Force update qui bug
Je suis obligé de passer par l’Apple store pour ouvrir l’app car à chaque fois que je vais sur l’app l’écran de mise à jour de l’app se présente même si je n’ai pas de mise à jour à faire. Ça fait des mois que ça dure

Impossibilité d’utiliser la dernière version
Bonjour, comment faire pour continuer à utiliser l’ancienne version car mon iPhone est trop ancien pour utiliser la dernière version a mettre à jour Je suis bloqué
Manque de l’intégration
Il manque l’intégration dans l’application raccourcis. Au login la détection de la présence d’un mot de passe dans le trousseau. L’absence de complétion rapide du mode de passe. L’absence de possibilité de rapidement affecter à une note et un moyen de paiement le temps que la reconnaissance se fasse.
Indispensable pour les notes frais
Solution qui simplifie la saisie de ses frais au quotidien. Il suffit de prendre en photo sa facture ou son reçu: la reconnaissance et l’enregistrement se fait automatiquement. Il est aussi possible d’envoyer par e-mail une facture pour qu’elle soit automatiquement enregistrée. Enfin, la gestion des indemnités kilométriques est ultra simple. Merci de cette application!
Mise à jour de pire en pire !!
Encore une mise à jour de plus, et c'est systématiquement pire pour l'utilisation !! là aujourd'hui. C'est juste impossible de me connecter à l'application.
Old x new version
This version is MUCH better than the new version, they just screwed what was working. New version is heavier, slower, harder to crop images…. Fix it or I stay with this version.
Trop long
Beaucoup trop infernal avec les TVA, il y a tout le temps des jeux avec racheter des commentaires pour rien. L’application est trop longue, on peut tout faire un truc à la fois c’est beaucoup trop long. C’est une perte de temps à chaque fois je perds une après-midi entière
Problème de date
Systématiquement il y un recul d’un jour entre la saisie et la validation de la dépense. C’est exaspérant de corriger et même de devoir corriger plusieurs fois à la suite.

Bonne appli. Dommage que la « description » n’apparaisse pas dans le résumé de validation, c’est une perte de temps de devoir ouvrir tous les tickets. Il y a un bug avec le calcul de la tva régulièrement.
Appli instable
Depuis quelques mois à chaque évolution d’IOS , l’appli ne démarre pas ( l’écran d’accueil reste figé).
App utile mais usage compliqué
C’est app est vraiment utile au quotidien car elle simplifie les transferts par e-mail de photos etc… mais il y a encore des soucis au niveau ergonomique : les actions essentielles ne sont vraiment intuitives pour envoyer en validation. L’amélioration continue est dans les détails

A bad UX, does not work, do not recommend
This app is very basic and does not work as planned or promised. A few examples of bad UX and issues, 1/ you cannot “unlink” and delete expenses, 2/ screen shot receipts are not accepted, 3/ changing cost centers for individual expenses is not accepted, and 4/ using WiFi is slow and creates inconsistencies in a report and correcting them is almost impossible. I do not recommend this app. This is basic and does not work as promised. There are other much better solutions in the market.
Le meilleur gestionnaire de NDF pour moi
Application extrêmement ergonomique que ce soit sur iPhone ou web. Tout a été prévu : devise, taux de TVA multiples, gestion des contacts pour les invités, … Le plus bluffant pour moi ça reste la qualité de la reconnaissance de caractères et la puissance de l’IA derrière ; et aussi l’export avec le lien vers le justificatif intégré dans l’excel. Je réserve la 5eme étoile pour la récupération des efactures qui ne fonctionne plus :-( Mais il n’empêche que Expensya surclasse et de loin tout ce qui se fait d’autre sur ce marché et on ne m’en fera pas changer pour un autre y compris ceux qui sont - on se demande vraiment pourquoi - plus connus et sont considérés à tort comme des standards. Bravo à Expensya, continuez à nous simplifier la vie !
Appli sans intérêt
L’appli offre moins de fonctionnalité que l’interface web. Par ailleurs la réalisation d’une note de frais suit un processus compliqué et peu intuitif. Par ailleurs l’IA analyse finement les notes de frais et se veut intrusive en réalisant des alertes inutiles… bref je déconseille vivement.

Satisfait de l application qui permet de saisir rapidement et au fil de l eau ses frais En revanche pour la partie destination (point de départ et arrivée) l application fonctionne très mal Il faut appuyer fort longtemps bref très pénible Merci pour l amélioration !

J’avoue j’ai eu du mal à rentrer dans le fonctionnement mais maintenant je ne l’échangerai pour rien d’autre ! Facile d’utilisation tout est stocké, très bien
May update fail
Since the app update a few days ago, I am unable to edit anything on screen regarding a scanned receipt.

Note de frais performante
Rarement une application professionnelle est aussi efficace. Allez encore une amélioration pour pouvoir additionner 2 notes de frais journellement pour obtenir un montant global de façon simple. Pour le reste c’est très efficace.
Can’t even login
Get stuck in an endless loop of corporate logins and then bounced to their new app and then asked by the app to use the web browser version. So much time wasted trying to set it up
Très bonne application
Maintenant il faudrait pouvoir rendre les filtres plus intelligents. Par exemple sur la version pc, je ne peux pas exclure des statuts de Ndf de ma sélection. Merci encore.
Simple et intuitif
Créer ses notes de frais n’a jamais été aussi simple, pouvoir faire ses dépenses sur le tas sans réfléchir et ne pas avoir à penser à tout c’est si agréable !
Not good enough
The run up too and week after the latest update ( which coincided with when you do your expenses) didn’t work and exporting was not possible. The really disappointing aspect was the customer help was a text bot that just repeated the same nonsense. Rubbish and their annoying translate app made it even more painful. I used this for a year and it was fiddly but now impossible.

Notes de frais facilitées jusqu’au moment où il faut rajouter un invité sur une note de déjeuner ou autre. C’est le mystère et bien difficile comme action !

Buggy, slow, bad UI
For anyone looking to purchase this tech for their company, please look at Concur instead. Expensya’s AI is slow and the time it takes to process a receipt image requires you to step away from the app and maybe come back at a more convenient time. The screen often freezes and won’t allow you to scroll. There are also issues around the required fields to complete. All in all, I am spending way too much time managing my expenses with this app - negating the proposed benefits of saving time and making things easy. Perhaps this is the intended purpose, to make it so painful that you don’t submit your expenses, saving your company money.

Très pratique puisque ça évite le papier, les aller et retour, le côté création de fiche et de dépenses n’est pas intuitif.

Belle arnaque! À nulle part on ne parle de frais et lors de l'inscription oh surprise on parle de frais mensuel. Le monde se porterait mieux sans ce genre d'entreprise aux pratiques douteuses!!
