After update is worst /after another update is as used to be
After update calendar is gone , so now is impossible to plan holidays because you can not see when someone else has booked holidays. Disappointed/ After update at 3/6/2026 calendar is back and app is working as should
Not the best app
Have to press the clock in button numerous times, same for clocking out. Sometimes it randomly clocks me out. Done all updates as previously told, still no better.

App has update and once you have logged in the app calendar has gone, needs fixing
No UI/UX considered
Extremely limited app. Can barely view the calendar, and the calendar shows the days wrong! It says July 27th 2024 is a Friday. Scared the **** out of me when I thought I had booked the wrong day off, when really the calendar view is just broken.
Notifications?
Neither me or my co-workers receive notifications from the app anymore, this being for shift announcements, updates or deletions. No more clock in reminder or reminders an hour before shifts start. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, changing the settings on the app and even the notification settings on my device. There is also no support email or number, closest thing i’ve found is a AI chat box on the website that is utterly useless, would be great to actually speak to a real person for support.

Superb app but it would be nice to be able to search by name to see when someone is off
Unusable
I have been using this app for work for quite a while now and it either won’t let me clock in or it won’t let me see my shifts. OR it won’t show when I book holiday to my managers/give me my holiday back when it hasn’t been accepted. genuinely the worst work place hours app I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. sometimes I have to come in early to factor in all the times I’ll have to delete and reinstall the app just for the “rota” feature of the app even appears
Good app but it’s gone down
Use the app most of the time but it’s come up with a communication error either the server please rectify asap please as we cannot use the app

The update for the calendar is wrong. The days don’t align correctly

Great but Missing Expenses
App is great - all our users love it. Would love the addition of being able to submit expenses on the move. This would be ideal for adding screenshots or photos of receipts etc.

Really need to add the expenses module to this app, seems like an obvious addition would save lots of time. !

The main feature I need is uploading receipts for expenses. I don’t find the other features in this app of much value.

Really sloppy unintuitive app. We as a company just moved from BrightHR to Breathe and the app is miles behind, it feels like something a junior developer mocked up with an early AI model, there's zero salvation for this app, not one single good thing to say about it.
Keeps logging out!!!!
Every morning I have to log in and out, this has only been the last week, has been fine up until then????? Any help please support?
Issues
App currently logs in and then says server error. Worked fine for ages. Also calendar app does not automatically go to current date.

Hi, my friend needs to submit her timesheets for work and can't because the app keeps on kicking her out of it when she goes to launch the app? This needs fixing ASAP for her. Thanks.

Removal of the calendar is inspired
The removal of the calendar from a holiday app is one of the most impressively baffling product decisions I’ve seen in years. It’s like opening a restaurant and deciding customers don’t really need menus. Or taking the steering wheel from a car Whoever signed this off deserves recognition for achieving the rare feat of making an app worse while presumably calling it an improvement. Congratulations on fixing something that wasn’t broken.
Need expenses
Logging expenses has to be the most laborious task and it's not available in the app

Not Good, can’t log in
No matter what I do I can’t log in via the app. Can access Breathe on their website just fine, rubbish app..
You’ve removed the calendar!?
You’ve updated the app and removed the most important and most used feature - the calendar! This pretty much renders the app useless, I now can’t see who’s in on which days and when I can and can’t book leave - please sort this and reinstate the calendar.
new update is the worst
why can’t you view the whole month anymore makes it so much difficult to know when your shifts are as you can only look a week at a time and only in 24hr time it’s horrible chnage it back
