The app creators could benefit from automated testing frameworks as this bug is easy to catch.
Great app
It let's me do everything that I need to do without having to go to my computer or to a retailer in order to add funds. It also keeps good track is the service used.
