Tragic
I’m pretty sure they are getting the customer to beta-teat the product that’s not ready to ship at this point. This is by far the buggiest laggiest bank app I’ve used. The new UK is just cosmetics that’s even worse than the old one (though it’s a low bar). Do better!

Dopo ultimo aggiornamento app, non riconosce più credenziali di accesso. Bisogna disinstallare e reinstallare la app

I have never had such an unreliable app. Never works properly. Always crashes. Have to use the desktop site almost constantly

Pin doesn’t work - much more of a problem now I use a new phone. I can’t use the app

Awful
The app is glitchy and you have to continuously come out and force quit to then be able to photograph receipt. Sort it out!
Carta da errore
Dopo l’ultimo aggiornamento la carta non mi accetta più il riconoscimento facciale o la password x aprire riesco comunque a pagare ma non posso registrare gli scontrini cls2250 carta 2004

Qualche problemino
Ottima soluzione, ma riscontro i seguenti problemi: - scansione ricevute per le note spese: il 90% delle volte l’App ci mette oltre 10 secondi ad “attivare” l’accesso alla fotocamera - a foto/scansione fatta e confermata, l’App rimane bloccata (ho atteso fino ad 1 minuto). Unica soluzione “terminarla” e riaprirla, a quel punto lo scontrino/ricevuta appare correttamente elaborato. Quanto sopra su iPhone 14 Pro Max.
Saves me a ton of time
Great app. Saves me a ton of time. I can do all upload all my receipts on the go. I can do approvals on the go and request money on the go. Nice.
Awful app
Please sort your app out Soldo. It comes up with Error every time I press any of the options. Whether it’s adding receipts or adding vat the error code always pops up, really,really annoying
Ottima soluzione, ma UI da migliorare
È un’ottima soluzione per piccole e medie imprese per tenere a rendiconto le spese di dipendenti in trasferta. Molto intuitiva la parte di aggiunta di foto/ricevute, ma con iPhone12 mini ci sono problemi di UI (notifiche nella parte alta che non si leggono e non compaiono del tutto) e di login (spesso il faceID ha problemi).
Bonifici istantanei non funzionano
Per poter ricaricare il conto in emergenza è sempre un problema. Le spese per i bonifici istantanei non funzionante ovviamente non se le accollano loro. Per una soluzione AZIENDALE, la trovo molto precaria.
Glitchy App
Soldo is ok… when it works. I constantly have problems logging in, the app just crashes. Very temperamental and not reliable enough to use for business use in my opinion.

Very frustrating
The app crashes constantly especially when trying to add receipts. I’ve had to re-install the app on multiple occasions. The interface is user friendly - if only it worked.
Great idea but not enough tech support
This app is a very good idea but (a) the app crashes every few minutes of you’re coding multiple items and (b) adding pictures of receipts is a real pain. You have to close the app after each one (if it doesn’t crash anyway). Fix the bugs and it will be brilliant.

My company has been using Soldo for spend management for close to 2 years and it’s been hugely effective for simplifying our processes around expenses.

Con l’ultima versione non c’è più il segno distintivo che differenzia le spese associate da quelle ancora da fare. Nella versione precedente quelle associate avevano un cerchio colorato per distinguerle. Versione peggiorata

La dernière mise à jour 4.4.2 Ne fonctionne pas sur mon iPhone Application qui crash à l’ouverture.
Soluzione ideale per piccole e medie imprese
Ottima gestione delle spese aziendali e applicazione davvero intuitiva, forse cambierei il logo con qualcosa di più minimal ma è una piccolezza. Servizio top!
Nice idea, poor execution
The idea is great-transactions from your card, show up on the app, and you can attach images of receipts, and add notes. In practice, the app crashes so often that adding this information is nigh on impossible. I will have to reboot the app at least once for every transaction to attach a receipt, and again for a note. Sometimes I will have to reboot the app multiple times for a single transaction just to attach an image.

Latest update - Same problems
Despite yet another update the same issue persists with not being able to upload receipts without the app crashing or locking. Despite a lengthy email thread with your tech team the issue is still not fixed. It’s not just specific to me.

A very slow and frustrating app.
Locked out
Update has stopped the app opening for both passcode and biometric methods and shows the incorrect code error message, just more frustrations to add to a card that blocks every time I use contactless saying too many incorrect pin attempts, even though contactless doesn’t require a pin?? Most parking meters and toll booths only take contactless making soldo unusable.
Far better App
This App is much better than the previous App. With me being the Master Administrator; having the option to switch my user role makes it much more convenient that I can view account transactions on my phone rather than having to always use the desktop version.
A true disaster
If the bug fixes aren’t done soon our business will have no choice but to change provider. Transactions missing, dates incorrect, the split doesn’t work, the images struggle to upload and the app crashes. It is an absolute nightmare.

App utile per la rendicontazioni aziendale delle spese ma con iOS non riesco a inserire le virgole e i decimali sul costo/litro e prezzo nel rifornimento carburante.

Very unstable
This app seems to be poorly tested and crashes repeatedly. It’s a shame there has not been an update for some time because a lot of the functionality looks like it could be useful but it’s not possible to even attach a photographed receipt without having the app crash. Very disappointing.
Utile ma update app pessimi
La app è utilissima e la uso con l’azienda per le note spese... ma vi prego lavorate sugli aggiornamenti dell’app perchè ogni volta che arriva una major release bisogna resettare l’utenza passando dalla console e ricominciare da zero... nella versione precedente poi lo scan degli scontrini funzionava malissimo
