Llevo unas semanas con errores de acceso a la app. Una veces puedo entrar y otras no, sin cambiar nada. He reinstalado la aplicación de nuevo y sigo con el mismo problema. A través de la web accedo sin problemas
The widget is useless
The widget asks me to log in every single day, so most of the time it just shows an error message. In response to the dev response 😅 I’m closing the app normally. Not force closing it. Not signing out. The widget says I’m signed out, I open the app, and I am still signed in 🤷🏻♂️
La compañía de teléfono más sencilla y honesta que he conocido!!
Pasé unos 25 años con Vodafone y bien frustrada y me pasé a Simyo cuando empezaron, hace ya varios y sigo con ellos. No podría estar más contenta!!! Tenemos 4 líneas, fibra y ahora Netflix a través de Simyo. Se lo recomiendo a cualquiera que esté harto de pagar de más en otras compañías, de que le tomen por tonto o harto de que le hagan las cosas complicadas. Simyo siempre ofrece claridad, precio muy razonable, facilidad… con un simple click para darte de alta, de baja, cambiar o añadir líneas, sin tener que pelearte con nadie para disfrutar de tu móvil o tus necesidades como te convenga. Además hablas con seres humanos (muy amables) que te ayudan con cualquier duda si la tienes. Simyo lleva años regalando a todos los clientes (no solo a los nuevos o a los que dicen que se van) más gigas de datos en Navidades y otras ofertas varias, SIMPLEMENTE dándole un click, si lo quieres está ahí, sin otra condición. INCREÍBLE! Ojalá todas las compañías fueran así!!! Ahora he añadido Netflix a través de Simyo que yo ya lo tenía directamente con Netflix y de nuevo súper sencillo , simplemente pago la mitad por el mismo servicio, con mi misma cuenta antigua. En fin, una familia súper agradecida de que exista Simyo!!
Que tengas que tener whatsapp para darte de alta, ya os vale
Para poder contratar el servicio tienes que tener o WhatsApp o alguna red social. Lo de un SMS y/o Mail, para que? Eso ya no vale. CONTESTA "SÍ" AL WHATSAPP… pues no, no tengo WhatsApp y por estas tonterías no voy a ponérmelo. Bye
Tarjeta prepago
Estoy utilizando una tarjeta prepago en una zona en la que Movistar tiene una avería por incendio forestal que no soluciona y va casi un mes desde que se produjo. Funciona bien y con buena cobertura. La aplicación es buena y muy intuitiva. Le doy cuatro estrellas porque siempre se puede mejorar, pero notable alto.
Debería mejorar
A menudo da problemas con las recargas, y siempre tengo que ir a la tienda para recargar. No es cómoda para visualizar informaciones de tu numero.

Buena y simple manera de ver tu tarifa y consumo. Pero el widget (al menos en iPhone) no funciona y sería bastante útil.

Solo está disponible en español, lo cual resulta sorprendente para una empresa internacional; por tanto, no es muy útil si no hablas ni lees español.
Buena opcion calidad/precio
Quizas en algunos puntos de españa pierde señal, pero no el servicio es bueno. Y aveces dan bonos de 100g gratis un mes al año.
Not functional
What's the point of creating an app you can't even top up your account. No point of having this app to check your balance as when you are about to run out of credit Simyo is texting you an alert. It's a good company with great rates but app should allow topping up or changing tariffs.

Great rate, always good prices with great service and great coverage
Scam Company
Disingenuous business practices. Do not use this provider. Charges you to set a data cap monthly (already outrageous). Then turns it off without telling you. If you go over charges ~200 EUR per GB. So whole business plan is to abusively overcharge you when you go over the limit (which they turn off the cap for which you have to pay to set). Use another provider. Do not use simyo

Won't let me" recargar"
Used to work great. All of a sudden it stopped letting me top up my account. Now I'm stranded with no service. Please fix this ASAP. Also add an English version of the app.
Sim service
I use simyo as a second service whenever I fly to Spain works great for my needs. They often add 100gbs free at Christmas, easter or Summer. Nice perk!
Excellent Experience!
He tenido Simyo desde el 2016. Ya llevo tiempo viviendo fuera de España y nunca he tenido problema para mantener mi número y para gestionar cualquier duda. Me parece muy guay que regalen los 50 gb en verano, cosa que hoy en día nadie regala nada. La app es súper fácil de usar y todo funciona muy bien. Me seguiré quedando con Simyo segurísimo.
Used to work fine before
Used the app all last year with no problems. Stopped using it for 2-3 months and then it wouldn’t let me sign in, says the account doesn’t exist and stays on loading. App is useless now
Genial, pero no es una transmisión sencilla
Una aplicación estupenda y una red estupenda, pero para una transferencia eSIM siempre hay que llamar al servicio de atención al cliente. Sería estupendo poder iniciarla a través de la aplicación.
Mas d diez anyos pagando poquisimo
Si vives en el extranjero es dificil encntrar mas economico de mantener y que funcione tan bien. La app, sencilla efectiva, vistosa

Fácil de usar
La app es muy util, lo q si es q al principio costó mucho trabajo activarla porque no me aceptaba mi número , ni mis claves. Pero una vez q lo logras es muy útil y fácil de usar. Uso mi número cuando vengo de vacaciones a España. Es muy cómodo q desde la app se pueden cambiar las tarifas, abonar, activar bonos de regalo etc.

No parece que sea versión 1.0, no falla y muestra mucha información. Para siguientes versiones se podrían configurar los avisos y cambiar de plan.
More than satisfied
I have been with Simyo since the company started. Before, I tried Yoigo, Vodafone and Movistar, 25 years total as a mobile phone user. Simyo was the best choice to keep my number while I was living overseas and only using it during holidays in Spain. Now that I am back living here, I am sticking with them. Their frequent gifts are highly appreciated and their customer service is awesome. About the app in particular, from the moment it was made it has worked great, providing a very similar experience to the website and making the management of the account a breeze. Just a click and I can switch my contract to my current needs or add extras on the go. I have had it in at least 5 different phones through the years and never had an issue! Highly recommend!!
