Application qui marche d’ordinaire parfaitement mais qui depuis peu bug : - impossible d’accéder au image de mes tickets - impossible de charger de nouvelles images / tickets Et surtout impossibilité de contacter le support
Stopped working
Hi, the app suddenly stopped working. The receipts are not downloading anymore, I can’t export, I can’t access my previous receipts. This is very serious as I have a year’s worth of expenses that I just can’t access anymore. Please help thank you.
Peut mieux faire
On perd trop de temps à rectifier les éléments enregistrés par l’application . En effet, celle-ci nécessite systématiquement 1 voire plusieurs rectifications par facture introduite! Dommage ;(
De très bons côtés …
Très bien, rapide, Scan des tickets efficace. Mais certains remboursements passent par une étape préalable de « demande » et là c’est complexe et fastidieux. J’aurais mis 5 s’il n’y avait pas eu cette étape.

Funzionava perfettamente, adesso, anche avendo aggiornato l’app, non riesce più a scansionare le ricevute, rimane fermo li nella scansione per ore .

Me encantaaa, es supeer sencillo y el mismo suma todo. Me encantaaaaa, pero últimamente no quiere entrar los recibos. Se queda pensando.
Enttäuschend
Oberfläche nicht durchdacht, weder mobil noch im Web. Viele Sachen werden nicht von selber erkannt, nicht einmal das Land. Bei mehreren Mehrwertsteuersätzen ist die Eingabe der reinste Horror. Trinkgeld ausweisen — kompliziert. Manchmal kann man nicht speichern wenn alle Felder nicht ausgefüllt sind. Alles sehr nervig.

Easy to use and FREE!
I couldn’t have programmed this app better! it filters out everything that I want filtered out. It’s so easy to use. I just have to take a snapshot of any purchase on my phone and save it on Jenji. I am now able to keep track of how much I’m spending effectively! Thanks Jenji! I really love that you keep this app free for us!

Application qui semble utile au premier abord. Malheureusement, perte de notes de frais sur un trimestre qui n'a pas été gérée malgré plusieurs contacts au service client. J'attends toujours de pouvoir discuter avec un éventuel responsable clientèle, les réponses par mails étant plus qu'inutiles . Je stop cette application
Nouvelle version moins fonctionnelle
Bonne appli très mobile, La nouvelle version est moins fonctionnelle que la précédente, notamment au niveau des frais kilométriques, pour laquelle il n’existe plus les trajets récurrents comme auparavant.

Die Idee fand ich gut. Für mich leider nicht zu gebrauchen. Die Belege werden nicht an die Seitengröße angepasst sondern abgeschnitten. Somit nicht zur Kostenerstattung geeignet. Eine Möglichkeit zur Anpassung habe ich nicht gefunden.

Changer l’emplacement du bouton « soumettre »
Le bouton « soumettre » et le bouton « ajouter » sont placés au même endroit et partagent le même code couleur… On se retrouve alors avec des soumissions intempestive… Vous pourriez aussi rajouter la possibilité d’annuler la soumission côté utilisateur.

I love the simplicity
Very straight forward to use, the PDF reports with attached receipts it produced for the treasurer of the small charity I work for are just what she needs. Free single user tier is very much appreciated and the fact it's an iPhone App, Mac App or website or all three in sync is a great bonus. Well done to the developers 5 stars.

Tjs compliqué dans l’utilisation
Good but could be better
Really am liking this app and how much more convenient it is then saving receipts and manually tracking mileage. I wish you could adjust the mileage rates however, that would really make this app 5 stars in my book!

Needs improvements
Overall a promising app but needs 3 things immediately: 1. When exporting the data to an excel sheet, the category column is in French! Why?! And there is no way to change in the app. 2. Needs to have bulk upload of receipts. Right now, if you have a bunch of receipts, it’s time consuming to upload one receipt at a time. 3. The app is supposed to be using AI but it doesn’t seem like it. If I edit a receipt and insert the Seller or any other field, the next time I upload a receipt from the same seller, I have to fill out all the info again.The app has a hard time recognizing dates on the receipt also.

Very useful to track your business spending during travel
App failed me
I’m trying to do my end of year taxes and basically all of my receipts are deleted. It’s going to be a lot of fun try to get those back. Never using Jenji again

Wirklich sehr gute und benutzerfreundliche App, die fast alle wichtigen Funktionen bietet. Ich würde mich noch über die Möglichkeit freuen einzelne Reisen anlegen zu können, denen man dann verschiedene Kosten zuordnen kann.

Fantastic app for expense recording. Easy scanning of receipts as well and very straightforward. The cleverness of detection of receipt date and who issued it is beyond belief. 💪
Glitching Disaster
Yes ladies and gentlemen it is the end of the year and this application has decided to stop uploading my receipts. Therefore I am forced to download a different application to upload the receipts that this glitching mess cannot. There is no customer service because the contact us button is not working. If you want to complicate your life, please download this application. Also, their official webpage is shameful and you also cannot contact any real person via the website.
