Update
It keeps saying update renewed app however it now says that my phone no longer will update as now not compatible so I can no longer access any information I require from Endesa so does that mean everyone has to replace their phones.

Since updating the ap I have had no new usage data which is a n important feature. There is a problem in the update

De qué sirve tener una aplicación para ver tus facturas, tus contratos si es imposible. No te permiten ni ver facturas ni acceder a contratos es una aplicación absurda

Doesn’t work with non-Spanish numbers
When trying to sign up with a British number, which it seems like it wants to allow you to as it gives you the option to choose UK (+44), but it has a character limit for the number which is too short, it should allow either 10 or 11, I.e. 07xxxxxxxxx or 7xxxxxxxxx

Not happy
We were gone for several months in the winter, yet our electricity usage was still high. Upon returning we wanted to check the electricity usage in real time I read online that I should be able to check realtime electricity usage through the app, but when I try, it never works. In the past, I was able to see daily usage from the previous bills, but now that’s also not working.

Really poor
Found the new app. Told me I had a valve needing to be paid so panicked. Tried to add a card in uk and it goes to a blanks screen and nothing happeneds. Why change the old app ??

Doesn’t send an SMS verification so unable to login
I have never been able to access the app as it doesn't send an SMS verification to allow me to login. It doesn’t appear to recognise my UK mobile number, with or without a zero at the front.

Forced to update and crashes constantly
Forced to update the app today and it crashed immediately. Further, while not directly the app itself, the interface offers many filtering options for prior dates and they almost always have data “not available”. What I lost want from this app is my most recent energy usage: the last 45 days, and access to older facturas. In the case of the recent energy use, it’s almost always too delayed or was available and then when it becomes that 10 day period or so before they issue a new billl it’s suddenly “unavailable “ Get your back end data together!

Great app for a second home owner. Had been unable to log in after an earlier update but glad to say the latest update sorted this
UK Mobiles
Registering the app does not allow UK mobile numbers, although country is in the list the mobile number is limited to 2 digits less than a U.K. mobile number.
New Update
With the new Update the invoice download works again like in the past. Thanks.

Since the last update, the app rejects login and mistakenly claims there would be no internet connection.
Hard to resolve issues
I have had 2 estimated bills and want my future bills to be real. Tried contacting agents. Information given didn't help me. The app will not allow me to enter a meter reading myself. Nobody seems able to resolve the issue. I don't speak spanish well enough to use the phone number given. Spent over two hours trying to resolve this, and got nowhere.
App has technical problems
The app no longer has secure msg and neither can I access payment method change or contract details. Endesa agree there are technical login problems

I am struggling to enter an English telephone number on the app. It does not accept the format? It does not say what format it should be in?
No more useable??
I had this app since years on my phone and it was working very good. Since the last update, I cannot use it anymore, because my phone is a little bit older and I cannot install the version this app needs now. I’m disappointed, because I was kicked out without knowing. I understand, that new versions have to be installed, but on the other hand, I have apps that work also with the older iOS versions.Why not this one, therefor only four stars.

No puedo ver mis facturas, es extremadamente lenta a pesar de haberla probado en varios dispositivos.

Makes it very easy as I have 4 bills coming from my bank and it can be very confusing as I don’t get paper bills . Now with this app it’s so easy . Brilliant!
No support
Despite contacting both support and Endesa knowone seems to be able to change a simple setting that allows those with a UK mobile number to set up the app. Why is that so difficult and why doesn’t anyone reply? Have emailed and called and nothing
App login issues
I rated the original app which worked perfectly until the update some weeks ago & it wouldn’t allow me to log in, in spite of changing my password which still didn’t work - very frustrating as I couldn’t check my daily usage! I contacted the Developer and they sorted the problem for me within 24 hours! Everything works perfectly again now, so thanks Guys for your prompt response!

Lo de siempre en España. Una basura que no funciona y un desprecio absoluto hacia el ciudadano. Encima en las facturas te cobran el iva sobre algunos impuestos. Ladrones del PPSOE

Was ok but new update to interface isn’t good
So this was a 3 star app that worked well . The new update to the interface has been a step back in my opinion. It’s not as intuitive, have to say this happens all the time with banking apps as well. My main use for the app is to monitor electrical usage. The best upgrade would be to improve the time in daily updates as this can be week behind sometimes.

No se puede dar de alta en el app con un número de USA
La APP acepta el prefijo telefónico de Estados Unidos pero cuando introduces el número de 10 cifras entonces avisa de que el número no es correcto. Imposible crear tu cuenta en la aplicación.

Paying is a problem…
The new upgrade is slow, screens freeze, payments don’t go ahead… please fix this. I do like Facial recognition and easy menu at the bottom. But the payment section has to improve.
I have low bills but many issues
I have not received a bill for Calle Virgin de loreto10 and I need to raise the potential from 2.0 to 4.5 KWH.

At last they have got the app sorted out 👍 still 3 days behind but been told this is because it takes this long to retrieve the information from my meter !!!

Quite informative as an English speaking Spanish resident. Clumsy to open and often fails to use face recognition which is frustrating
