Easy to use and fast
One of the fastest mobile apps for sales I have ever used. It helps me with my day to day appointments and I can keep track of my deal on the go. I mainly use it on the iPad and iPhone. Superb!

Me ha dejado de funcionar en mi iphone 17 con iOS 26.5.2 Deberían probar mejor las actualizaciones,

Sarebbe possibile inserire nell’App la comodissima sezione “raccomandazione”? Attualmente è possibile effettuare modifiche solo sul browser ma sarebbe bello inserirla e modificarla anche in app Inoltre dopo alcune ore di utilizzo l’applicazione si impalla
Problemes con el soporte
Son lentos en el soporte. La app no sincroniza algunos datos como el teléfono o el correo y pasados 4 días todavía no lo han solucionado. La última incidencia de este tipo, tardaron 3 semanas. Solo se puede hablar con soporte mediante un chat.
Bien con algunos pero…
Estaría bien poder ver en tareas ordenadas alfabéticamente y también poder ver un listado de las completadas.

Errores al crear empresas
Presenta muchas fallas para realizar actividades como: Crear empresa Realichar check in Elimina la información registrada. En mi parecer la actualización dañó la aplicación.
Cuelgues.
Con la actualización de hoy día 26-2 sufro el cierre de la App móvil cada vez que intento cambiar de pestaña. Borrar y volver a a instalar no lo soluciona. Ni con reinicio a del dispositivo.
Best CRM integration with Zoom and MS Teams
They just released the possibility of tracking video calls and it logs also the video recording of it! I haven’t seen this kind of integration in any other CRM and this is amazing in covid times. Keep pushin on new features!!

Al incorporar esta herramienta todos los equipos de la empresa van escandalosamente lentos en el progama de gestion, concretamente Sage50
Ventas en movilidad
Me permite destinar el 80% del tiempo en vender y destinar el 20% a Back Office. Es una herramienta muy útil. Lo recomiendo.
Poco intuitivo
Es muy poco intuitivo. La app para IPhone no para de pedirme que les de acceso a mi ubicación y no tengo porque darla. La versión web es menos intuitiva aún. Después de años usando HubSpot, lo echo de menos.

La he usado en mis 2 dispositivos. En ocasiones es lenta. En la versión Web, en ocasiones no descarga los reportes que se necesitan ... no sé qué pasa

So far the app is functioning perfectly...I really love the simplicity and The UI...but there is one set back, the price is too high for me 19 $...it should be as I am working alone 9 US$..it will be perfect..think about it..

Fantástica, pero aún se puede mejorar.
Llevo utilizándola unos meses y me ha facilitado el trabajo en general. Salvo que la gestión del tiempo cuando tienes muchos clientes con ventas recurrentes, en mi caso más de 1000. Estaría genial incluir una app tipo “time Planner” donde poder ver en un calendario las visitas, tareas y oportunidades. También sería interesante poder gestionar en cada cliente visitas recurrentes en función del tiempo que se desee y que esté fuese cambiando de color según se aleje de la fecha prevista además de un contador en donde se pueda visualizar los días desde la ultima visita. Gracias.

What a great app and fantastic and responsive team
The worst app ever
First of all the app over all is not good and crashes all the time either there is an issue with the contacts or you cannot upload any pic or any document and also synchronization issues. The worst part is if u have any issue for week u wont get any reply not any support € 39 for one month for such app not worth it at all waste of time and money I will not recommend this at all however there are other apps like Pipe Drive and Sales Force they are very professional and customer support service is on the spot. Dont waste ur money for this crap once u r delayed for the payment ur account is blocked and ur business will suffer because there is no immediate support on spot to help u So guys dont use this crap i wasted € 300 for nothing..

Crm fácil de usar y muy intuitivo. Al ser un crm movil resulta de gran ayuda para los equipos de ventas.
Synchronisation Agenda Outlook
Plutôt une bonne app. Ce que je peux reprocher c’est qu’étant domicilié en Nouvelle Calédonie il y a un décalage horaire de +11 heures que l’on peut paramétrer via le site internet mais qui ne sert absolument à rien car cela ne change rien. En gros quand je synchronise l’agenda du crm avec Outlook exchange et que je note un rdv via l’agenda du crm il se synchronise très bien avec Outlook mais pas à la bonne heure. De plus noter un rdv fonctionne que dans un sens, la synchronisation se fait de l’agenda crm vers Outlook pas l’inverse. Donc pour le moment je sine sais vraiment pas si je vais laisser mon abonnement. À vous les équipes de faire le nécessaire. En jeux mon service commercial qui pourrais passer sur un abonnement petite équipe, je dis ça je dis rien!

Operating Force manager on my iPhone 6 . Constantly freezes when I check in. If I attempt to close the app it freezes my entire phone. Any suggestions / Help ?

Fallo de actualización
Después de la ultima actualización para iOS ha dejado de funcionar correctamente la geolocalización. Al recargar la pestaña “empresas” no te reubica en la posición correcta y no actualiza la distancia a otras empresas. Hay que cerrar la app y volverla a abrir para que te ubique correctamente la posición. Es muy necesario corregir este fallo por que complica mucho el trabajo. Gracias
Best CRM Ever
Mobility, Voice Recognition, AI integration, and you can work offline while in the field. I haven’t taken my laptop on a business trip in months. I’ve been in sales for a long time, and this is the best CRM I have ever used.
Error
I get an error just trying to log into a new account. Waited 3 days and tried again with same results. There’s got to be something better. Would not recommend this app unless something changes.

Love using this app. My whole team is up to date and this is the most user friendly CRM I've found.
Can’t erase dummy data
Extremely frustrating. After the demo I pressed the button “yes” to delete dummy data, but it’s all still there, no way to delete. And can’t change currency. Ugh.

This was a complete waste of money Paid for the app took weeks to get a reply Would not update open their customer service called and when I expressed that I can not get into the armor access- they could only tell me to log out and back in. When I asked for a refund - all they would offer is for me to contact Apple - unprofessional !!!!!!!!!!
